Christless Nationalists Send Samuel Sey to Hell, Mormonism Cannot Survive Dan McClellan

Greetings and welcome to the dividing line. It is a cool day in in Phoenix, Arizona. We are not used to that and I'm very very thankful that it is. I Am trying to get my computer to open up stuff that I need to use and it is refusing to do anything whatsoever I mean seriously I'm trying to open the screenshots for us to use.

For me to oh, hey, there we go. That took 30 seconds to open a screenshot. That's Probably not a good thing. This is the older unit and you know, there you go. Let me see here. Thermostats, there we go.

Submit. All right. Here we go. Sorry about that so much going on. I will admit that I don't know how Useful I'm going to be today. I have a debate coming up on Saturday and that is what I am thinking about primarily and I Think most people can understand why that would be.

I was running around until right as we were getting started and Printing stuff out and trying to find This type of thing and that type of thing and you know. There you go. That's that's what I'm doing.

Oh, okay. Thank you. I mean, how can it take? Even an older MacBook Pro 30 seconds to open a simple. I Think I know what it is. It's having to download from the web and evidently the web isn't moving very quickly today so anyway, um, I I Got a lot of pushback.

Criticism of Christless Nationalists and Their Attacks on Samuel Sey

Well, okay I'll be honest with you when someone with 68 followers says I'm an idiot. I don't really give it much thought and I don't care. What someone like that says? But I had to make a comment About what I was seeing online.

From Joel Webben and Eric Kahn. About Sam you'll say and Eric on Sam is an evil liar hell-bound if he's not repent of his father Satan's lying fruit. You know, sometimes Eric on just loses his mind. I mean just explodes.

Maybe too much reloading in the past or something. I don't know that fumes dust. But It's it's plain to me that webin and that webin and Ogden Signed a mutual destruction pact a number of years ago. Well year and a half ago, maybe.

Anybody who attacks the one will attack them and when they attack us you attack them. And so it's a multi-front type thing and make it look like there's more of us than there actually are. But both Joel webin and Eric on, you know, I mentioned they're crashing out and they are crashing out I mean this whole When when you when you step back and Think of where we all were in 2020 okay, you know not even seven years ago and Now you look at the situation and you ask who still believes what they believe back then and Who is now completely focused on stuff they had never even thought of before.

I mean for a while it was the post-war consensus and now it's American liberalism and it's the Jews and it's Israel and it's you know Stuff they weren't even thinking about back then and you know, I know what they say.

Well, we just didn't know we've learned we've advanced we know. Okay, okay so the stuff that was really important back then has now become Secondary to the wild-eyed Political Israel Jews IQ oh goodness.

Oh Goodness, I don't have that one. I could probably pull it up fast enough but I Think it was yesterday Joel Webb and posted this thing where he has some voice reading he's coming up with he's met this this guy remember the stuff from Germany and The cartoon and the mocking of the Holocaust the stuff like that.

I Don't have the 10 ,000 hours it would take To study to find out how many people really died in the Holocaust. Remember that remember that well Remember when Dale Partridge's wife was Hispanic. That was two years ago.

And now she's Italian. It is amazing. What can happen? Did you did you not know about this? Oh, you know, you know, I don't okay. Oh, this is so sad. I just bought it just oh it is sad I feel so sorry for that woman.

Oh my goodness. And Dale tried to jump in on this too. I talked about the crash out and Dale tries to jump in. I'm like did you you do not belong at the adult table? You you don't you just you need to go away anyway.

But the He posted this saying You know where he's got another book coming out I didn't have 10 ,000 hours to study the Holocaust, but man He must have 40 or 50 thousand hours now to be cranking out the stuff that he's cranking out and It's it's it's I just have to point out I wrote my books before AI just just pointing that out.

You can find folks that own those books and they can testify. Yeah, I I got this back before AI came into existence. So anyway He puts the he puts up this graphic For this section. He's gonna be playing and It's the it's the prolegomena the prolegomena now that's a That's a word.

