路加福音4:14-30 你对被拒绝有何对策?
Good morning, brothers and sisters. Welcome to the 9th day of January 17th, 2016. Today's sutra is recorded in the 4th chapter of Lujia Fuyin, chapter 14 to 30. Have you been rejected? I think we all have experienced rejection.
In our lives, regardless of our age, we all have experienced rejection. For example, parents rejecting their children to buy toys, candies, etc. Or parents rejecting to give the car keys to the young people.
Even the adults are no exception. For example, they are rejected to get a raise, promotion, or even to find a job, etc. It seems that this world is full of rejection. You can't see it, but you can hear it.
Of course, no one will like to be rejected. This means that they are losers, they are not accepted, they are left behind. They don't have any relationship with their family, relatives, friends, or even society.
This adds to the fear of being rejected. However, from another point of view, because of the fear of being rejected, some people, groups, or organizations treat it as a tool or weapon to threaten the society to recognize their point of view so as to gain dominance in the society and the country and to strengthen or increase their influence in the society.
Such organizations, such as the同信念 organization, are one of the examples. Here, in the 4th chapter of the Book of Luke, it is written that Jesus was rejected. How was he rejected by the Jews? How did he deal with the pressure?
Let's first look at the 4th, 14th, and 5th chapters of the Book of Luke. After Jesus went through the test of Satan, he returned to Galilee with the power of the Holy Spirit and began preaching. He preached in the synagogue and was praised by the people.
His name spread all over the world. At this time, he was successfully welcomed. At this time, the famous Jesus returned to his hometown of Nazareth. What kind of challenges did he face? Would the people of his hometown welcome him like they did in Galilee?
Here, in the Book of Luke, in Nazareth, Jesus entered the synagogue according to his usual routine. He stood up and began to read the Bible. Someone handed him a book of the Bible. I think he must be very familiar with the Bible.
He found a chapter. This chapter is recorded in the so-called Bible, Isaiah 61, verse 1 and 2. Jesus read in the synagogue, The Lord's Spirit is on me. Yes, this is the job of the Holy Spirit. Many times we think that to preach God's word, it is enough to rely on the mind, the eloquence, and even the right deal.
It can make people return to God. But without the power of the Holy Spirit, preaching is difficult. Just as Jesus, the second of the Trinity, also needs the power of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the third of the Trinity.
Not to mention us. So, when we do the work of the Lord, the Holy Spirit is among us. With His power, it is indisputable. Here it says, The Lord's Spirit is on Isaiah. This is because the Lord used the word, God, The Lord, God, refers to Gideon, Messiah, all men, all creatures, did three things.
It is written here, The first thing, to spread the gospel to the poor. For these poor people, Jesus came to get them out of poverty, to get them justice. And to bring them back to life. Before God, Jesus came to get them out of slavery.
For these people, who are trapped in this world, in this world of slavery, with the power of Jesus, they can be set free. And, to let them see with their eyes. Jesus will heal them, open their eyes, and let them see the truth and justice.
He will not let them be blinded, or be led astray. So, what is the second thing? The second thing is, The Lord, God, asked Jesus to set the oppressed free. Who are the oppressed? Those who are afraid, who are rejected, who are greedy, who are soft, who are vicious, who are arrogant, who are mocking, and so on.
Now, Jesus came, so that they are no longer afraid of being rejected, so that they can be set free. So, what is the third thing? It says here, The Lord, God, and the people of Vienna, happy new year. This does not refer to a special year.
This does not refer to a special 2016. The so-called happy new year here, refers to Messiah, proclaiming to the people of Vienna, the coming of a new era. God saved the people of Vienna, and made them become the people of Vienna.
Dear brothers and sisters, In the 4th chapter of the book of Luke, chapters 20 -21, it is written, After Jesus finished reading this chapter, he rolled up the scrolls, and gave them back to his disciples.
Then he sat down, and prepared to preach. At that time, they were standing, reading, sitting, and speaking. Jesus was reading the words of God, with the power of the Holy Spirit, which surprised the people of Vienna.
So, they were focused on Jesus, their eyes were on him, and their whole body was focused on him, and ready to listen to his preaching. At that time, Jesus said to them, Today, this scripture, is printed on you.
Yes, Jesus is the High Priest of God. He came to preach, to bring good news to those who long for Messiah, to set free the captives of sin, to give them freedom, to receive a new life, and to proclaim to God the coming of a new age.
In the 22nd chapter, it says, The people in the hall were surprised, because the Jesus they knew, was only a son of a priest. They never thought of his preaching ability. They did not know that he was a powerful preacher, or a high priest.
They were amazed at the grace he bestowed, which was to proclaim good news. The coming of a new age, was also printed on Jesus. They should have known, Yes, Jesus is the Messiah they longed for, to set them free, to give them freedom, and to give them a new life.
But they were perplexed, because the breath of salvation, came from the mouth of a son of a priest. In the 23rd chapter, it says, Jesus knew their doubt, and did not understand, and did not believe. So he said to them, You must tell me this, Jesus is the Messiah.
