Mary Worship, or Venerate, or Neither
Welcome to No Compromise Radio-a ministry coming to you from Bethlehem Bible Church in West Boylston, MA. On today's episode Pastor Mike examines the question of should I (an Evangelical Protestant) attend a Roman Catholic Mass service? The answer is no-you need to flee/run from idolatry (even if you go for a wedding or a funeral to support a loved one or friend you should not participate in crossing yourself, singing, communion, etc). Catholics worship a different Jesus-one that needs a co-redemptory of Mary. Roman Catholics give undue worship to Mary.
Roman Catholicism is a religion infused with paganism--it has other gods and as a result, idols. In the Roman Catholic system, Mary competes with God. Where in the Bible does it say that you are to pray to Mary?-Hint: NOWHERE! Roman Catholics say things of Mary that should only be said about God.
If you are an Evangelical Protestant you need to stand up for the honor of Christ Jesus the King. If you are a born again Christian in the Roman Catholic church you need to run and flee idolatry.