You know legomena is a of course a Greek phrase legomenon is singular and It's misspelled and it's on the section on IQ. You know and it's talking about and here's the thing that I said this before. Just briefly.

I don't want to spend a lot of time on this because I find it so utterly inane but these guys will. What they do is they tap into? Elements of truth. That frustrate people especially frustrate young immature men men who have not been properly catechized Properly discipled properly grounded.

Many of them have been raised on internet theology and That frustration then they tap into that with stuff that's obvious for example Somali culture is inferior. Well, of course it is. It's not because of Genetics it's not because of melanin counts.

Let me put it this way if San Francisco culture continues The way it is going you're not gonna be able to tell the difference between that and Somali culture. All right, and that has nothing to do with melanin counts or anything either.

It it happens to have to do with the worldview that produces the culture the worldview that has produced the Somalian culture is Not a biblical worldview and it is particularly decrepit and as a result You know, you remember that phrase at the end of Romans chapter 1 the people who do these things Encourage others to do them as well.

That's what you get in a culture, especially when it is cut off and it's it's sort of you know You know for a long time Mormon culture was sort of cut off in Utah. You know the mountains sort of gave them some protection from the outer world and they did their own thing and develop their own strange ways of thinking.

Somalia. Somalians in general you can say this in general are Dishonest people they don't have moral compunction about stealing. About cheating lying that type of stuff at all and yes cultures degrade and cultures that some cultures are better than other cultures and Western culture is degrading on many levels.

Post Christian Europe is More evil than many nations in Central Africa could ever dream of being. There are there are tribes in Africa that understand what a man and a woman is. Shockingly and in fact, they can't even begin to conceive of How someone could not know what a man or a woman is?

But there are many universities in Western culture. Where they graduate people with advanced degrees? Who then Take positions of authority in our government and they don't know what a woman we have a woman on the Supreme Court that doesn't know what a woman is and She shouldn't be there, but she's there.

So it's real easy to look at a backwards culture. That does not have all of the tech that the rest of us have. And go see see low IQ, what's the average IQ in San Francisco? What's the average IQ at Yale?

That obviously isn't the whole thing now is it? No, it's not. But the funny thing was I just I just think it's just hilarious. That while you're saying they're talking about how we have a greater IQ and that's why I won't let my daughter, you know.

Date a black man that I let it up, but you can't spell prolegomena. Oh. Okay. Well, it was the AI that created the graph. Well AI can spell prolegomena. Sorry. That was a human error. That wasn't don't don't blame Claude or Grok or Chad GPT or whoever else.

You're gonna blame anyways, so evidently. The the Chrysalis nationalists. Like Eric Kahn and and Joel Webbin. They know how to play the victim card big time. I mean they are everybody just picks on them and they're just so picked on and they're just they're just martyrs for the cause.

They're normally doing the picking of course, but here's the problem. I'm sorry, this is this is real easy if you're gonna if you're gonna Interview Nick Fuentes and treat him like you did and oh, you know, he's just so cool.

He'll be president someday and he's a political savant and blah blah blah, but all the rest of this stuff. And he's a Nazi and when you when you put on Conferences and you have Nazis at your conference.

All right, and when you lie about their books and things like that. Eventually. When you then walk onto a stage where you're charging people 250 bucks a head to sit in the seats and you're up there. With more people who play around with Nazis and you're up there with people who are simply morally insane.

I Mean just oh out there. With the stuff that they've said publicly. Okay, I mean Alex Jones. You could you could fill so many hours with Alex Jones saying utterly insane things and you're Christ is King and this man has something to say to our nation.

No, he doesn't and so if you're gonna pal around and you're gonna post the white boy summer stuff and do all the rest that stuff and Then somebody goes hey you guys you've changed and man you're going the wrong direction.

You're picking on us. No, we're not. We're just telling truth. Just tell them the truth. And Now you're gonna say that Samuel say he's an evil liar and he's hell-bound. Well, well, well. Did you really read that book that was published by those folks at your conference Eric?

