- 00:06
- She's in the back. Are you able to text her? Yeah, I just called her. She said, I can't talk right now. I said, no.
- 00:11
- I said, don't do it. And she was like, what? She said, I'm not trying to go through with this right now. We already talked about this.
- 00:18
- Oh, meaning she doesn't want to talk to you about it. Can you text her and say, hey, God sent people to help us.
- 00:23
- They're right out front. Please. Yeah, she, yeah. We have doctors who will deliver your baby for free. We have places that will help you with prenatal care.
- 00:32
- care for free. Yeah, there's actually a place right down the street where we parked. This is where we parked on the street. There's a place that will help for free.
- 00:38
- All that. Well, listen, man, if I could just speak with you just as a man to man, just with Children of my own.
- 00:45
- Um, that's your baby in there, right? So it's your son or daughter. And so I don't know the circumstances that that baby came into being, but God knows and he knows your heart and he knows her heart and he knows.
- 00:58
- And it's not an accident that you encountered us walking up on the sidewalk a couple of minutes ago. And so you have
- 01:04
- Christians that are standing here right now that are saying we'll help you with anything possible, whether it's financial help, whether it's job, whether it's a place to stay, whether it's diapers formula.
- 01:14
- I mean, we will help you with anything that you need. It's actually amazing. Last night, um, there was a mom that chose life for her baby two months ago, and she needs help paying for her medical copays for her son, who is special needs and then her child, because when she gets pregnant, she has gestational diabetes issues with the pregnancies, and she's scared.
- 01:35
- How asking how am I gonna pay my medical copays? Last night, our church raised $1600 for her in one night to help her pay for her medical copays.
- 01:45
- And so I just want to tell you that to say we're committed to helping you guys were committed to doing whatever is necessary to walking alongside of this through with you.
- 01:55
- So here's the command from God. You shall not murder your baby.
- 02:00
- Just like you and I are made in the image of God from the very moment that we were brought into being by his hand, and he it's a command and what they're gonna do in there.
- 02:09
- Your girl is six weeks along an abortion at six weeks. The odds are they're either gonna give her a pill, okay, that she takes and has her baby in the toilet, your child, or they're gonna reach up inside of her with surgical instruments, and they're gonna suck it out with a vacuum.
- 02:27
- That's what they do it six weeks. And I know we know because women have told us who have had abortions.
- 02:34
- Okay, so I know that I don't know you. We don't know you, but I'm asking you to trust us.
- 02:39
- And I'm asking you to do what God commands you to do in the situation. And let's do everything possible to rescue your baby.
- 02:46
- This is your son or daughter. It's not somebody else's. It's yours. Okay, so I know it's hard, and I know it requires a lot of courage, but you can be a hero today.
- 02:58
- Okay, you can be a hero today. Yeah, you can't, man.
- 03:05
- What's your What's your son's name again? Amir Amir. I know, man.
- 03:10
- That's why we're here. Unfortunately, unfortunately, no, we can't. We have to stay here.
- 03:15
- Go in and give them this to give them help to know that we have help out there. But it passes just as we were arriving today at the exact moment that we came up, which is crazy.
- 03:29
- All right. I don't know how God orchestrates these things, but I know for certain that we were meant to talk to you today.
- 03:34
- So I want you again to think about this in terms of Amir. Amir has a little brother or a little sister right now that's about to be killed.
- 03:43
- Okay, you got to think about that as a man. You gotta think about Amir's little brother. Sister is about to be destroyed.
- 03:49
- Your baby. Okay, your son, your daughter. It's not about whether you guys are ready to have another child.
- 03:56
- You already have another child. You're just determining what's gonna happen to your child. You always have another child.
- 04:04
- That's right. The only thing that changes today is whether or not you leave this place. The father of a dead baby.
- 04:11
- That's the only choice that you make right now. You already have. You already have a baby. So the question is, what's gonna happen next?
