Pagan Deity Declared The "One True God" At Republican National Convention 2024

Hello, so I saw this article on the Christian Post, it says the Republican National Convention, one of their officials is blaming all these hate -filled

Christians, apparently, for their response to this Sikh prayer. They invited the

Republican National Convention, whoever it was, you know, the chairman or a committee, they invited a woman from a pagan religion to offer this prayer, watch.

Dear Waheguru, our one true God, we thank you for creating America as a unique nation.

Alright, so she prayed to Waheguru, the one true God. Well, what does that mean?

If Waheguru is the one true God, that means Jesus is not. If Waheguru is the one true

God, that means Jehovah or Yahweh, the Lord, isn't. So, in one sense,

I'm not surprised that they did this. They don't want to, you know, the Republicans want to be a big tent party.

So whether you're Sikh, Hindu, Christian, Jewish, whatever, they want people's votes.

I understand that, so I understand they wouldn't want to alienate any one religion. However, at the same time, by having her say this prayer, they're totally alienating their evangelical base, because if you are an evangelical

Christian, you cannot go along with this prayer. Why? Because the Bible says that Jesus is

Lord. The Lord is the one true God. That means, you know, a true

Christian. This is the part that, you know, I think is the saddest part about all this. At the

Republican convention, just a guess, but probably 90 % of the people in that room would profess to be

Christian, whether Protestant, Catholic, evangelical, and yet most of them are closing their eyes, and they're going along with this prayer to Waheguru as the one true

God. I suspect several people didn't realize what she was going to say, and that night they probably prayed to the

Lord. At least a few of them probably prayed to the Lord and said, why, forgive me. I mean, even

Peter denied Jesus three times, and it was a moment of cowardice, and he regretted it and he repented later.

So I suspect that happened with some people who maybe went along with this. But yeah, it really would alienate any true believer.

But maybe not. Maybe it wouldn't, because at this point, people think that, hey, the battle for the nation is so severe, you know, here's the bottom line.

I think the Republicans know they have the evangelical vote nailed down.

So they can do this stuff and not worry about it. I think that's what it is. But yeah,

Waheguru, the one true God at the Republican National Convention. Pray for this country.
