This is the lady who claims that she's seen a werewolf. And so then I said to her,

I said, listen, have you ever had an experience with a werewolf? And she said, no, but I've read about them.

So I said, well, I have. She says, you have? Like what kind of experiences? By this time, we're sitting down at the lunch table and she chooses to sit beside me.

And I said, well, you know, I was over, you know, in another country. We were doing some ministry with some street people trying to get them, you know, saved from drug problems and that.

And the last person in that meeting that stayed for prayer, as we were praying for them, there's three people in the room, we're all praying.

As we prayed, this man started to manifest a werewolf spirit.

His hair bristled back, almost like ears were formed out of his hair. Fangs came down out of his mouth.

He got on all fours and started howling like a wolf. She said, you're kidding. I said, no, not. She said, well, what did you do?

I said, well, I cast the werewolf out of him. I said, those werewolf spirits aren't very good, you know. No joke.

And we're going to talk about her claim that Jesus was able to perform miracles because he had a power portal or a healing portal experience.

I'm not making that up. And you're thinking, when did he have that? Oh, wait till you see the text that she's going to twist up.

And as part of our teaching today, we'll take a look at what Scripture says regarding the two natures in Christ.

That'll be important. By the way, I'm intending to do an extended teaching, hopefully next week, talking about Todd White's teaching, but I want to actually spend the time not on Todd White, but really focus in on what the

Scripture says regarding the incarnation and what theologians call the hypostatic union. But we'll hopefully get to that next week.

But in the meantime, let's whirl this up and head over here. This is

Well, this is the color of her theology. It's dark. There is no light in it.

And we're going to listen as she explains to us, well, how

Jesus performed healing miracles and how you too, if you're willing to pay money to her, she will mentor you so that you can activate, operate, identify portals.

I think I'm making that up, right? All right. Here we go. Let's get to it. Here we go. Hi there.

I remember being in a meeting years ago when

I saw this, this like, it was like a green mist in like a column in the middle of a meeting.

I was, I was teaching, I was ministering the word and this, this green column appeared in my vision.

Green mist column. So you're saying you saw a big mist, right?

Okay. And that's an Italian fog, by the way. It's called a big mist. This is coming from the same woman who

I guess already pointed out claims that she's seen a werewolf. She has. You can look it up on YouTube.

Just type in Patricia King werewolf. You'll see it. And so now I got to believe that you've seen a big mist and it was a green, a big mist, a column of it.

And that, and, and yeah, these are tall tales indeed. And I'm likely to believe your experiences under no circumstances, but only if you demonstrate that you are a capable biblical exegete.

Because if you were a capable biblical exegete and you were, were dedicated to sound biblical teaching and doctrine, you wouldn't be saying these things.

So yeah, just, just saying that. We continue. And I was wondering what to do with it.

And I felt the Holy Spirit. So what exactly do you do with big green columns of mist?

Say there's healing, there's healing available in the room. So the

Holy Spirit said there's healing available in the room because you saw a big green mist column. All right. Let's back that up just a little bit.

I want to hear that again. In like a column in the middle of a meeting,

I was, I was teaching, I was ministering the Word. And this, this green column appeared in my vision.

And I was wondering what to do with it. What exactly should you do with it?

And I felt the Holy Spirit say there's healing, there's healing available in the room.

Now we know that healing is available in Christ, but this was a special declaration of the

05:59

Holy Spirit saying in this meeting. Really a special declaration of the Holy Spirit. Can you prove it?

I want to heal. And so I'd never seen anything like that before.

But I said to the people in the meeting, I said, I see this healing portal has opened up over here.

If you need healing, come over and stand in the portal. I had no idea how to work with an open portal at that time.

Where in Scripture are we instructed in how to, quote, work with open portals?

I mean, it sounds really practical and stuff. But I mean, at the time,

I didn't know how to, how to work with portals. I do now. You'll see that.

She's claiming she does. She can mentor you along these lines. Where in Scripture are we instructed on how to work with portals?

