And he said, you're fighting the Holy Spirit, you're quenching the Holy, anger in his eyes, you know, and he hated me. I was a young student and he, he said, you're, you're with them, this doctrine of, oh, he says, the fruit, and all this is not the fruit, the evidence is the gift, tongues, look at the scripture, you're fighting against the workings of god, you people are standing, and there he's always with the stick, you know, and I took the stick one day and I said, quickly look at the mirror, and I said, is that love, is that the Holy Spirit, what spirit is in you, look at your anger, look at your hatred, I said, I fear for you, well he got people speaking in tongues eventually, because he was such a charismatic personality, so forceful, dynamic, and you know every single one that spoke in tongues when that man laid his hands on him, back slid to this day, my closest friend, who served the Lord with me, had a calling of God to be a missionary, I said to him, why don't you come back, why don't you just come back to God, he said, no, he said, when that man put his hands on me, and I spoke in those tongues, something really happened, he said, but something happened that I knew, I've lost with God, he said, I don't know how to explain it to you, he said, I tried, I begged, I wept, I can't come right, I can't understand that, that actually shakes me, it's one of the biggest scars in my heart, is that man alone, let alone the other, who through one man wanted to speak in tongues, and found themselves backslidden, in the world, not in God's service, there's people who can pray for you with personalities that are so dynamic, so forceful, but there's something about them that isn't Christ, his aggressiveness, against everybody that doesn't submit to them, that isn't, you know, doing exactly the way he's worshipping, you should say an amen, the way, they're all grieving God, and they treat you like enemies, there's something you can see them a mile away, be careful of them, I know a man in England called Douglas Crosman, he came to South Africa, and Douglas Crosman said to us from the pulpits of God in that country, how from South Africa, a man who called himself Mr. Pentecost, just in the fact that he called himself that shows you how far away from God he is, and he was taken up there in England now, having his big crusade, and all the church was going to hear the fellows, everybody speaking in tongues and slaying the spirit, all these things, and so some of the members of this church were going to go, he said, I don't want you to go, I don't want you to go, but they went, about midnight that night, banging on the door, the parsonage, the manse, where the minister stays, and Douglas Crosman said there stood this man with his wife and others, who had gone to the meeting weeping, screaming, and said, my wife went out, and he laid hands on her, and she began to speak in tongues, but she got up, and within minutes she was committing adultery with men.