Because if you did then you lied on your webcast. Are you going to hell have you repented? See how easy that is. My goodness how the mighty have fallen. This was the crash that I was talking about and people there are all sorts I was blocking people right left and center.

Again, you know their followers Wow. Really do tend to be on the very very very childish side of things, but this is the crash out I'm talking about both he and webbing going after Samuel say and You know, he's he's you know on his way to hell because he's noticed that.

That these guys don't mind piling around with Nazis. You know, you know what Nazi means national socialist, you know and people talking about how you know, we are you know socialism it's inevitable and we're nationalists and Goes together.

I don't know. I don't know but yeah, there was there was that so Just just for people to know what we were talking about there. And then this is really interesting. So Dan McClellan the Let me let me I can actually do something with this that helps a little bit.

Mormonism’s Foundational Claims and Its Changing Theology

Um. So once you need to I've explained this for a long time. I discovered recently The fellow who called in on the last show right at the end I Didn't realize that earlier that day. He had posted some nasty grams toward me.

I Yeah, I found that out later in the day. It was all set up type thing. You can tell when he called in it was it was all a set up type thing and So He linked to somebody had taken some correspondence from about 15 years ago Between myself and McClellan this was before he got his PhD and stuff like that and You know, I looked at some of it is it's perfectly fine perfectly useful even to this day and it's the same the same stuff you know.

The Fundamental Foundational difference between Mormonism and Christianity is its doctrine of God. Mormonism never denied that that that used to be I never had to have an argument with a Mormon For years about that, that's where we started it was a given agreement That the one true church their church Of taught that God the Father as the body of flesh and bones tangible any man's the Son also.

And the God the Father is an exalted man and That men can become exalted as well. Now there we then had to have discussions about Jesus and the Holy Spirit because Mormons have had discussions about Jesus and the Holy Spirit for a long time.

Smith was Radically changing in his theology when he was murdered and There were lots of things he left Unanswered now the system should supposedly be able to handle that because The next guy in line is supposed to be a what? Prophet revelator and seer, right?

So the next guy in line shouldn't be any less authoritative or capable of receiving revelation or Anything else, right? But we all know that's not how Mormonism has functioned and we all know that The days of Monthly revelations are long past and in fact the Mormon Church as it exists today is Absolutely terrified of the idea of revelation.

They are terrified the polygamy might become legal again because you know Wasn't it Scalia Scalia or Alito one of the two said and back in 2015 when the Supreme Court put out a Childish childish decision legalizing same-sex marriage Obergefell.

And it was childish most people never read it. But if you do you're just sitting there and go wait a minute adults wrote this stunning. As one of those justices said We this decision legalizes polygamy.

That that will be next and I'm not sure why that hasn't happened yet. But it can and if it does I think Mormonism is scared to death of that. They cannot even begin to imagine What that would do to them in their current state?

So the modern Mormon Church is not the Church of the days of Joseph Smith and so When he died he left lots of questions unanswered. And so there were discussions. Why is Jesus a God and. And so there was speculation Jesus would get to marry and have children and go through the temple and stuff like that which well, if that's part of the eternal law progression, okay, but there You couldn't do that in Jesus day because that temple wasn't the same temple.

And in fact Christians never built temples like Mormons built temples at all. That's why They the subject of the priesthood needs to be debated and Because they didn't do that and they didn't seek to do that.

Because they didn't claim nobody back then claimed the LDS concept of priesthoods. Ironic Melchizedek priesthoods that kind of thing just. It's just not there. You can try to twist a statement here or there but it is not there.

No fair reading of Patristic material will lead you to the conclusion that the early Christians believed what Mormons believe about priesthoods temple ceremonies especially Masonic temple ceremonies, which developed yet.

And even though people like Hugh Nibley did their best. To try to find parallels and all sorts of pagan religious rites and stuff like that. It just was never a part of the Christian faith. So we we've all recognized the fundamental foundational starting point and now in social media the Mormons talk about the creedal God and and that type of thing as if they can somehow change the fundamentals of Mormon theology and and many of these online influences.

