But Phil has lamented on his show about the downsides of making the murder of pre-born children illegal. He claims to be pro-life, but only wants abortion minimized. And he believes it's okay to murder a pre-born child if daddy is a rapist.

He makes Bible shows for children, but he does not understand something as basic as when a child's life matters. The Bible warns about those wanting to be teachers of the law, even though they do not understand what they are saying or the matters about which they make confident assertions.
