For God to have the ability to say I will raise up Cyrus, He also has to have the ability to say

The nation collapsed for want of a nail. If God is sovereign over raising up Cyrus, God is sovereign over every nail in the shoe of every horse that goes into battle.

God is sovereign over every man and woman who goes to the polls. God is sovereign over everything that happens to America, to China, to Russia, to Ukraine, to Israel and all of the nations surrounding it.
