AZ Statute 13-3603 is a law that is current. It has not been erased. We recognize that States have submitted to the fallacious and un-Constitutional notion that the Supreme Court can create Law that subverts the laws of the States. Our Constitution states that it is Congress that creates legislation; not the Supreme Court. Roe vs. Wade is not a "law" that can subvert the laws that protect children in the States. It is our focus to direct attention to the current law and ask our legislators to ignore the corrupt opinion of the Supreme Court.

- Good. How's it going, officer? Good. Good. Sergeant Amos. Clayton. Nice to meet you,
- 00:05
- Clayton. Here's the deal. We're getting some complaints already. Nobody wants contact. I'm just here as kind of a courtesy.
- 00:13
- It is not what you're saying. It's how loud it is. OK? I'm telling you, we're probably not going to get any complaints if we turn that down or if you don't use it.
- 00:23
- If you continue to use it or turn it up, we may get more complaints. And if somebody wants to be a victim that's in disorderly conduct at some point, then
- 00:31
- I'm going to have to come and talk to you again. Do you understand? Yeah, I understand. You've been contacted by us before, right?
- 00:36
- Not personally. OK. OK. So it's nothing about why you're here, what you're doing. It's all about the noise.
- 00:42
- Right. OK? We contacted you guys a couple weeks ago, and nobody ever responded. Oh. About what?
- 00:49
- They're violating Arizona state law by murdering children here today. OK. I'm here about a complaint about the noise.
- 00:56
- Yeah, but why do you respond to their complaint, and not ours? I'm not going to get into that debate with you, sir. Well, we'll make the complaint right here.
- 01:02
- They're violating. I'll show you the law right here, and you can respond since you're here. My wife and I are complaining against them today for breaking
- 01:07
- Arizona law. OK. Do you guys understand what
- 01:12
- I'm telling you about the loud noise? I understand. OK. I'll take a look at the law. Sure.
- 01:17
- Yeah. Right here. It's kind of hard to see. Oh, there you go. You know how to use it better than I do.
- 01:27
- This is the definition of punishment under 3603. Mm -hmm. You can hold it if it helps you actually look at it.
- 01:44
- So we know that's what they're doing here today. So we appreciate you. Glad you came out here. If you come out for the other, we'd like you to go talk to them and take care of business here.
- 01:52
- Because we know this is absolutely being violated right now. OK. Like I said, I'm not going to get into that debate.
- 01:58
- There are other people that look into that, OK? That's a debate for you guys to, you can protest it all you want.
- 02:07
- Protest the law that's on the book that you're required to. It's absolutely just being done and not a camera. I mean, absolutely.
- 02:13
- That's what you just said. You can't prove that they advertise it. We know that they're murdering children today through abortion. And so they're causing miscarriages according to this law.
- 02:20
- The words you're using are more or less an opinion, whether it's murder or whether it's.
- 02:26
- If you intentionally, this law says, if you intentionally tries to cause a miscarriage. Do you understand what
- 02:31
- I'm saying about the noise? I understand about the noise. OK. You guys have a great day. So what's your name, officer? Kevin Ameis.
- 02:37
- A -M -E -I -S -E -S. You're a supervisor at Tempe, and you saw the law that I just showed you, yet you won't go inside.
- 02:44
- You won't go inside even though you know it's been violated. I've answered your questions. You won't go inside, yes or no?
- 02:50
- No. You won't go inside, so you won't enforce the law in Tempe. That's what you're telling me. No, that's not it. OK, that's what you just said.
- 02:55
- You guys have a good day, OK? Who do we speak to to file this claim? We've called the officer. You said we need to go to someone else to file a claim.
- 03:01
- Who do we go to? Lieutenant Hayes. Lieutenant Hayes? And he has more authority than you do? No, but if you want to file a claim on what
- 03:07
- I'm doing or how I'm doing it, you can go ahead and call him. Is he your supervisor, I guess? Yes, he's my supervisor.
- 03:14
- OK, you can call him and say, hey, we'd like you to go inside. We're making an official complaint. This is what's going on.
- 03:20
- We know they're violating it, and yet you're choosing to ignore it. I'm not choosing to ignore it. You won't even make contact, all right?
- 03:26
- And I showed you the law. We've made contact with them before, as we've made contact with you guys before. So you went up there about abortion and said they're causing miscarriages intentionally, and you said this is a law.
- 03:35
- Like I told you, I'm not having that debate with you. It's not a debate. It's a law in Arizona that you're ignoring. If you don't like what I'm doing, if you have a complaint about me, you're more than welcome to tell us.
- 03:41
- Are you sworn to uphold the law in Arizona? OK. Officer, are you sworn to uphold the law in Arizona? I am.
