Concentration or dedication when it comes to the Lord Jesus. When I came to the Lord Jesus, I could not see the people. I could not see them. What is that? Complete unreality. What? All this is an empty show?

Keeping Our Eyes Upon Jesus

And everyone is a pretender? Some clowns on the platform, and the rest clowning them as best as they can. No, my dear people. Keep your eyes upon Jesus. Everything else is unimportant. Everything else is superfluous.

The Holy Spirit Reveals Christ

Let not God's Spirit be grieved. His work is to take of Him and show it unto you and to me. If Jesus is being presented to us by the Holy Spirit, to turn our attention to irrelevant matters is a horrible thing.

Prayer for Conformity to Jesus

Let us pray. Let us tell God. Let me see Jesus. Let me be conformed to Jesus. Let me see how unlike Jesus I am. Oh, loving Father. We want to see Jesus. Alright, there may be a bunch of preachers. There may be other little addenda.

Christlike Thoughts, Words, and Actions

But we want to see Jesus. We want to be practical, real. Save us from the folly of our hearts. And the blindness of our understanding. Dear Lord. Have complete sway. Everywhere we look. Every word we speak.

Turning from Superficiality to Christ-Centered Living

Every action and reaction. Every thought and imagination may speak of Jesus. So help us to turn from all our native superficiality. We ask in Jesus' holy name. Amen. Amen. And now may the grace of our Lord Jesus and the love of God and the fellowship and power of the Holy Spirit be with you, dear people.