They are neomorphs. They are they recognize the utter incoherence of Joseph Smith's final solution. The final solution of the King Father funeral discourse and the Sermon of the Grove of the immediate sermons before his death.

It's final solution. It's not final. He didn't think that was going to be it he was still working through things, but God had other plans and he dies and for some reason there's a a Solidification of Theology with his death and that that happens very frequently.

You look at almost any of these religious movements. You look at Jehovah's Witnesses, Charles Taze Russell, Judge Rutherford. You look at the Way International, Victor Paul Weirwill, you know, the reason the Way broke up into Billion little splinter groups is because if you don't have strong second-generation leadership.

If you had a strong prophetic voice at the start and Then that voice is silenced by death, being murdered, whatever. If you don't have strong second-generation leadership the thing is going to go off the rails and break into a thousand pieces and that's happened many times in the past and so but Young, Brigham Young recognizes the danger in the prophetic impulse and while Joseph Smith you know section 114 of the Doctrine and Covenants a Commandment for a particular individual to go on a mission next spring and company with 12 even including himself.

Claiming good news, you know, so this is just sort of like everyday stuff and It's in Scripture. Well, not only is your scripture going to end up being really big if you keep doing things that way. But it's dangerous.

Because you have to be consistent with it even section 114. Spacing on the name. Yes, yes. Dave W. Patton. He didn't live in the next spring. He didn't live in the next spring. He didn't go on that mission in company with 12 even 12 others including himself and part of it was, you know the warfare they were having, you know with the people there who didn't like the Mormons saying that they were gonna take over and having polygamy and all the rest of that type of stuff and so that's having that prophetic charism is dangerous and.

So it ended. You don't have Brigham Young giving divine revelations sending people on missions and Now the church just scared to death of it so Dan McClellan has some type of a connection to Mormonism, but I think.

During one of our shows it was in the long-lost old studio. Which will be converted into storage soon. If I make it a museum museum piece. Yeah but I Forget if I had somebody on was it during the ward radio thing?

But there were people in our chat channel Mormons in our chat channel that made the specific statement. But Dan McClellan's not a Mormon and of course that raises the issue is can we even define a Mormon anymore?

I mean that really is. That really is a question can we define it? Yeah, so I'll make his day today, but Chris Arnzen just text me I'll bet you the main reason polygamy hasn't been legalized in USA yet is because it's considered oppressive to women and misogynistic.

Since the vast majority of polygamous relationships feature one man and multiple wives. Yeah, it wouldn't be popular but I think if someone brought a lawsuit. What they would be doing is polygamy would go either direction so you could have one woman with multiple husbands too, so it wouldn't necessarily be one of the objections, but The whole definition of marriage, you know, it's just out the window as far as that concern.

And what would Mormonism do with that? See the thing the thing that would then scare the Mormons to death and you believe you me they thought this through is That you can't do the one woman many husbands in the Mormon scheme of things.

Not with the priesthood authority. So that would put pressure upon them to alter the priesthood and The priesthood is schematic and they're already worried about that. Because you better believe there's feminist Pressure to do that kind of thing Within the ranks as it is at BYU and stuff like that.

Dan McClellan, Critical Scholarship, and the Gospels

Anyway, so Here is here are two tweets from Dan McClellan, okay, and The one the middle larger one I never called GSA failed prophet I said the prophecy was supposed to be fulfilled within a generation and it wasn't.

Even Hayes's book agrees with me our disagreement is whether God changed his mind is baked into the text or imposed upon it to skirt the problem, so clearly what's being discussed here is The destruction of Jerusalem and the second coming Matthew chapter 24 and the parallels in the other synoptic Gospels, but and Of course, this is only relevant to people who do not believe.

That much of Matthew chapter 24 was fulfilled in AD 70. Now you have to be balanced in that there are people say it was all done and you know. You've got the hyper preterists and you know, you know, they were in the eternal state and all their wacky craziness.

