The Word of God, the Incarnation, and the Case Against Abortion

We all have to recognize that it's not just the Word of God that tells us, you know, I knit you together in your mother's womb, you're fearfully and wonderfully made, all that stuff. It's not just the Word of God that has John the Baptist leaping in the womb of his mother when she's pregnant and Mary comes in with Jesus in her womb.

It's, you know, the Incarnation refutes abortion, period. God becoming a man, forming in the womb. That which is conceived in you is from the Holy Spirit, by the agency of the Holy Spirit of God. It's biological science that also disregards the bootleg arguments of the pro-aborts for so long.

Biological Science, Conception, and Human Identity

Biological science testifies that when that sperm meets the egg, you have the DNA and biological makeup of you. The only distinction and difference between where you are at conception to where you are now is just a difference of degree.

And we all flow in and out of those differences of degree our entire lives. And so what needs to be understood is that at the moment of conception, biological fact of science, empirical science, cannot, will not, ever be refuted.

At the moment of conception, the DNA and the biological blueprint of you is all there at that moment. You say, oh, but it's very small and not fully developed. Well, so are six-month-olds and one-year-olds and two-year-olds and ten-year-olds.

The Moral Argument for the Dignity of the Unborn

Trust me. Not fully developed. And so to say, well, I can murder it because, you know, it's not fully developed or something to that effect is just, it's just, it displays the darkness of the heart present.

I think I can be reckless and have an abortion and everybody should be fine with that, was what she's saying.
