- There is something about studying the attributes of God that we have to understand. A good example of this is if we look at Isaiah chapter 6.

- When you look at Isaiah chapter 6, you're going to see that when Isaiah had a proper view of the

- Lord, he sees the Lord high and lifted up, and the first thing he does is say, woe is me for I am undone because I'm a man of unclean lips and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips for my eyes have seen the

- Lord, the King, the Lord of hosts. And so as he sits in this and sees this imagery, what we see that when

- Isaiah has a proper view of God, it changed his view of himself, it changed his view of sin, and it also changed his view of service because when

- God says, who will go for us, whom will we send who will go for us? Isaiah says, here I am, send me.

- Now he wants to go for service. So if you have a right view of the attributes of God, you're going to see it's going to affect the way you view yourself and others.

- He saw himself in light of all of the others among him, his people, he saw a different view of sin and it changed the way he wanted to serve
