God as Creator and the Meaning of Human Embodiment

God says in His Word that He created all things, all of the created order that you see around you. God made, He spoke it all into existence, including your body, including your being, who you are, both your personhood and your biology.

You are an embodied human being. God made you, and you know something about your biology moms, how unique that God made you to be, how He designed you to be able to grow a baby in your womb and care for that child.

That uniquely formed bosom that you have to grow life is evidence of what you are today. You're a mom, and there's no escaping that, there's no running away. You're not going to leave this place no longer a mom, you're going to leave this place the mother of a dead child.

Pleading With the Couple to Turn Back

Motherhood, False Worship, and the Creator's Authority

To the young man that just went inside and to the woman that you brought here, God has already spoken about you and he has said what you are, ma 'am. Young lady, he has said that you are mother, first and foremost.

There's no escaping that. Even after you leave this place, there's no denying before God what he has said that you are. You can't be anything else but a creature in his world that he's designed to worship him,.

To give glory to him.

What you're doing in there today is worshiping and giving glory to a God that is not the one true God.

It's a false God.

And that false God looks more like your comfort, looks more like convenience, looks more like the easy road. That's what your false God looks like today. And you don't have to do that. You don't have to bow down before a God that has no power to save you.

You can come to the true and living God. He is the one who sent his people here to you today to plead with you for the life of your baby. That's our hope today, is that you'd hear this message, you would be stirred, you would be convicted in your hearts.

The Sanctity of Life and the Judgment of God

As I read to you already, the Bible is clear about God being the creator of all life. And because he is the creator of all life, friends, he is the one who gets to set the standard for that life. You do not have the ability or the license to take this life.

And just in case you think that what you're doing today will not be seen or that you can somehow sweep it under the rug, you're only lying to yourself and you're only compounding God's judgment on yourself today.

That's all you're doing. You might be trying to deceive yourself, but you're not deceiving God. And you're not deceiving those of us on the outside who have looked into the eyes of women who have done this unspeakable thing to their own flesh and blood.

They knew the truth as you know the truth today. My hope is that your conscience is screaming at you right now to get up and to leave this place. You may be right inside that door, sitting in that room right there in front of the window.

I want you to know that I'm talking to you today. The Word of God is binding on you. You are obligated to obey King Jesus, the Savior. You are demanded, not requested, to be the mother and father of this baby God.

You should know, you need to hear and know the truth about God. It says in the Word of God that God hates the hands that shed innocent blood. That's Proverbs chapter 6, my friends. Let me read it to you, please.

And I pray that the words of the living God cut you in your heart. That's my prayer today. Just listen to this. Listen to the words of the Lord. There are six things that the Lord hates. Seven that are an abomination to Him.

Haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood. A heart that devises wicked plans. Maybe that's you today. Maybe in your heart you are harboring this iniquity and this disdain and this hatred for your baby secretly.

But dressing it up in other words. You're trying to be unselfish about it. You're trying to say things like, No, this is the best thing for me right now and my family. No one need be bothered with my burden right now.

Maybe you're saying that as you schedule the execution of your own child. Another thing that God hates. He not only hates the hands that shed innocent blood and a heart that devises wicked plans. But He also hates the feet that make haste to run to evil.

Confronting the Man's Cowardice and Responsibility

Sir, if you've left a woman in there, you've got to go get her out, man. Why don't you come talk to me and not be a coward? Come talk to me. Come talk to me. Don't be a coward, man. If you've left a woman in there, you are responsible and culpable.