- 04:18
- Okay, and I'm telling you this because I care about you and we love and care about you. So we want to tell you the truth and love.
- 04:25
- I don't want to pull off. I don't want to say it. Pull back from saying the hard thing right now because it's necessary because it's a matter of life and death.
- 04:33
- Please text her to come out. Even if they have an IV in her arms, she can take that out and come out.
- 04:42
- I said, Come on, baby. Don't do it. Yeah. Yeah. And you could feel free to say there's people out here right now that want to talk with you and help you.
- 04:51
- That's it. Just real simple. He texted. Yes, of course. You want me to say who
- 04:58
- I am? Yeah. Only only if that's okay with you. People's guide church.
- 05:06
- We all should, but please don't kill your baby.
- 05:14
- Please don't murder your baby. Yeah. And I'm sorry, man.
- 05:27
- Remind me what your name is. Kigo. Kigo. Kigo. Okay. I'm Sherry.
- 05:33
- Yeah. And I'm Zach. Yeah. Yeah. So, man, this is it's not a new situation for us.
- 05:39
- I mean, this is but it's serious. Obviously, it's really serious. So we just want you to want you guys to do the right thing.
- 05:46
- And you would be amazed that the help that can be offered for you guys. And we don't just want to leave you hanging out to dry.
- 05:54
- We want to actually walk through this with you. Do you guys live around here? Okay.
- 06:03
- That's your partner. Yeah, that's that's our friend, Gabe. Yeah. You can't go, you know, at this time of Christmas, I bet you guys have spent time buying gifts for a mirror.
- 06:13
- Is it a mirror? You said I'm here wrapping up those gifts and really taking pleasure in that and in knowing that you're going to give him something.
- 06:20
- And yet God has given you one of the greatest gifts of all. The Bible says that children are a blessing from the
- 06:26
- Lord. It doesn't say, well, if your circumstances are just right, children are a blessing. It says the children are a blessing from the
- 06:31
- Lord. God gives life. And that baby is a blessing. That baby is a gift. And so spending all that time wrapping up gifts for him, but then murdering the gift that God has given you.
- 06:43
- Have you thought about that? I mean, this is Christmas. And at any time of the year, it's horrible to murder a child in the womb.
- 06:54
- This baby, like I said, is a gift from the Lord. That's right. And we don't have the right to murder our children in the womb, even though our nation may pretend that they've passed a law that makes it legal, because God commands us not to murder.
- 07:07
- We don't have the choice. Right. We don't have that right. And so it's amazing that he would she respond?
- 07:19
- Well, you got you calling her again? Yeah. You got to get her out, man.
- 07:28
- Just run. Don't let him stop. You just get go run in there and get her out. He got come on.
- 07:35
- Who was he? Yeah, he was like, man, don't go over. He absolutely right.
- 07:44
- That's the shit up for me. Was he security or something?
- 07:52
- No, he was just an office. Oh, just administrator. He was like, don't listen. They always up here.
- 07:58
- And I'm like, so talking.
- 08:08
- Yeah. And it's and honestly, it's not to just give you a barrage of, you know, it's right.
- 08:15
- That's right. So can
- 08:21
- I ask you to think about this, too? So let's say that,
- 08:26
- I mean, we're at this place right now. And God forbid, because I know this. Unfortunately, in our society, it's becoming more likely for a gruesome things like this to happen.
- 08:36
- But God forbid someone had. I mean, let's say it was it was your girl's name,
- 08:43
- Miesha. If Miesha had a mirror back there and she was saying, no, it's my body.
- 08:52
- I mean, obviously, we would look at that and say, that's crazy. Like it's something about the police.
- 08:58
- Stop because they're going to you doing too much at the front desk. They said they're going to call the police because you're doing too much.
- 09:06
- I was like to you, you're you're doing too much. I was doing too much. Hey, tell her to come here now.
- 09:13
- We don't want to. We don't want to do this. And the lady in there see me crying. She was like, went back there and I think she said something to her.
