- How did we get here? How did we reach a point where books about drag and coming out and smashing gender norms are marketed to toddlers like it's a fun little bedtime story?
- 00:19
- What does this say about our culture? And what does
- 00:25
- God think about it all? If you don't think this is spiritual warfare aimed right at your kids, I need you to watch this video because what you're about to see is evidence that the world has completely lost its mind.
- 00:35
- Let's get into it. Welcome back to Wise Disciple.
- 00:41
- My name is Nate and I'm helping you become the effective Christian that you are meant to be. Make sure to like, sub and share this one around so that we'll all be informed about this.
- 00:48
- Amen. All right. This is a short video from two ladies who are in the LGBT community themselves.
- 00:55
- They're in the community themselves and they're super shocked and concerned about what they're seeing. Look at this.
- 01:00
- We're gay, but we're in Barnes and Nobles and there's a kids book section, a gay kids book section.
- 01:08
- And this is crazy. Look at this. Okay. Right off the bat. Why? Before we get into the books, before we get into anything, why is there a gay kids book section in Barnes and Noble?
- 01:21
- Why? What is the purpose? I mean, I know what the answer is, but why don't you just go ahead and say it out loud?
- 01:29
- Barnes and Noble. You know what I mean? Okay. There's the gay
- 01:35
- BCs, right? Bye bye binary. Bye bye binary with a
- 01:41
- Mohawk on a baby. Look at this. Bye bye binary book.
- 01:48
- I can't even say it. Look at this book from Barnes and Noble website. It's like nine bucks.
- 01:57
- Look at the overview here. So fans of feminist baby by Lauren Brantz will love this board book about gender expression and being true to oneself by number one,
- 02:12
- New York Times bestselling author, Eric Giron and Stonewall, blah, blah, blah. So here's the question, right?
- 02:19
- Is it a boy or a girl? What's it to you? Our little bundle of joy has arrived to dismantle gender norms.
- 02:35
- A joyful baby refuses to conform. That's what the book is about, can refuses to conform to the gender binary and instead chooses toys, colors and clothes that make them happy.
- 02:46
- This tongue in cheek board book is a perfect tool to engage, encourage children to love what they love and also a great baby shower gift.
- 02:53
- Oh, I'm sure it is. You know. They apparently the baby doesn't just choose toys, colors and clothes.
- 03:01
- They also somehow go to the barber and ask for the Mr. T haircut. So that's fantastic.
- 03:09
- Let me we get a picture of a couple of the pages from inside the book.
- 03:16
- So we got a baby, get a huge picture of a baby coming out of what looks like a cake,
- 03:21
- I guess. So like kind of like surprise. But it says on the last page here, and I'm ready to smash gender norms.
- 03:29
- What? Look at this on the next page. They're only social constructs anyway.
- 03:42
- This is so bad. Like. This is so bad.
- 03:50
- Golly, GMB, they're only social constructs, right? How far have we come?
- 04:01
- Ladies and gentlemen, you know what I mean? Also, like, how old is this baby?
- 04:10
- 29. You know what I mean? Like, those are some pretty highfalutin gender theory college terms to be using for a toddler book.
- 04:20
- You know what? What's the what's the sequel to the book? Undoing Gender by Judith Butler.
- 04:27
- You know what I mean? Like, what is happening right now? Gaby seems you're not ready to hold us.
- 04:33
- OK. What? A is for arrow and ace.
- 04:40
- B is for by. This is crazy. We're gay, but this is crazy. Did you see that?
- 04:46
- Look at this. Look at this. Can you see that C is for coming out?
- 04:54
- Coming out of what diapers? You know, I mean, like this is pure indoctrination.
- 05:01
- What is a four year old or a five year old coming out to even say like.
- 05:07
- That they find themselves attracted to the same sex. I mean, like, isn't that what the world has lost its mind?
- 05:15
- Ladies and gentlemen, I did a video recently where Votie Bockham talked about God's judgment, you know?
- 05:23
- And I encourage you to check it out. You want to know what the evidence is that we are under God's judgment.
- 05:30
- Here's exhibit A. It's right here. Crazy. What for a baby?
- 05:37
- D is for drag. Did you catch that? You can strut and dance in clothes that you love dresses, heels or pants.
- 05:47
- This is too little children. That's for a baby. OK, he's for quality.
