Hello, just a short video here on the interfaith activity of The Chosen, the new movie about Mary put out by Joel Osteen and Netflix, and then the interfaith activity of Daystar.

First, The Chosen in Dallas Jenkins. Dallas Jenkins has responded to the controversy about Judas Iscariot.

I'll play that clip in a moment where Dallas Jenkins is really just acting as a deceiver.

He's trying to pull the wool over people's eyes. It's amazing. People buy into this, but I think they just love the show so much.

They don't care. You know, he can have rainbow flags on set and people, they just don't care.

But here's a picture of Dallas Jenkins. This happened about a month ago. He actually spoke at BYU, Brigham Young University.

This is a Mormon school. And in this sermon, I guess it's called

Five Loaves and Two Fishes, Dallas Jenkins at BYU. He talks about how they film

The Chosen on church property. That is Mormon church property. What is this? This is interfaith activity.

And he, like Ravi Zacharias, is going to the Mormons and he's,

I guess, preaching a sermon or doing a speech. Interfaith activity with a cult, because Mormonism is a cult.

Somebody leaves a comment, this guy Devin, he writes this about Dallas Jenkins speaking at BYU.

He says, this is the kind of interfaith cooperation we need to prepare for the second coming.

So Jesus is coming back and we need more interfaith activity.

No, that's apostasy. I left a comment in response. I said, you mean this is the kind of interfaith cooperation that prepares for the great tribulation?

Because that's what the Apostle Paul said about the great falling away that happens before Christ's return.

So you can see this is interfaith activity, okay?

Mormonism is not biblical Christianity, but here is Dallas Jenkins at BYU.

All right, now let's play the clip where Jenkins responds to this controversy about Judas Iscariot.

Watch. Previously, we looked at a scene from The Chosen in which TV Jesus tells TV Judas.

And I've had it before. And also. Then I will pray for you. Two things Jesus never would have said to Judas.

John 6, 64 says Jesus knew from the beginning who it was who would betray him. And in John 17, 12,

Jesus prayed for his disciples. Not one of them has been lost, except the son of destruction that the scripture might be fulfilled.

He said he was not praying for Judas. And if Judas had not betrayed Jesus, then scripture would be wrong.

Well, creator Dallas Jenkins didn't like that criticism so much. He recorded a response in which he said, no, we are not implying that Jesus is going to pray that Judas, Judas will change his mind.

Yeah. Watch it again. In the scene, Jesus said, you have a choice to make Judas who you belong to, who has your heart.

I want it. And I've had it before. You followed me willingly. I want to continue.

There's nothing more than I want than that. Then I will pray for you. That doesn't imply that Jesus would pray for Judas to change his mind.

Dallas said, so Jesus did not say in this scene, I'll pray for you, Judas, that you change your mind.

He said, I'll pray for you, which can mean any number of things. And there are many reasons to pray for someone. Okay. Then what other reason would

Jesus have to pray for Judas? And the only suggestion Dallas gives is this absolutely is possible for Jesus to be praying for Judas's heart and to possibly even say to the father, could, could he still be saved from this?

So as you can see, that's deception. He said, Oh, well, we're not doing this, but then that's exactly what you're doing.

So like I said, people are so enamored with the chosen Dallas Jenkins could literally allow rainbow flags on the set and speak at the

Mormon university, BYU and have interfaith activity and nobody seems to care.

So that's that. I thought that was a story worth reporting on that Dallas Jenkins spoke at BYU again, not surprising, but proof of interfaith activity.

Now what about this Mary movie? Well, it's being produced by Joel Osteen.

It's a feel good message, no gospel. They're adding to the story.

I would argue in some ways, adding to scripture because the story of Mary, I mean, this is the

Bible. We know it's true because of scripture and they're adding a whole bunch of unbiblical stuff to it.

It's interfaith activity because Joel Osteen is working with Roman Catholics to produce, you know, all this extra information where Mary, it looks like her birth was also miraculous.

That's a Catholic doctrine. So they're adding Catholic doctrine. Roman Catholicism is not biblical

Christianity. It's a different religion. We follow Jesus. They follow the

Pope. Okay. We follow the Bible. They follow church tradition. They have

Christian teaching, but it's blended with paganism and all sorts of man -made traditions.

So it's interfaith activity because of the Catholic activity. But Joel Osteen doesn't care about that.

And this message that they're sending, okay, the gospel, if you will, in the

Mary movie is that love will save the world. That's the big catchphrase, you know, believe in yourself.

Okay. Mary, you're special. Believe in yourself. I have no problem with her being special, but no, it's believe in Jesus.

Don't believe in yourself, believe in Jesus. And then the feel good false gospel is love will save the world.

That's the thing everyone's kind of glomming on to with this movie. No, it's

Jesus will save the world through his crucifixion. If a person would repent and place their faith in him, but that's totally not in the movie at all.

So false gospel, interfaith activity. What about Daystar? You say, well,

Daystar, yes, it's heretical. We've been over that several times, but how is that interfaith?

Well, just as Dallas Jenkins went and spoke at BYU engaging with this cult group,

Daystar is doing the same thing with the Seventh -day Adventist. So as you can see here, this is straight from their website.

You know, they're adding to scripture without actually adding to scripture. Because if they proposed, hey, let's add this extra book onto the

Bible, nobody would go for it. But if they do it this way through these movies and television shows, it's a way of adding to scripture without actually doing it.

But they sort of are. So very, very dangerous. As I always say, read the

Bible, you know, read the Bible for yourself, be in a good local Bible -believing church, and trust in the true gospel of scripture, salvation by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone.