- 09:22
- And the dude said, hey, come here. He brought me. I was like, yeah,
- 09:27
- I had a couple of words with me. He said, well, yeah, don't you and your girl already came up with the solution.
- 09:33
- I don't listen. I was like, wait, he's right. You know, and I was like, man, I'm trying to stop this. And then my girl called me.
- 09:40
- She was like, stop. They're going to call the police on you. You're doing too much. I was like, oh, they're going to call the police.
- 09:46
- And do you know why they would? Because they don't care about you. They don't care about you.
- 09:51
- They don't care about I don't know if you heard me saying that out there, but they don't care about your baby because that's how they're getting money.
- 10:00
- Um, I mean, we've had the police called on us before. Um, not because we're doing anything wrong.
- 10:07
- But in terms of your situation, man, if it was really my baby, take me away.
- 10:15
- I'll go away if it means my child lives. If it was between you deciding if a mirror lives or dies and you get locked up, what would you choose?
- 10:29
- Right. So the question is, how is this different? They can't say,
- 10:36
- Oh, we're gonna set him in there because he was being because he was being a father.
- 10:42
- They're gonna lock you up for being a dad. They can't do that. No, no, they can't. Let me out.
- 10:48
- And there was a story I was trying to tell you. I don't know if you could hear it inside. So Glendale Planned Parenthood is 15 minutes away.
- 10:55
- They also do abortions there, and we were there a few years ago. But there was a dad inside who heard us just like you did.
- 11:03
- He came out, talked to us, and he was coming to his senses just like you were. He's like, This is crazy.
- 11:09
- I gotta do something about it. And so he ran inside, and they tried to stop him. They said, No, you can't come back here.
- 11:15
- And he said, You move out of the way right now, or I'm gonna break down the door. And they moved, and he and he got her out.
- 11:22
- And that little boy is alive today. His name is Carmelo. So, Carmelo, he's only a few years old now, because this is only three years old.
- 11:30
- No, they didn't call the police on him. So, man, I know the reason
- 11:35
- I keep bringing up a mirror is because of a mirror was back there, and he was the one on the chopping block. You break down the door because it's murder.
- 11:43
- It's your boy, and this is your boy or your girl. I know you don't know yet, but it's your baby.
- 11:50
- So look to that example of that dad who did that.
- 11:57
- That dad risked everything. He risked everything and said, No, it's worth my life to make sure my child lives.
- 12:05
- And that's what you gotta do. I don't I don't care if they try to stop you. It's too late.
- 12:17
- It's another guy. So So what do you mean?
- 12:29
- It's too late. What do you mean? They're pumping around?
- 12:40
- Well, I could save some save save that. Yeah, but of course you could.
- 12:50
- Of course. Good. I don't doubt you would. But the thing is, those aren't your Children. This one is.
- 12:56
- This is your baby. So I know, man, of course he can forgive.
- 13:06
- That's never the issue. The issue is, do we really know him? And are we gonna obey him?
- 13:13
- Of course there's forgiveness in Jesus. But that forgiveness doesn't look like, Oh, we're gonna come here and do this, and then
- 13:20
- God will just forgive us after. That's not what that's not how it works. When you come to know
- 13:25
- Jesus, when you put your trust in him, you put your faith in him. And you say, Lord, it's no longer my way in my life.
- 13:32
- I'm laying down myself and my desires for you because I want you. I want what you did in your life and your death and your resurrection to be me to be for me, right?
- 13:43
- That means I'm gonna take up my cross like you took up yours, and I'm gonna deny myself.
- 13:49
- That's what a father does. That's what a man does is he doesn't serve himself. He lays down his life for others.
- 13:55
- He takes up his cross, but that's what Jesus did. Jesus is the perfect example of a man. So of course there's forgiveness, man.
- 14:02
- There's there's there's always forgiveness in Christ because he shed his blood on that cross. He forgives.
- 14:10
- He unleashes his grace upon rebels like you and me. I'm not better than you.