And man all those guys, that's all they do if you notice that the hyper prets. That's that's all they talk about they they couldn't Evangelize a Muslim if their life depended on. I mean, it's just that's their whole thing and Yeah, anyway, leave that everybody else to deal with not me.

Anyway, um. So if if you take a partial preterist view. Like Doug Wilson illustrated in Collision because you know that was brought up as a false prophecy of Jesus and and It was fun to watch Christopher Hitchens just sitting there going.

He never heard of it you know, he never never heard that understanding before and I can understand if someone's never heard of it before and They assumed all Christians were dispensationalists. That they'd be going you're making this up when in point of fact it goes back to the early church.

Um, did you know people in the early church pointed to Jesus as a prophet because he prophesied the destruction of Jerusalem in 8070. Yeah. How Lindsay wasn't around back then so, you know, that's sort of how that went anyway.

So I my assumption is That's what this is about and Hayes is a New Testament scholar. Not exactly conservative one and once again, you just have to understand What McClellan defines as New Testament scholarship and real scholarship and all this stuff.

The fundamental starting point in Modern Critical scholarship. That is Disconnected from a confessional seminary or church now all the major seminaries were once confessional and It's not like they just vote one day to cease being confessional but You look at you know Union Theological Seminary, you know, the the Walker Seminary I call it the Walker Seminary it died in the late 1800s and it's still walking around and shedding body parts here there and ever.

You Know there there was a time when it was founded that it had a confessional foundation and then there's simply a time where you go. Okay, that's where they just went. They're gone. That's that's it.

And that happens quicker or slower depending on the denomination and things like that. But that kind of critical scholarship the one thing you can never do is harmonize so the the fundamental foundational starting point is You cannot assume that Matthew's consistent with Matthew.

You cannot ever assume That Paul's consistent with Paul. Paul you have to you have to assume that Paul and James are at loggerheads. You cannot harmonize Matthew Mark Luke and John. Anyone who tries to do so is immediately dismissed from the from the conversation because that's what they did back then and We're all past that now.

So that's the starting place that's what you begin with and once you begin with that then you can't look at Matthew chapter 24 and Fit it into Old Testament prophecy. Even though Jesus is using that language.

So it's funny they will recognize That the judgment language. The fire and the moon turning to blood and it all comes out of the prophets. That's all judgment language. They recognize that They love to talk about Intertextuality as far as you know, the New Testament using Old Testament symbols and stuff like that.

Oh, that's that's fine but They also start with the idea that the Old Testament is Just a cobbled together mess. It is inconsistent with itself. The it's been edited and redacted especially, you know Moses and stuff like that the JDP theory all that kind of stuff.

You just you just have to start with the idea that the Old Testament is an incoherent mess that the New Testament writers are just Mining for Analogies and symbolic language and the idea that there is a Consistent whole the idea that there is a divine truth the idea that scripture is what Jesus thought it was.

Even if these guys were honest if they really were honest They would say Well what Daniel Kirk said, I forget what year that was. I had just come back from South Africa and he had that debate with Bob Gagnon and You know Paul was a first century Jew and He had a first century Jewish understanding of things and and we've gotten past that now.

And Jesus was a first century Jew and He had the same understandings. So if they're really really honest what they would do is they would say well, I mean the consistently Agnostic Secular critical scholar is going to say we don't have a clue at Jesus belief.

All we know is what he is represented is how he's represented by later communities That produced the gospel texts. So that's what you're gonna get at Union. That's what you're gonna get all over the place today.

And so they don't They even believe That that we know anything. We look at the Jesus seminar, you know, how many words do Jesus really say? Well, you know we can we can take a vote about it and put marbles in a bag and You know call the scholars version and do stuff like that.

But you know, we don't really have any idea what Jesus actually said. So once you start there Then There's no wonder that critical scholarship Cannot come to anything but negative conclusion. So you can't you can't come to a Understanding of what Jesus might have meant because we don't even know that Jesus actually said this.