He knew what they wanted to say to Jesus. When we prayed to God, we did not speak to him, but he already knew what we wanted to say to him. Yes, that is how it is. He already knew that they would say to him, Doctor, you heal yourself, Jesus will heal you.
They would reject him, rejecting the coming Messiah, and eventually hang him on a cross. Jesus said, We have heard what you have done in the house of Baron, and we will do the same in your own house. Those who have been to your house, have heard all the miracles of Jesus.
They should believe, because belief comes from hearing. But they do not. They have to see it with their own eyes, so that they will believe. They have seen it, so that they will truly believe. No, Jesus has spoken again.
I am telling you, there is no prophet who was rejected in his own house. There is no prophet who was rejected in his own house. A true prophet will not say things that please others. A true prophet will say things that please God and all of God.
That is the truth. A true prophet will do what God wants them to do. Jesus knows, these people sitting in the hall, they will not please God. Jesus' words to them, Jesus will be rejected by them. But, He is not afraid of rejection.
Because, no matter what, no matter who, they will not be able to resist God, and the people He pleases. The Bible, which is the Word of God, is written in many places in the Bible, It says, These are all God's commandments.
These are all God's commandments. These are all God's commandments. God's commandments are the truth. Those who love God, not only hold on to these truths, but also speak out these truths, and release these evil people from them, so that they can be set free.
Even if we are rejected, we will not receive their joy. But, these are God's words, God's truth. We should speak to them in this way. Because, those who love God, and those who love His truth, will be hated, will be rejected.
This is a painful and unpleasant punishment. From the 25th to the 27th, Jesus delivered the truth, which will cause Him to be rejected by the whole world, even by the whole earth. Let me say it again.

The first text, or story, is from the time of Elijah. It rained for three years and six months, and there was a great drought and famine in the region. At that time, there were many widows in Israel. Elijah was not sent to them.
He was only sent to Sodom, the land of the Gentiles, to a widow. The second story is from the time of St. Lisa. There were many widows in Israel. However, no one was close to the widows, no one was close to the widows.
After these two stories were told, the people in the church were very angry. They were very angry. We should ask, why were they so angry? Why were they so angry? Because Jesus told them the truth about the salvation of God.
They could not accept it. The salvation of God is the will of all God. They did not care about their own family, or their own religion. St. Paul explains in Romans 9, 6, 7, the end of the Old Testament, because the people who were born in Israel, were not all Israelites, nor were they the descendants of Abraham.
They were all God's children. The true descendants of Israel were the children of God. God said, If I want to have mercy on someone, I will have mercy on him. If I want to eat the fish soup of grace, I will give it to him.
This grace belongs to him. This includes the widows of the Salafites and the Naaman of Syria. Although they were not the descendants of Israel, God's grace descended on them. The salvation descended on them.
So what we see here is, the truth of Jesus' teaching of salvation is, those who are saved are not subject to race, gender, nationality, etc. This is the truth of Jesus' teaching of salvation. At that time, the people in the church could not accept this truth.
Because they doubted the truth of God, the descendants of Abraham, the chosen people of God. They had been waiting for Isaiah, as the descendant of Abraham, to keep the promise of Abraham. At the judgment of Moses, the descendants of the people of Isaiah were broken by the truth of Jesus' teaching of salvation.
So how could they accept this truth? They were rejected by God. They rejected Jesus' teaching of salvation. They said, this is impossible to happen to us. Because of our temporary dedication, I have been standing and praying for a long time.
I am not like those taxpayers. I do what I have to do. This is the law, the people of Israel, and the scholars. Even those who praise me, are those who follow the law. I am a man of God. How could I accept the teaching of Jesus' teaching of salvation?
So they doubted what Jesus had said to them. They rejected Jesus. On the 29th day, they went into the city of Jerusalem, and drove Jesus out of the city, and took him to the mountains. On the 30th day, it was recorded that Jesus, the great prophet who was rejected, was walking among them.
Because his time had not come. Brothers and sisters, friends, Jesus knew that there was still a time when he was rejected. There were many times when he was rejected. But the biggest rejection was not from the people, or from the disciples.
It was from God. When he knew that his time had come, he prayed in the city of Jerusalem, and said, Father, if you are willing, let go of this cup. But do not fulfill my will, but only fulfill your will.
At this time, Satan tested Jesus again. You do not need to be nailed. You do not need to be whipped. You do not need to be mocked. You do not need to be nailed. You do not need to be mocked. You are already nailed to your body.
And you do not need to be rejected. Jesus is a holy man, all things are possible for him. We know that God must reject him, so the world must believe in him. Only through him can God accept us completely.
Only in this way, when Jesus was rejected by God on the cross, when he was crucified on the cross, he became our Savior. His rejection became our salvation. In other words, a person, a person who is not afraid, was rejected by the world was saved and reconciled with God.
Brothers and sisters, friends, we should be afraid. What should we be afraid of? We should be afraid of God rejecting us, even leaving us. Yes, we should be afraid. But we should also hope that God will accept us.
We must know that we are accepted or rejected, ultimately it depends on God's true reason for rejecting us. That is our sin. This sin makes us separate from God. This sin makes God reject us. Therefore, brothers and sisters, because of our sin, we must believe in Jesus Christ.