- 05:55
- We'll take that. F is for family. OK, we're getting better. Yeah. But how is family defined?
- 06:01
- Right. We're going really fast. How is family defined? I promise you, a father is nowhere to be found.
- 06:09
- Right. A family in this dynamic is what? Three moms and two teacup chihuahuas named
- 06:14
- Ben and Jerry. Right. This is ridiculous.
- 06:20
- You know what? G is going to be for grooming. Like what's next? You know what I mean? OK, we're getting better.
- 06:26
- OK, why did it start so crazy? It got better. I is for intersex.
- 06:33
- It's pushing it for a baby. This is pushing it. Yeah, push pushing it is putting it mildly.
- 06:39
- Here's the punchline, friends. OK, if you want to know what the Bible has to say about the treatment of children, look at this.
- 06:44
- And they were bringing children to Jesus that he might touch them and the disciples rebuke them. But when Jesus saw it, he was indignant and said to them, let the children come to me.
- 06:53
- Do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God. OK, let's just stop right there for a moment.
- 06:59
- The kingdom of God is for who? Children. And for those who receive the kingdom in a similar fashion, as do children.
- 07:10
- Right. Truly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a child shall not enter it. And he took them in his arms, the children, and Jesus blessed them, laying his hands on them.
- 07:21
- What is Jesus attitude towards children? He welcomes them into the kingdom. He embraces them.
- 07:27
- He blesses them. This is how God sees children. Amen. Look at this,
- 07:34
- Matthew 18, verse six. Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a great millstone fashion fastened around his neck and to be drowned in the depth of the sea.
- 07:49
- You want to know God's attitude towards the preservation and protection of children, take a look at Mark chapter 10 and Matthew chapter 18.
- 07:57
- Right now, clearly in context, Jesus is making a point about his disciples in Matthew 18. OK, but most scholars will tell you, you know,
- 08:06
- Keener. I can't remember if Bloomberg does this. This is a this is a both and situation.
- 08:12
- Jesus has a literal child in his arms when he's communicating this sentiment. And he's making a point about both literal children and those who trust in him like the little children.
- 08:24
- You know. I mean, you have to so good Bible study question, right, like you have to ask, why does
- 08:29
- Jesus make this point? Why call out the children in the first place? You know, and again, this reveals
- 08:35
- God's heart towards children. You want to know why Jesus does this? It's because of a child's capacity to trust others.
- 08:46
- The Lord loves this quality. And children do this more easily than do adults, right, the more that we grow up, the less the less easy this becomes.
- 08:57
- You know, that's why Jesus says be like little children. Trust in God like a child does easily.
- 09:05
- That's why the preservation and protection of children is so important. Why their innocence and their safety must be maintained in any society.
- 09:15
- It's because this is the way that Jesus views children. And woe to those who seek to destroy that innocence.
- 09:25
- Woe to those who, in order to satisfy their own flesh, seek to steal a child's innocence with these ungodly lies.
- 09:33
- Right. Children will be absolutely harmed and abused because of these lies.
- 09:41
- And that's why this nation is under judgment now, ladies and gentlemen. I mean, it's just one of a number of reasons.
- 09:49
- You know, I agree with Votibachum. The wrath of God is already on display all around us.
- 09:55
- You want to know how? Look at this. Romans chapter one, verse 18 for the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who by their unrighteousness suppress the truth.
- 10:05
- Now, I've been through this a number of times in videos, but repetition is always helpful. Okay. How is the wrath of God revealed?
- 10:13
- Through the ungodliness and the unrighteousness of men. When you look upon people who celebrate ungodliness and suppress the truth in order to celebrate that ungodliness even further, you are witnessing the wrath of God on display.
- 10:27
- This is what Paul means in Romans one. But so Bachum would say, track the progression here, track the behavioral progression, because Paul gets super specific.
- 10:40
- Look at this. Therefore, God gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, to the dishonoring of their bodies among themselves, because they exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the creator who is blessed forever.
- 10:55
- Amen. For this reason, God gave them up to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature.
- 11:02
- And the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another. Men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in themselves the due penalty for their error.
- 11:15
- What is this describing? Right? You know what Paul's describing here. Verse 28.
- 11:24
- And since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a debased mind to do what ought not to be done.
- 11:30
- They were filled with all manner of unrighteousness, evil, covetousness, malice. They're full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, maliciousness.