But if he did say this It can't be that there is an actual divine purpose that there is a prophetic word being fulfilled. Nothing like that the whole thing in Luke 24 From Moses through all the prophets they were speaking about me.

It's just pious fiction. It's just pious fiction. That's all it is from their perspective so Jesus is a false prophet because he prophesied that something was going to happen that never did and So Dan McClellan is said it said I never called Jesus a failed prophet.

Well someone Davreak Rahimi I'm not sure who that is. So why the inconsistency you're comfortable calling Joseph? Joseph Smith a false prophet, but you also point out that you never called Jesus a failed prophet.

Why do you pick and choose and then I guess the response to that is down there at the bottom? Because I'm a human being posting comments on social media in the context of a specific argument. Just because I had never called Jesus a failed prophet doesn't mean I'm not perfectly happy to say The Jesus of the Gospels, please note that The Jesus of the Gospels is a false prophet, which I am perfectly happy to say.

Okay McClellan is The Rockstar scholar. For the online Mormon bros and And You know, they do you know what that's gonna mean? Okay, let me just point something out to you. Notice. It says the Jesus of the Gospels.

That's what I was just talking about. Who's that? Depends on you know your theory as to who wrote first and Who's dependent on who do you start with Mark and priority Matthew and priority Luke and priority?

You know, what's the Q source? How do you reconstruct it? I mean Synoptic stuff is all over the place. There's all sorts of things that you can study about that, too and the idea is We don't know the real Jesus.

All we have is the Jesus of the Gospels now. I'm not here to talk about that particular thing today. We've talked about this kind of stuff for years. What I would like to point out is something I've been saying for a long time regards to Mormonism and that is Mormonism cannot survive this Mormonism Grew out of Early 19th century Revivalism in upstate New York and so there are certain assumptions its assumption of the canon for example.

It's not that Joseph Smith had any in-depth knowledge of the Apocrypha or early church writings and stuff like that and and The original Mormonism like and that's good. We're glad he did not have to depend on scholarship.

He was a prophet there was a deep anti intellectualism in Mormonism very strong and it was actually presented as positive thing. We are different than the Protestant churches that are just all you know, they have a paid ministry and they have Seminaries and all that kind of stuff and we don't have that.

We have the priesthood and we have the spirit and we have continuing revelation. Have you noticed something about the online Mormon? Stuff today. It's all about scholarship. It's all about we've got Blake Osler and we've got Dan McClellan and we've got you know BYU is now populated by all these guys that got their PhDs out at elite level schools and and Wow, has it changed?

But what's the result? I am perfectly happy to say that the Jesus of the Gospels is a false prophet. Can you imagine? Him saying that while Bruce R. McConkie was alive. Hmm. Can you imagine that? Do you have any idea how fast?

He would have been flying out the Ward Chapel door Face first. Or anytime even before that during the days of Joseph Hewling Smith Goodness during the days of Brigham Young the Danites would have been after.

You know. Maybe a little blood atonement action going on never would have heard of his name or found his bones in the Wasatch Mountains someplace. When you are willing to go to this level of Applying Unbelieving critical methodology To the New Testament you can't avoid doing that with the Book of Mormon.

And that means you're gonna see That the Book of Mormon has one perspective and the later Doctrine and Covenants has another perspective. And there's another perspective that was developed in Utah after all of that.

And they're not consistent with each other at all. I saw a I have it here, but I'd have to bring this down. Oh Yeah, it was either Hayden Carroll or Or Jacob Hanson one of the two Posted this long thing with all these flowery again, 19th century revivalistic Statements in the Book of Mormon, which if you've read the Book of Mormon as many times as I have It's just chock full of it.

