General revelation is the revelation of God of himself in nature.

That natural revelation as we look to nature. This is the revelation of God that is clear to all of mankind, whether those who believe or those who do not.

And this is the revelation that God reveals something of his attributes, but not everything, but something so that we can understand him.

This is what we see in Romans chapter one, that for his invisible attributes, namely his eternal power and divine nature have been clearly perceived ever since the creation of the world in the things that were made.

That's Romans one 20. You see Psalm 19 very clearly says the heavens declare the glory of God and the sky above proclaims his handiwork.