- 11:38
- They are gossip, slanderers, haters of God, insolent, haughty, boastful, inventors of evil, disobedient to parents, foolish, faithless, heartless and ruthless.
- 11:46
- Though they know God's righteous decree that those who practice such things deserve to die. They not only do them, but give approval to those who practice them.
- 11:55
- They not only do what they do, but themselves. They also give approval to those who do the same thing.
- 12:06
- Paul says the wrath of God is on display through these people's actions. And again,
- 12:13
- I'm, you know, there's a video on this. I did a reaction to Votie Bauckham. I can put that link in the notes if you haven't seen that.
- 12:19
- But Bauckham talked about this. He pointed out that three times God, it says God gave them up.
- 12:26
- God gave them up in this passage. And that phrase is commensurate with the biblical concept of judgment.
- 12:34
- If you go back into the Old Testament, you'll notice the same pattern, right? God giving folks up, handing them over to their own sins.
- 12:44
- And this is considered to be God's wrath. As it turns out, God's wrath and his judgment is not a one -time event.
- 12:52
- It can unfold as God continues to give people up to their own selves over time.
- 13:00
- And notice, you know, how the progression goes. First, he gives them up to lust, right?
- 13:07
- Then to dishonorable passions and then to a debased mind.
- 13:12
- Verse 28. Votie says this tracks with our own history in the United States. You know, first it was the bedroom revolution, if I can say it that way, right?
- 13:23
- And you know what I'm talking about? Of the 1960s. You know, then it led to the LGBT movement, right?
- 13:30
- Now it has led to what Bauckham calls the alphabet mafia, right? Which, which is the, just the absolute insane activism that seeks to harm children.
- 13:41
- And what's the last step, right? Fully debased minds. You know, where are we on that progression?
- 13:50
- I don't know. Maybe we're already there. You know what I mean? Here's what I can tell you.
- 13:57
- If you're a Christian and you're concerned about the safety of your own children and children everywhere, right?
- 14:03
- Not just your own. I have some advice based on something that the apostle Paul says in Ephesians.
- 14:09
- All right. Take a look at this. Ephesians chapter five, verse 11, take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them, but instead expose them.
- 14:23
- Think about what that means for the Christian, right? For the Christian in the first century, but also for us today, for it is shameful even to speak of the things that they do in secret.
- 14:32
- But when anything is exposed by the light, it becomes visible for anything that becomes visible is light.
- 14:39
- Therefore it says awake, go sleeper and arise from the dead and Christ will shine on you. Look carefully.
- 14:44
- Then how you walk, not as unwise, but as wise making the best use of the time because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the
- 14:52
- Lord is. Okay. Notice the call to expose the unfruitful works of darkness, right?
- 15:00
- These books that we've been walking through, ladies and gentlemen, these books seek to indoctrinate children into not only sinful practices, right?
- 15:12
- But, um, real abuse and harm. And I think these books are a perfect example of what
- 15:20
- Paul is talking about, right? In Ephesians five, my advice is that we need to be informed.
- 15:26
- We need to know about what's happening in the gay children's section of Barnes and Noble and places just like them.
- 15:36
- And we need to be familiar with the books that are being written for children in order to indoctrinate them. So I encourage you
- 15:42
- Christians become familiar, you know, take a look at what is going on with these books and at these bookstores, understand what is being written and why do not shove your heads into the sand.
- 15:56
- And most importantly, teach your children in the safety of your own home about these things right now, show them.
- 16:04
- I mean, as much as you can, cause some of this is just so gross and ungodly, but in as much as you can show them, expose it to them, right?
- 16:13
- So that they can become inoculated to this type of mind virus. So that when somebody out in the world tries to throw these lies at your children later, they'll be ready.
- 16:25
- Why? Because you prepared them, you equip them. They already will know what to do.
- 16:30
- Amen. Golly, as always let's pray, right?
- 16:38
- For the protection and the preservation of the next generation. Let's pray for the nation, you know, um, that the light of Christ would overcome this present darkness, you know, and if we do, uh, trust in God's word, right?
- 16:57
- He is, he is ladies and gentlemen, even when we can't initially see it, he is overcoming the darkness.
- 17:04
- All right. That's enough out of me short video today. What do you think about bookstores like this, uh, in malls?