I Get all sorts of stuff about the blood of Christ and all the rest of stuff and in 1829 That's all Joseph Smith had he wasn't a polytheist yet. He didn't believe in priesthoods. None of that stuff he's a storyteller and he's telling a big whopper story and He's trying to make it sound as much like the King James Bible as he can and so he's bringing in stuff he's heard preached and he's putting it all together and he's putting into mouths these alleged ancient prophets all the rest of stuff and That's not what he's gonna end up believing down the road and That's not what his church is gonna end up developing down the road because of the emphasis on exaltation of Godhood and priesthood authority and Worthiness and Temple ceremonies everything else so but what you can do if you want is you can Just pick stuff out from the Book of Mormon and go see this is what we believe, but it's not Because you don't have a coherent whole.

They say oh you're doing to them what they do the New Testament. There's a vast difference between the two we can document When Joseph Smith developed new beliefs this wasn't that long ago, okay, I Mean, you know, we're only talking You know, we're coming up on 200 years.

You know right now. Okay, so we're talking three years two and a half years from now we get into the time frame of When Joseph Smith starts developing the Book of Mormon story and so we're only Three and a half years or so.

Yeah about three and a half years from the two hundredth Anniversary of the founding of the LDS Church April 6 1830. So April 6 2030 I Really have to wonder I Haven't seen anything Aaron up in Salt Lake might know.

Maybe some of other of our friends up there have latched on to some of this stuff. What are they planning? I wonder I have to wonder if we should really be thinking about Some big efforts because they'll be doing big things in April of 2030.

Of course, who knows what the United States is going to look like in April of 2030 but assuming That travel still exists Assuming that we haven't been thrown into some huge concentration camp. That definitely should be something we're thinking about doing is looking at what they've got coming up that's not that long ago folks.

That's considered the modern period. You have a lot of written documentation newspapers Photographs. We're not talking ancient history here and so You can document. I mean you can we have the 1833 Book of Commandments.

We have the 1835 Doctrine and Covenants. I Bet you could ask Claude or grok. Or chat GPT or whatever else is out there. I bet you could ask. Could you please? Take This section of the 1833 Book of Commandments the section it becomes an 1835 Doctrine and Covenants and Present it to me.

To where all the added or changed words are color-coded so if it's completely added it's in red if it's been changed it's in blue and Print that out for me as a as a graphic. I bet you anything That there's probably people in our channel right now rushing to their favorite AI and Before this Program is over somebody will post What what section would that which one so I don't I don't even have my LDS scriptures up here.

But it's the section that had over 400 words added deleted. In regards to the priesthood between the 1833 Book of Commandments and 1835 Doctrine and Covenants, I think it's section 24. It's in the 20s I'll bet you could do that.

You can't do that with Mark. You can't do it with John and you have no evidence than anything like that ever happened. But you do have the evidence of Joseph Smith's evolution over time so no, I'm not doing the same thing and I'm not starting with the idea that there's no supernaturalism.

But I am starting with the idea that the claim that Mormonism is the actual restoration of Christianity is impossible. I Do start there no toys about it. So back to this Mormonism cannot survive this and What I'm seeing What I'm sensing and of course the fellow who called last week.

Well, you can't do it because you know, we at the great levels of high scholarship are doing wonderful work doing what? If you're confirming all this stuff What are you doing making new excuses what new excuses have you come up with.

Why? Why did David Whitmer say what David Whitmer said about the priesthood? I? Mean his testimony to an address to all believers in Christ is it didn't exist April 6 1830 that claim had not yet been made.

The alleged visitations had already supposedly happened as it develops later on. But if you're going to be consistent and apply critical methodology. You're gonna have to come up with a way of basically saying yes, the LDS Church started without priesthood authority without a self-proclaimed priesthood.

And now you're left going but but but we have a hundred and fifty years of teaching from Apostles and prophets who claim they got their priesthood authority from those people saying it's absolutely necessary for the church to exist but now we're having to come up with a way of saying it didn't really have to exist and We can't really trust what Apostles and prophets say to us because a hundred years from now.

It may be something completely different. So who's gonna be? Every other Tom Dick and Harry From coming up with his own theory and drawing disciples off after himself. That's why I think this movement is going to shatter into a thousand pieces. With little prophets at the head of each one.
