The Chosen Defends Gay Pride Flag Because Jesus Taught "Love"

Hello, I just wanted to do an update on The Chosen and how the gay pride flag showed up in their Season 4 promotional video. Well, now one of the actors who plays Thaddeus, a disciple of Christ, he actually posted the rainbow flag on his Twitter account.

And he defended homosexuality and indeed it appears that he's defending what they call gay Christianity, that you can be openly homosexual, celebrate gay pride, and still be a true Christian. After all, Jesus taught love.

That seems to be his argument. So this is an article from The Dissenter. It says, actor who plays Thaddeus on The Chosen defends homosexuality and pride flag on set. The article begins, anyone who still believes that the popular TV show The Chosen is a Christian show is deceiving themselves.

While Christians and churches have been entranced by the show for the last several years, many of us have been sounding the alarm about the unbiblical and even subtle heretical propaganda that is being pushed by it.

And then it goes on to talk about how The Chosen, instead of talking about the actual gospel, it's more about social activism. So you can go to The Dissenter and read the article for yourself. But in our last video, we mentioned how Dallas Jenkins, the founder, creator of The Chosen, he seems to affirm Mormonism and calls Mormons brothers and sisters in Christ.

Now here, one of the men who plays the apostle of Jesus, the actor Giovanni Cario, he is celebrating gay pride. He posted a rainbow flag. He calls this, presumably a homosexual cast member, a brother in Christ, and he defends it all by quoting Jesus, how Jesus taught love.

And you can see the tweet right there for yourself. So I think this says it all. For those who thought we were being unfair, that saying, well, just because one cameraman had a flag, it doesn't mean that the show really endorses this.

Well, when the disciples of Christ, quote unquote, are posting gay pride flags as well, we got a problem.
