Dealing With the Issues of the Heart

Did your heart I had to be able to speak but you said let me not see my wretchedness. You didn't want to see it and because of it you could see the promises. But you couldn't go in and that's where so many people are living today.

They travel the concert circuit and they see the promises, but they can't go in. Let me tell you why you can't go in. God has to be able to speak to you the issues of the heart. Have got to be dealt with and then God says you've got my heart.

Living in the Miraculous Realm of Christ Within

The call of the church is to live in a miraculous realm folks in the miraculous realm as I said earlier is Christ in me. As Paul says the hope of glory. I've lived this. I've continued to live it. I'm going to live it till I die.

I'd like to invite you to join me because I do live in revival. I'm not Waiting for it to come. I live in it today. I live in revival. Revival is Christ's revival is When God has all of me and I know I have all God that's revival.

Personal Revival Through Complete Surrender

Revival is when I'm not willing to say no to God and He just takes me. That's why I'm here. No, I don't pick and choose conferences because of location or names or size. I Lay my hand on them and they come in and the one that sticks to my hand to say that's spiritually speaking.

Some of them literally do I go the Lord gave me this word for you. It's pointless to study revival if you won't let God speak to you pointless look throughout history. I mean if I had to I could go back in history and explain it to you, but most of you already know it.

What is it? What is it that God is trying to speak? If you won't let him hear. What what is he trying to get at? What is the area? That if you will just go there He could use your life in a way that would truly truly bring glory to his name.

Humbling Ourselves in the Altar Call

I Want to. I don't know if you even give all the calls here, I don't know if you're familiar with them. But in all the call is a humbling of oneself. It's a recognition. It's a declaration to God that we're willing to make also before man that Lord you're speaking to me.

That I know that you're speaking to my heart. And I'm not here to play games and I'm not here to find some formula. I Want the real Christ and I want a real revival in my heart. That's where it begins folks.

It starts in me if God could get a hold fully a hold of one person here in this room. He could change this country. It's all he's ever needed as a vessel. Would you. Possibly I remember this story. I read a lot of biographies and DL Moody was sitting on a bench and he was largely literate a troublemaker a recent convert a young man and A friend who's a Christian sat beside him.

And he said Dwight the Lord has the world is yet to see what God could do through a man Who's fully surrendered to the Holy Spirit? This friend just got up after that remark and left and he said he sat on the bench and said by the grace of God And the Spirit of God I shall be that man.

And of course the rest is history. The Lord used him so mightily that he could go into some of the Ecclesiastical halls of learning of that day that was supposed to be preparing young creatures. And they would come especially in the United Kingdom.

They would come just to laugh at him. This illiterate man from America that spoke Jerusalem as a one-syllable word and They would come to mock him and as he would begin to preach I remember in one particular hall they had a stairwell in the middle of the hall and up above was what they called a sinners room and as he began to speak and encourage these young men who are being trained in some of the finest colleges and In the world at that time to get rid of their powerless religion and get a living relationship with God.

And as he was speaking men would start climbing that stairway unashamed. Because they knew that something was in his life that they needed. And all the call is a declaration. It's a humbling of oneself.

Responding to God's Call for Personal Revival

That's really where it starts. Now you can sit tonight and say and I'm not trying to make anything happen. I've long ago given up on that kind of foolishness. You can sit and say let me not see my wretchedness and that's exactly what will happen.

Or you can say God Take this temple. I Want a personal revival. I want you to touch my life and if that's the cry of your heart I'm gonna ask you just get out of your seat and make your way and we're gonna pray brightly be Our father's mercy From his light house evermore.

The Call to Be a Light in the Darkness

But to us he gives the keeping Of the light Along the show. Let the lower light be burning. Send a gleam across the way some poor fainting struggling seaman. You may rescue. You may say dark the night of sin has settled loud the angry billows roll eager souls Are waiting watching For the light Along the show Let the Lord's be burning.

Send a gleam Across the way some poor fainting struggling seaman. You may rescue trim your fee bow lamp my brother some poor sailor Tempest-tossing. Trying now to reach the harbor in the darkness may be long for fainting struggling seaman.

You may rescue. You may say Let the Lord's be burning some poor fainting struggling seaman. You may rescue things struggling seaman. You may rescue. You may say Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah. Lord we present ourselves to you of new and a fresh tonight.

Prayer for Mercy, Help, and a Renewed Testimony

Oh God. Thank you for mercy. Thank you Lord that you don't condemn us. Thank you God that you are touched with the feelings of our infirmities. You tell us to come boldly to the throne of grace that find help in our time of need.

Lord at the time of need it's a darkened hour. Oh God in our country It's a darkened season. God our sons and daughters are starving to death in our streets. Oh God for knowledge and for truth. Oh Jesus we cry out to you tonight.

Oh God let the testimony of Christ be raised up in us. Oh God, I pray God for my own heart. I pray God take me a new and a fresh I pray God make me a true man that you can use Lord. I pray God give me a voice for this young generation.