- 14:16
- Well, this is, I mean, we care. We try to come here, and this is, honestly,
- 14:22
- I don't even, I don't even like, this is just for our protection because we've had people try to hurt us and stuff.
- 14:28
- Yeah, so we try to, we try to record so that way it kind of protects us from people coming after us.
- 14:35
- So, I mean, we've had, we've had people try to lie about us and all that, so we want to just have it on camera.
- 14:41
- That way we can always protect ourselves. But, but anyways, yeah, I mean, to answer your question, there's always forgiveness, dude, but it comes with a knowledge of who
- 14:53
- God truly is and what He requires of you. I mean, He requires you to do something you could never do, but that's why
- 15:01
- Jesus is such good news, is because He did that. So when you trust in Him, it's as if you did all the good things.
- 15:08
- You have, you have, you got the perfect righteousness before God when you put your faith in Jesus. And so it's not about doing enough good to get there.
- 15:16
- It's about trusting in what's been done, the sacrifice that's been done already. And when you do that, you got peace with God.
- 15:24
- He doesn't see you as a rebel anymore. He doesn't see you as a, as a criminal against His law.
- 15:30
- You know, He brings you into His family. He, the Bible says that He adopts you. He becomes your father, right?
- 15:38
- And He'll never lose you after that. He'll never leave you or forsake you, but that comes with obeying
- 15:43
- Him and doing what He calls I let Him down a day. We let
- 15:49
- Him down every day of our lives, man. That's the point, is where none of us are good enough.
- 15:55
- None of us are righteous in His sight. That's why we need Jesus. That's why we need
- 16:00
- Jesus, because none of us are good enough. I'm not good enough. You're not good enough. We can't stand before God and say,
- 16:07
- I've done enough good to outweigh my bad. None of us can do that. The Bible says that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.
- 16:15
- But the other part of that verse is that He says we're righteous, not because we are, but because He gives us a perfect standing when we trust in Him by faith, right?
- 16:28
- So we put our faith and trust in Jesus. He says, okay, Mekigo is righteous, not because He is, but because when
- 16:35
- I look at Mekigo, I see the righteousness of my son, Jesus, and what He did on the cross.
- 16:40
- And that counts for Mekigo now. And then what God does after He declares you righteous, after He washes your sins away, and He'll never remember them again after that,
- 16:50
- He says, okay, Mekigo, I saved you, and now you're gonna live for Me.
- 16:57
- You're gonna do My will. You're not gonna do your will anymore. You're gonna do My will. And the way that you know what that will is, man, is
- 17:04
- God's Word. It tells you what the will of God is to do, so that way you're not waiting on a voice or anything to tell you.
- 17:12
- God has already left you His revelation about Himself. And so, man, again, if I could just give you an exhortation,
- 17:22
- I know, I know you're saying it's too late. I know you're saying she's already back there, but I'm telling you, that other example of that dad is what you can be still.
- 17:30
- I believe you can. I believe that you can do that and get her out of there.
- 17:36
- I believe that you can, not because I believe in you, not because I have trust in you, but because I know who God is, and I know the miracles that He works when
- 17:45
- His people take steps of courageous faith to do the right thing. And that's what He's calling you to today.
- 17:54
- That's what He's calling you to. So all of us know this is crazy, right?
- 18:01
- All of us know it's crazy. All of us know it's murder. But we lie to ourselves. We say, no, it's not a baby.
- 18:09
- Not yet, anyways. But that's a lie, man. God forms all of us. He made you in your mother's womb just like He made me.
- 18:15
- And so, from that very moment, we're worthy of protection. We have to be valued and cared for just like a mirror, right?
- 18:24
- So when a woman gets pregnant, she doesn't say, oh, this is a cell. This is by a bag of cells.
- 18:29
- No, it's a baby. So, I mean, we all know what the truth is. So the point is, though, it's not enough just to know the truth.
