This is a ministry of striving for eternity. In America, today is known as a day of thanksgiving.

And many people will reflect back on the days when the pilgrims fled

Europe because of religious persecution and they came to America. But they were not ready to handle the hardships of America.

And those who were here already, the Native Americans, had helped them to be able to survive.

And they gave thanks. And they celebrated, even in their differences. This is a lesson, unfortunately, not being taught anymore.

Unfortunately, what we see about Thanksgiving is people think about football and Turkey. And yet what we see is a country that is so divided.

Divided by race, divided by religion, divided by monetary status, divided by political parties.

There's so much division in this country. And yet what this day celebrates is a day of thanksgiving for those who went outside of their tribe and helped others.

This is a lesson we need to learn in America. But not only in America, but literally everywhere around the world.

We need to give thanks for what God has done in our lives. God is long -suffering with us in our sin.

That he allows us to live another day. But we should take that and seek to work with others.

To be a blessing to others. Most importantly, to share the gospel with others. That was the program's concern.