So I was just trying to follow the unction of the Spirit. So as people came, they were crashing down under the power of the

Lord. They were proclaiming healing and even healing in their finances. Now, the color green oftentimes in Scripture symbolizes like renewal, healing, health, prosperity.

Can you show me where in the Scriptures the color green signifies those things?

07:26

You know, chapter, verse, you know, read it out. I mean, you've got nothing but time here. This is your video. You can teach on this if you wanted to.

I'd like to know where those passages are. And that's exactly what happened when that portal opened.

Now, we know that in Christ, we have access to that open heaven. And I want to...

So you have access to that open heaven. I'll read to you out of Matthew chapter 3. And it says, after being baptized,

Jesus came up immediately from the water. Yeah, that's right. So she's taking the baptism of Jesus.

And she is claiming that this is Jesus's portal experience.

Not making that up. And behold, the heavens were open, and he saw the

Spirit of God descending as a dove and lighting on him. That is so amazing.

So if you can imagine that, here's Jesus. He's being baptized. He goes down under the water.

And when he comes up immediately, this portal opens in heaven. A dove comes down and lights on him.

And of course, the voice of the Father is heard too. Yeah, that's kind of the point.

Now here's the thing. You're going to note she's reading this out. But this is going to become a matter of emphasis, and also a matter of actually working with what's in the text.

Okay, there's... I like to point out that there's exegesis, reading out what's in a biblical text, as opposed to eisegesis, reading something into the biblical text.

And what Patricia King just did there, she engaged in eisegesis, because the text doesn't say anything about a portal.

Nope. In fact, she's going to later refer to this as Jesus' portal experience, yet no scripture says that this was a portal experience.

So we'll take a look at what the text does, in fact, say. So I always like to apply the three rules for sound biblical exegesis, which are context, context, context.

And I don't think it's a good idea to talk about Jesus' baptism if you're looking at the fuller exegetical context, apart from the fact that John the

Baptist's ministry is up and running at the beginning of chapter 3, and John the

Baptist is the one prophesied in the Old Testament who would be the forerunner of Christ, who would prepare the way of the

Messiah. And the message that he prepared the way for the Messiah was, repent.

Repent of your sins. So let's kind of keep that in mind as we take a look at the fuller context here.

We'll look at all of three, and just a little bit of four, you'll get the idea here. So in those days,

John the Baptist came preaching in the wilderness of Judea, repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

Repent, change your mind, for this is he who was spoken of by the prophet Isaiah when he said, the voice of one crying in the wilderness, prepare the way of the

Lord, make his paths straight. So John the Baptist is a fulfillment of prophecy, and his work of preparing the way for the

Messiah is the message of repentance. So John wore a garment of camel's hair, a leather belt around his waist, his food was locusts and wild honey.

By the way, John the Baptist performed no miraculous signs or wonders, none whatsoever. Jerusalem and all of Judea and all the region around the

Jordan were going out to him, and they were baptized by him in the river Jordan, confessing their sins.

So note here, there's a call to real repentance, a call to repent. And you are well prepared for Christ when you are called to repent as well, and to confess your sins, and to confess that you are a sinner in need of the forgiveness, mercy, and grace that Christ has won for you by his vicarious death on the cross, get the idea.

So when he saw many of the Pharisees and the Sadducees coming to his baptism, he said to them, you brood of vipers, who warns you to flee from the wrath to come?

Bear fruit in keeping with repentance. Do not presume to say to yourselves, well, we have Abraham as our father.

I tell you, God is able from these stones to raise up children for Abraham. So you note, being genetically

Jewish, you don't have an inside track with God at all. Nope. So even now the axe is laid to the root of the trees.

Every tree therefore that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.

I baptize you with water. Now pay attention to the details here, because I'm going to point something out here. I baptize you with water for repentance, but he who is coming after me is mightier than I, whose sandals

I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire. Now these are not synonyms, and you can see this in the context here coming up.

These are not synonyms at all. And the reason being that he's going to baptize you either with the

Holy Spirit or with fire, and you'll see that the immediate context tells you what the fire is all about.