- 18:42
- And as things are right now, you mean? Or if you do this, what do you mean? Well, listen,
- 18:55
- I know. Well, doing.
- 19:04
- Yeah. And I know you know that. And so I don't want to beat that into you because you know.
- 19:13
- Why would I do that? So it's at this point, it's just about, it's not about what you know. It's about what you know that you act on.
- 19:22
- Right. You can know the facts all day long. You can say to me, Zach, yeah, it's my baby.
- 19:28
- But we're not acting like somebody is dying. Somebody is dying, you know?
- 19:38
- Yeah. And so again, man, that's what
- 19:43
- I would exhort you to. And listen, I don't want you to mishear this the wrong way, but I'm here for you.
- 19:51
- I'm committed to you guys no matter what happens here today. OK, I want you to know that I sincerely care about you.
- 20:00
- I don't even know you, but I care about you. So I'm here, we're here for you no matter what to help you, to help you heal as you're contemplating doing this.
- 20:11
- And God forbid, unless you do something about it now to heal when the devastation comes, what's going to be brought.
- 20:19
- I don't think you or I realize the level of destruction that we bring not only on that baby, but on ourselves when we do things like this.
- 20:30
- We're wracked with guilt and shame. And I mean, and rightfully so, because it's a shameful thing to kill our children.
- 20:38
- That's what God says. It's shameful to do this. So I don't want to minimize that. But I want to tell you that I'm committed to you guys.
- 20:47
- I'm committed to you. I'm committed to your family. That's why I'm here. Otherwise, I wouldn't be here. But I am just hoping and praying that you do something about this, even if it means sacrificing something.
- 21:03
- Because that's what Jesus did. The Bible says, greater love has no man than this, and he would lay his life down for the other.
- 21:10
- That's the example that we're all called to do. So I would just, I would encourage you, man.
- 21:17
- As a man, I know that, I know it's not easy. That's the thing. It's not easy to do. It's not easy to do what
- 21:22
- God commands us to do. It's not easy to be a father. It's not easy to be a husband. I don't know if you guys are married, but anyways, it's not easy to do those things.
- 21:32
- But that's what he commands of us to do. And so if you need inspiration, if you need hope, then look to Christ.
- 21:40
- Look to Jesus for what you're to do in this situation. And he went to that cross, laying down his life for the other.
- 21:49
- Not because he sinned, not because there was any sin in him, but because of sinners like you and me. Okay? That's what
- 21:56
- I want you to hear. I want you to hear that, and I want you to, don't look to me. I'm not the standard.
- 22:02
- Right? I'm not the example. We're not the example. We're not the people that you should look to and say,
- 22:08
- I want to be like those guys. Because we're sinners just like you. You got to look to Christ.
- 22:14
- You got to look to Jesus for that example. Of course, dude.
- 22:25
- So that's what I have to say to you, man. Just rescue your family.
- 22:34
- Rescue your family. If you don't, he's going to die. Little boy or girl. You can do it.
- 22:42
- You can. God can give you the strength. I mean, as I'm saying this to you right now, what's going through your mind?
- 22:56
- Do you feel, do you feel as I'm saying this, do you feel the weight of your sin before God?
- 23:06
- Do you feel the fact that what God says about all of us, that we're just, we can't stand before him.
- 23:11
- We're not adequate. We're sinners. Do you feel that? I feel ashamed. Especially when
- 23:19
- I was trying to go in there and try to stop it. You ever had the police called on you before?
- 23:30
- No? Well, we know that God has given us law enforcement to enforce the law.
- 23:37
- And this is actually against the law. I don't know if you know that or not. It's not only against God's law, but it's against Arizona State law.
- 23:44
- There's a, there's a statute right now on the books that says you're not allowed to do this. So you're the one being lawful.
- 23:51
- So if you're waiting on someone to accuse you of breaking the law, it's them that's breaking the law.
- 23:57
- And you're the one that's being lawful. You're the one that's obeying the law. So if you're thinking that you're going to do something illegal, you're the one obeying the law.
