Open your Bibles to 1st John 2 .15. He tells us here to love not the world, neither the things that are in the world.

If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. Now, what world is he talking about,

David? He couldn't be talking about the physical earth because that's something we admire and enjoy.

What he's talking about is the world system, organized system.

This is headed by Satan, and he leaves

God out. He's actually in opposition to God.

The thing which we need to hate today is this thing in the world which is organized against God.

Now, that has to be something that borders on the spiritual.

For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, the pride of the life, is not of the

Father, but is of the world. Lust, pride, flesh.

These are things that come about because of sin. And the world passes away in the lust thereof, but he that doeth the will of God abideth forever.

It is the last time, and as you have heard, that Antichrist shall come.

Even now are there many Antichrists, whereby we know that it is the last times.

Now, this was during John's life on earth. He says that even at that time there were many

Antichrists. I thought there was just one. How can we explain this?

How can we explain that Antichrist is more than one person?

Well, the scripture says that there are many Antichrists.

Antichrist is made up of two words. The title Christ and the preposition anti.

It's important to see that anti has two meanings. It can mean against.

If I am anti something, I'm against that. And it also can mean in place of.

Instead of. An imitation. Therefore, it can be a substitute.

It can be either a good substitute or a deception in its substitution.

I personally believe that there is going to be two persons at the end of the age who will fulfill both of these types.

This is the Antichrist. Now, anyone today that teaches that Jesus was not born of a virgin is

Antichrist. He is against Christ. I care less how much he preaches for him.

They went out from us. But they were not of us. For if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us.

But they went out. That they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.

What's he talking about, David? And they've been doing that ever since he was here.

Holy Spirit. But John says that the way you can tell whether one is really a child of God is that eventually he'll show his true colors.

And he'll leave. But you have an unction of the

Holy Spirit. And you know all things. Now, do we know all things?

Is there someone here that knows all things? John says we do.

How can we fit that, Greg? Alright, that's it.

That's right. We know all things that we need to know to have a church.

We know the truth as the Holy Spirit reveals it to us. Now, he may reveal more to me tomorrow, but it's already written down.

And through the experiences that he gives us, you learn the truth.

This is possible only because you have the unction of God. Unction. That's a very, very interesting word.

But that really doesn't explain it. Because then I have to ask, what is anointed?

We're looking at the word unction means smearing. When I smear something,

I have to touch it. So a touch by God is an unction.

We have been touched, each one of us in his own way. Unction means a touching of God.

I have not written unto you because you know the truth, but because you know it, and that no lie is of the truth.

Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist that denieth the

Father and the Son. You cannot deny one and love the other.

Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father. But he that acknowledges the

Son hath the Father also. So you cannot have one without the other, and if you have one, you have the other.

Let that, therefore, abide in you which you have heard from the beginning, if that which you have heard...

Is that the last of that verse? Read it. Alright.

God is that eventual... A man will show his true colors and will leave the assembly of God if he is not a child of God.

There have been some go out of this church. For different reasons, they say.

Some of them haven't been saved. Some of them believe different. But you have an unction from the

Holy One, and you know all things. So, you're now able to receive and understand the truth as the

Twenty -two. Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the

Christ? Very simple. Now, don't ever ask somebody if they believe in Jesus when you're trying to find out from them, because they'll say what you want to hear.

But just listen to them. Watch them. He is an antichrist, the one that thinks like that, that denieth the

Father and the Son. Whosoever denieth the Son, let that therefore abide in you which you have heard from the beginning.

And this is a promise that he hath promised us. What is it?

Eternal life. He has promised eternal life.

These things have I written unto you concerning them that seduce you.

Are you above being seduced? Anybody? No. Don't think that you are.

But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and you need not that any man teach you, but as the same anointing touches you all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, you shall abide in him.

And now, little children, abide in him that when he shall appear we will have confidence and not be ashamed before him that is coming.

Will I be ashamed when he comes? Will you? If he told us that it would be exactly ten years from today when he comes, what would you do?

I don't believe you would. If you know that he's coming ten years from today, for sure, at eleven o 'clock in the morning, on a

Jesus is coming. Now, what's the advantage to not knowing?

So that's the answer to your question, is that no matter which, whether he told us ten years or tomorrow, we would be mocked and dreaded.

Yes. So, he doesn't tell us, and he says be ready now. That's right.

I know you. If it was ten years from now, you would have a feeling of ease.

Now, right now you don't think that, because we don't know. And wisely so, because if he's coming ten years from today, then

I do not need to worry about living. But if he might come today, if he came right at this moment, he would catch me preparing this

But I don't know when he will come. There's a few times when

I get behind a driver who won't let me get around him, and I think some unkind thoughts about him.

That would be rather embarrassing that Jesus came at that time. So, you and I need to be living all of the time in the light of his imminent return.

Twenty -nine. If you know that he is righteous, you know that everyone that doeth righteousness is born of him.