So his winnowing fork is in his hand. He will clear his threshing floor and gather his wheat into the barn, but the chaff he will burn with unquenchable fire.

There you go. So indeed, Jesus does baptize with fire, unquenchable fire.

Right, that's not talking about the Holy Spirit. That's talking about wrath and judgment.

It's talking about Hades and hell. You get the idea here. All right, now that sets the stage here.

So then Jesus came from Galilee to the Jordan to John to be baptized by him.

John would have prevented him saying, I need to be baptized by you, and do you come to me? And Jesus answered him, let it be so now, for thus it is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness.

13:34

Then he consented. And when Jesus was baptized, immediately he went up from the water, and behold, the heavens were opened to him.

It doesn't say there was a portal, and that's not some descriptor of a portal. And you'll note, the concept of a portal, that's a 21st century thing, you know, created by sci -fi television shows and video games.

It just simply says that the heavens were opened to him, to Jesus. And he saw the

Spirit of God descending like a dove and coming to rest on him. And here's the important bit. And behold, a voice from heaven said, this is my beloved

Son with whom I am well pleased. Now consider this, everybody else is preparing for the

14:25

Messiah, how? By repenting of their sins and confessing. Did Jesus commit any sins?

No. Why is he baptized into a sinner's baptism? To fulfill all righteousness.

And so we are born dead in trespasses and sins, but Jesus is

14:43

God in human flesh. And the voice of the Father proclaims, this is my beloved

14:50

Son with whom I am well pleased. So those are the important words.

But what has Patricia King done? Hijack the majesty of Christ and the real emphasis of this text, and read into it, oh, this is a portal experience.

Uh -huh. Okay. Now, how do I know that this is the important bit? This is my beloved

Son, because, well, what happens next helps us out in that regard. So Jesus was led up by the

15:18

Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. After fasting 40 days and 40 nights, he was hungry.

I'm hungry after like 45 minutes. Anyway. And the tempter said to him, if you are the

Son of God, command these stones to become loaves. Note here, what is the devil going after?

The voice of the Father. The voice of the Father said, this is my beloved Son. The devil comes along and says, if you are the

Son of God, you know, you may not want to believe that completely, Jesus. I mean, he's trying to get

15:51

Jesus to doubt that and to act on those doubts. Okay.

So the emphasis in this text has to be on the fact that Jesus is the Son of God.

And that's what the devil goes after. That's where the emphasis is. And what does Patricia King do?

Just merely turn this into, oh, well, this is a portal experience. Well, how does she know about portal experiences?

Well, back in the days before she knew how to work with portals, she had her first portal experience when a green column of mist appeared.

Yeah, we'll talk more about this in a bit. So you got the idea. All right. Let's now go back to what she's doing with this text.

This is my beloved Son in whom I am well pleased. So not only was there something visual that came out of that open heaven, but there was a voice that came out of that portal as well.

It wasn't a portal, and that's the voice of the Father declaring Jesus to be the

Son of God. Important stuff there theologically. Of God declaring His Son to be

His beloved Son. And so it was a very remarkable time. This is a mark in history, actually, when this took place.

Well, then Jesus went into the wilderness afterwards, which He established Himself as a

17:17

Son working against the temptations of the enemy. He established Himself as a

17:22

Son? No, He didn't. God the Father already established that when He declared Christ to be the

17:28

Son of God, His beloved, in whom He's well pleased. Patricia King does not know how to rightly handle a biblical text.

We'll talk about the implications of that and what that means regarding her ministry here in a minute.

After he had that open portal experience. Dad, did you catch that? Let me back this up.

So she's recast Jesus' baptism as an open portal experience, and there's a reason for that.

So let me back it up. Listen again. He established Himself as a

Son working against the temptations of the enemy after He had that open portal experience.

But then when He came out of there, He went into Galilee and He healed everyone who was affected with sickness or disease and the demons

He cast out. So it was like from that experience, that one open portal experience, when the heaven opened over Him and the dove came down, that you see that He had power against temptation, power over the enemy, power over sickness, disease, and went and proclaimed the blessing of the

Lord. So Jesus was able to heal, have power over sickness, over disease, over death, over whatever, because He had a portal experience.

