He then falls for a woman named Delilah who presses him until he reveals his secret that his strength comes from his long hair. She betrays him, cuts off his hair, the Lord departs from him as the Philistines put out his eyes and make him a slave. He prays to God to be used one last time to seek revenge on the enemies of the Lord and His people Israel.
