- 00:01
- This is why abortion is still legal, feeding the Planned Parenthood abortion empire. The main strategy of pro -lifers for 50 years now has been to propose legislation that makes it harder for the abortion industry to comply with federal regulations.
- 00:14
- And this is why many abortion mills have closed down, because they don't have the financial resources to keep up with these regulations.
- 00:21
- Whether it's wider hallways, having certain surgical instruments, up -to -date permits, Or, the other struggle can be the inability to keep clientele up because of the waiting periods for each state.
- 00:31
- Now right off the bat, this is interesting because conservatives are the ones that consistently champion a small business model as a recipe for a thriving and free economy.
- 00:40
- They object to the idea of government interference in their businesses, and rightfully so. The government shouldn't be able to dictate your business, because it's yours, and they don't have a right to tell you how to run it or to be able to tax it and take ownership over your production.
- 00:54
- That's called slavery. But for some reason, when it comes to Republicans and conservatives using the long arm of the government to make it harder on the abortion industry, they can't seem to spot their own hypocrisy.
- 01:04
- You can't use the government to strong -arm someone when it's convenient for you, and then object when the same thing is done to you.
- 01:11
- But here's the point, as incremental laws shut down abortion mills, why do the statistics consistently show
- 01:17
- Planned Parenthood's revenue increasing? It's simple economics, really. The clientele of smaller businesses that can't abide by the federal regulations are being absorbed by the larger ones who can and provide the same service.
- 01:31
- And in the case of providing the murder of your unborn child as a service, Planned Parenthood is gladly taking that business, because unlike smaller clinics, they do have the financial means to stay in compliance with the government regulations.
- 01:44
- So the abortion beast is still getting fed, and now business for them is better than ever.
- 01:49
- Which is why this way of fighting abortion is a failure, and demonstrates the need for abortion to be criminalized altogether at the state and local levels, with legislation demanding that these children receive the same protection as everyone else, rather than having their lives used as pawns in an ongoing give -and -take game by pro -lifers who refuse to see where the fight is and strike at the heart of the issue.
