For a few months, six months I guess it was, every Sunday we covered what we call the

Doctrine of the Week. So we went through the major doctrines of Christianity such as the virgin birth of Christ and the resurrection of Christ because we wanted to make sure the people here in this church and the attendees know what

Christianity is all about and what we believe and really what you need to believe to be saved.

You must believe that Jesus is the son of God, born of a virgin who died on the cross for your sin and rose again the third day and that he is coming back.

These are the essential doctrines and we covered some maybe secondary doctrines. So at this point

I'm not going to go back to the beginning and repeat them although I probably will at some point.

But the Doctrine of the Week for this Sunday, you can see it in your bulletin, is monotheism.

Okay, monotheism. That's just a 50 cent word to say that there is one God. We believe in one

God. The verse is Exodus 15 verse 11 says, who is like you,
