Apologia Church attended a rally outside of the Tempe Planned Parenthood with The Center for Arizona Policy, Arizona Right to Life, and The Alliance Defending Freedom. Channel 3 News did a live interview with Jeff.

- Good morning Scott. As you can see when you take a look around we have a pretty good crowd out here and as you mentioned this rally is going on right now.

- Essentially people are holding signs and protesting Planned Parenthood as an abortion clinic altogether but more specifically calling for an immediate investigation into the

- Planned Parenthood that's located here inside of this small shopping complex. Now the Women's Health Inspection Act that is taking effect today as you just mentioned requires that abortion clinics be subject to the same safety and inspection standards as all other health care facilities.

- The people who are out here this morning say they want this facility immediately inspected after an incident involving a pregnant teenage girl who had an abortion procedure performed here.

- Police reports revealed the girl was allegedly raped by Tyler Kost, a Pinella County High School student.

- We in -depth over the last few months but when the clinic was reportedly notified of the rape authorities say

- Planned Parenthood failed to report it. For this reason again people are rallying out here this morning calling for this investigation.

- Tell us why you're out here. We come out on a weekly basis to bring the good news of forgiveness and salvation and to offer hope, assistance, help.

- We have over 35 babies saved from local Planned Parenthoods in Arizona in the last year and so we offer financial support, medical support, help with adoption, those sorts of things.

- We're here on a regular basis and you know it doesn't surprise us, me as a pastor, that there's an indifference towards the issue of rape on the part of Planned Parenthood.

- If we have indifference over the life of babies we would be indifferent over rape or anything else and so we're here because we love women, we love these babies, and we care for them, we want to help.

- Now I did speak with Planned Parenthood Arizona. They said they're open to any inspections because they have nothing to hide.

- What do you hope comes out of an inspection? Well I mean ultimately my hope as a pastor if I'm being honest is that this shuts down completely and we stop ending the life of babies in the womb but anything that can expose
