I want to start this video today on a serious note.
You know many of you know that over the past month or so we've been searching for a house
and a place for my family to live and raise my children and that kind of thing and we found one
and it was it was such a nice neighborhood lots of kids in it and and to
be honest I was I was very excited but there was a catch there was a catch
and you know it's a predominantly white neighborhood just to not mince words here
and you know I might be able to pass.
You know some people say that I could pass for white and you know from a distance I think that that that
you're right in general but you know if you get within you know 30 40 feet
of me you'll you'll know that I'm not I'm not a white man and so anyway but but you know I
I'm a very optimistic guy and I went against my my better judgment.
I just wanted a good place for my family to live and so I I bought the house and on Friday last week
we closed on the house and we were very excited and we started moving stuff in.
I got to meet a few of the neighbors.
You know I said hello to a few people as we're moving some boxes in and you know the plan is to finally move into the
house in about a month anyway.
So Tuesday rolls around and my my in -laws are at the
house.
They're helping us out with like they're cleaning a few things up.
They're very nice people.
My in -laws are at the house and we get a phone call and my wife
tells me with I don't think she had a tear in her eye but she was a little bit upset that
that our boiler isn't turning on it's not kicking on and it looks like our our
thermostat is broken.
It's not it's not working anymore.
And this is what I feared.
This is what I feared guys that despite so much progress that's been made
in America that ultimately we are still a white supremacist nation
that that's that's what I knew if this was racial sabotage.
I mean you do the math.
I buy the house I meet a few neighbors and not two days later my thermostat
is broken.
I know a lot of you would think well that's just a coincidence.
Adam that's just a coincidence.
It can't be that that it's a racist thing.
It's just you know things happen things break.
Listen.
We've seen this too many times.
We've seen it too many times.
How many of my my black and brown brothers and sisters in Christ have had one of these
coincidences.
Coincidences that happen too often aren't coincidences.
This is a clear message that my kind my family is not
welcome in this predominantly white neighborhood.
I don't know how they did it.
I don't think anyone broke in but maybe the maybe the the owner the previous owner of the house set a
set a timer on this thing to to break down just to send a message that yes he sold me the house but he
didn't want to.
Maybe that's what it was.
But this is a clear message.
I know that thermostats break every single day.
But this is this is what I feared.
And it's happened.
I don't know what to do and I called I called the company an HVAC company to come fix it and then they
fix it this morning.
But but they charged me for it.
Can you believe it.
They charged me for it and and and my in -laws were there when they were fixing it and it was a quick fix.
It's just a new thermostat and and this guy claims to be a Christian.
He claims to go to church in the town that I'm planning on going to church in and yet he
charged me a Latin Latinx Latino
person who has been a victim of a hate crime and racism throughout his life.
And here again he had the nerve to charge me to fix it.
My brothers and sisters we need to have a talk.
Can we talk about the necessary aspects of reparations in the church.
This is a this is a this is this has gone on too long too long.
We'd be victim upon victim upon victim.
And when you see a brother and sister in Christ suffering racial trauma
and then you have the audacity to charge him to fix it.
That is not the grace that is offered in the church.
That is not the justice that we speak of in Amos.
But justice rolled down like waters.
I know that a lot of you are I have your hearts in the right place.
You said you said a D.
Did you call the police.
Did you call them to tell them about this racial sabotage.
And I said no.
No.
I'm scared of the police.
Don't you know what they do to Latinos.
If you want to help me in this difficult time I have a patreon account and I would gladly accept PayPal
donations as well.
No pressure no pressure.
But if you want to not be racist and fix the trauma the racial trauma that I
endure every day yesterday on Twitter I told people about this and I've got a bunch of white supremacists in my
mentions telling me that it's impossible that I'm that I'm stupid and that I'm just I'm just
this is what I deal with every day again.
If you want to fix the racial trauma in my life I've got a patreon and a PayPal and I'll also take a check.
So DM me and I'll give you my address.
Thank you for listening and thank you precious saints
the video you just saw.
Precious saints the video you just saw I recorded on Thursday and I I was debating whether or not to put
it up.
But but but this morning Monday morning I knew I had to
I had to do it.
I had to be strong for everyone out there who doesn't have a voice everyone out there who doesn't
have a platform.
I had to be strong.
And what happened this morning guaranteed that I had to post this video.
I I stepped on the scale and I looked down.
And since last Thursday I've gained five pounds.
If that doesn't show you the trauma the trauma that I endured
over the last week because of this example of racial sabotage
how long evangelical church how long white evangelical church.
Will you turn a blind eye.
I gained five pounds in the last week.
Once again please donate to my patreon.
If you don't want to stand for white supremacy anymore patreon is on the
screen.
If you don't want to be racist if you want me to lose weight please.