- 24:07
- So brother, like that's, that's what it's about. You're not breaking the law.
- 24:12
- You're not being the lawless one. You're obeying God's law and you're obeying the law of this state.
- 24:20
- So listen, man, that the shame, I know what the shame feels like. Okay. I know what the shame feels like, but did you know something?
- 24:29
- When Jesus went to that cross, he was put to shame. They shamefully beat him.
- 24:36
- He was mutilated and tortured. And he was treated like the babies in here are treated.
- 24:42
- Right? These signs that we hold of, of graphic pictures, Jesus became that sign.
- 24:49
- Okay. He was betrayed. He was abandoned by those closest to him.
- 24:57
- He was tried unjustly. He didn't get a fair trial, but the Bible says that he went willingly to the cross.
- 25:04
- No one took it from him. He laid down his life of his own accord and he became the object of people's shame so that you wouldn't have to be ashamed.
- 25:15
- He was put to shame in public so that you wouldn't have to be put to shame in secret, so that you wouldn't have to carry that guilt and that burden.
- 25:26
- So when he died on the cross, when he was pierced, when his wrists and his feet were pierced on that cross and he was suffocating and bleeding to death, he was taking what you and I deserve.
- 25:39
- We deserve the wrath of God. We deserve condemnation for our sins against the
- 25:44
- Holy God that we've offended. That's what this is about. This is a sin against God and we deserve wrath and hell for it.
- 25:51
- But God poured out his wrath on Jesus on that cross in the place of people like you and me, because we deserve it.
- 26:00
- We deserve the wrath. But the Bible has good news. It says, there is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.
- 26:09
- If you're in Christ Jesus, if you're trusting in him by faith, there's no condemnation anymore.
- 26:15
- There's no shame and there's no guilt. So you ask the question, can God forgive you? Yes, of course he can. He can wash it all away.
- 26:23
- The Bible says that he gives you a dazzling white robe of righteousness that has no stain on it anymore.
- 26:30
- You've been washed in his blood when you trust in him. Sorry, I didn't tell you this.
- 26:43
- It's right to feel that way. And I know that sounds weird, but it's right to feel ashamed. Because it's only when you see your shame that you run from it, because you don't want it.
- 26:55
- You got to take it and you got to give it to Christ. He can take that weight and that burden and carry that and you can be free.
- 27:06
- You can be free. You can have the liberty of the Lord. You can be freed up to live for him.
- 27:11
- And that's why you were created. You weren't created to live for yourself. You weren't created to bow down before all these material things, whether it's money or status or reputation or respect or relationships or sex or drugs and whatever it is.
- 27:25
- We all have our own sins and things that we run to, to give us what we can only have in God.
- 27:31
- But the point is, your life will never reach its fulfillment. Your life will never be anything unless you find your object of worship in the
- 27:43
- God who made you. He made you and He designed you to worship
- 27:48
- Him and to make much of Him forever and to obey Him. That's why you're made.
- 27:54
- You want to ask the question, what's my purpose? That's your purpose, is to worship God and to make
- 28:00
- Him known and to enjoy Him forever. And that's what He's calling you to. And that's what God does in the gospel.
- 28:06
- That's the good news. Jesus is King. He's your boss. He's your Lord. He lived righteously like you failed to do.
- 28:14
- He died on the cross for sinners, the death that you and I deserve to die. And then He rose again from the grave.
- 28:21
- He defeated sin and death, and He's the King. He's the boss. Okay? And He calls you to come into His kingdom and live for Him.
- 28:32
- Okay? That's the good news. That's good news. Now, there's a lot of bad news in there, okay? But that's the greatest news of all, is that you can have peace with God.
- 28:40
- Okay? All right? So again, man, I just want to exhort you. Rescue your child.
- 28:47
- I'm going to be right here on the sidewalk. I'm not going anywhere. So rescue your baby. Don't let them stop you.
