Colorado House Bill 1312 and the Moral Code of the State

May 16, 2025. Denver, Colorado. Governor Jared Polis signs House Bill 1312 into law, making it a discriminatory act to intentionally refer to a transgender person by their birth name instead of their chosen name, or to use a pronoun that is not aligned with their gender identity.

It's framed as a civil rights issue, redefines parental care and moral conviction as potential abuse. A parent's refusal to affirm a child's claimed gender identity as grounds for legal.

Penalty, regardless of the child's age. Dr. James White. We tried to get anybody in the legislature, anybody in the churches that were supporting this, to debate in front of cameras, equal time. Couldn't find anybody.

It's going to cost to be Christians in this world and in this society, unless God brings massive repentance and revival to our land, which we pray for, but it's got to start with somebody. And I am convinced it's not going to start with the megachurches.

It's going to start with the churches and the communities like this one.
