You can see that.
So I would encourage you, don't just see how nice these kids are, how talented they are and all that. Listen to the message that they have. We're here to see our younger ones.
Minister the gospel to us.
So before we start, let me pray and then we'll go, right? Thanks, Father, for our time together.
And the time we can have.
And seeing the gospel story enacted before us. We thank you for our children. Lord, we're thankful not just they do this for us, but that by doing this, they learn the truth in ways that they will never forget.
And so we thank you for that. We thank you for those who have worked so hard with them in order for them to learn these things. And so, Father, as they minister to us, we pray that the ministry you've had to them over these last several weeks would prove effective.
Thank you now for the time that we're going to have. We thank you now in Jesus' name.
So justice is far from us and righteousness does not reach us. We look for light, but all is darkness. For brightness, but we walk in deep shadows.
For it was displeased that there was no justice. He saw that there was no one. He was appalled that there was no one to intervene. So his own heart was the salvation of his own righteousness to save him.
The Redeemer will come to Zarah for those of Jacob who have spent their days in the lair of the Lord.
Look at the genealogy of Jesus Christ,.

This is how the birth of Jesus Christ came about. His mother Mary was pledged to be married to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be with child through the Holy Spirit. Because Joseph, her husband, was a righteous man and did not want to expose her to public disgrace, he had in mind to divorce her quietly.
But after he had considered this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in his room.
Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife,.
Because what is conceived in her from the Holy Spirit, she will give birth to a son,.
And you are to give him the name of Jesus, that he will save all his people from their sins.
When Joseph woke up, he did what the angel of the Lord commanded him, and took Mary home to be his wife, but he had no union with her until she gave birth to a son.
Today, the Regency is by the governor's seal, in the empire of Caesar Augustus, all residents must go to their own towns to be registered for taxes.
Until they came to Bethlehem.
Also, go away.
Innkeeper, do you have a room?
My wife is about to have a baby. We need a place to stay. Well, no, but you could stay at my funeral. We could stay there, Mary. At least we'd be dry.
So Mary and Joseph went to the stable and stayed amongst the cattle and sheep. That night, Mary had her baby. She wrapped him in pieces of cloth and laid him in a manger.
The angels have told us.
Seeing him, they spread the word, and said to them, but Mary treasured up all these things and pondered them.
Arise, shine for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you. See, darkness covers the earth, and thick darkness covers the people. But the Lord rises upon you, and his glory appears over you.
Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn. These stitches of the law, O King.
Where is this Messiah, this King of Jews?
In Bethlehem of Judah, this is what the prophet has written. But you, Bethlehem, in the land of Judah.
Are by no means.
These demonic rulers of Judah, out of you will come a ruler who will shepherd my people Israel.
Go search carefully for a child, and when you find him, report to me so that I may worship him.
And after they had heard the King, they went on their way, and the star they had seen when it rose, went ahead of them until it stopped over the place where the child was. And when they saw the star, they were overjoyed on coming to the house.
They saw the child with his mother Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped him.
The birth of Jesus.
The self will give you a son. The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son. And we'll call him Emmanuel, God with us.
The Son shall be with you
See that?
I'm impressed with the fact that they've learned some music and in that, all those truths. And as I sat here and I watched them, I thought, wow, when they get to be my age, I hope they remember those truths that they're singing right now.
And I think they will because they've been singing it. Well, we want to invite you to the back to enjoy some refreshments with us, talk to the kids, talk to one another. And so I'm gonna pray, and as you go back, you can go through the line, tell the kids thank you for their ministry to us tonight.
And we wanna thank you for coming.
And seeing this.
And I hope that the message of the gospel resonated with you as you heard about this King who came, not just to establish a righteous rule, but to deal with our sins so that he does rule in righteousness.
Let's pray, shall we? Father, what a delight it has been to listen to our children and to watch them enact for us the gospel story of Jesus coming. And now, Father, we just want to praise and thank you for these children.
We wanna thank you for those who work with them, all the work that went on behind the scenes, all the work that happened while this was going on. They don't get much credit, but Lord, you know them, and you know that they've worked hard, and you've known that they've ministered to children.
And we thank you for them. Once more, Lord, we thank you for our kids and pray that the truths they have learned here would be theirs forever. Lord, now we thank you for the food that's been prepared for us, and we pray that around this food, we'd honor you as we fellowship with one another, as we talk, as we encourage one another.
We'll thank you, in Jesus' name, amen.
You're dismissed.