Okay, now this is a little bit of a preview of what we will get into in the longer teaching which is coming up on Fighting for the

Faith probably next week, talking about the hypostatic union. But I want to give you a couple of passages real quick.

Okay, so first text, Colossians chapter 2, verse 8,

Paul writing to the church of Colossae, see to it that no one takes you captive by philosophy and empty deceit.

Not merely philosophy, but empty deceit. I'm sorry, but claiming that Jesus was able to heal because He had a portal experience, that qualifies as empty deceit.

And according to human tradition, according to the elemental spirits of the world, not according to Christ, for in Him the whole fullness of the deity dwells bodily.

Jesus is Emmanuel, He's God with us. So Jesus performs miracles by virtue of the fact that, you know,

He's the Son of God in human flesh. Another text along these lines would be

Romans chapter 1, which states, I'll read it from verse 1.

Paul, a servant of Christ Jesus, called to be an apostle, set apart for the gospel of God which He promised beforehand through the prophets in the

Holy Scriptures concerning His Son who was descended from David according to the flesh and was declared to be the

20:15

Son of God in power according to the Spirit of holiness by His resurrection from the dead, Jesus Christ our

20:20

Lord. So you know, Jesus is the God -man. He is one person who has both a human nature and a divine nature.

The incarnation is defined by the phrase the hypostatic union, which basically means that there's a personal union.

20:36

So notice, in the one person who is Jesus, He is both God and man. And Jesus Himself performed miracles on His own steam.

In fact, the very first miracle that Jesus performed, in fact let me pull this up, is in John chapter 2.

It says something very specific about how Jesus performed that miracle and what He ended up doing as a result of it, and you do well to pay attention.

Here's the text. So I'll read it in context so you can see what's going on here.

This is the first miracle that Jesus performed. On the third day there was a wedding at Cana in Galilee.

The mother of Jesus was there. Jesus also was invited to the wedding with His disciples. When the wine ran out, the mother of Jesus said to Him, They have no wine.

And Jesus said to her, Woman, what does this have to do with me? My hour has not yet come. His mother said to the servants,

Do whatever He tells you. So now there were six stone water jars for the

21:33

Jewish rites of purification, each holding twenty or thirty gallons. Jesus said to the servants,

Fill the jars with water. They filled them to the brim. He said to them, Now draw some out and take it to the master of the feast.

21:47

So they took it. When the master of the feast tasted the water now become wine and did not know where it came from, though the servants who had drawn the water knew, the master of the feast called the bridegroom and said to him,

Everyone serves the good wine first, and when people have drunk freely, then the poor wine.

But you have kept the good wine until now. This, the first of His signs,

Jesus did in Cana in Galilee and manifested

His glory. So note, John 2, the first miracle

Jesus performs, He's the one who performs it, and He did it to manifest

22:31

His glory. It doesn't say anything anywhere. No biblical text says ever that Jesus performed miracles because He had a portal experience.

What Patricia King is teaching is myth, flat out myth. Now I want you to consider the implications of this, all right?

So a couple of texts to consider in these regards. Number one, one of my go -to passages if you watch

Fighting for the Faith with any kind of regularity, this one comes up a lot, and for good reason.

Paul says to young pastor Timothy, I charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead and by His appearing in His kingdom.

Preach the word. Preach the word. Be ready in season and out of season, reprove, rebuke, and exhort with complete patience in doctrine or teaching.

For the time is coming, and I would argue is now here, when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears, they accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions.

And they will turn away from listening to the truth, and they will wander off into myths.

It is a flat -out myth that Jesus performed miracles because He had a portal experience, okay?

This is an example of false doctrine, false teaching, and the people who are listening to this are hungry, lusting for signs and wonders in their own lives, and they want

God on their own terms. They will not endure sound doctrine. If they were enduring sound doctrine, they wouldn't be listening to Patricia King.

Why is Patricia King so famous, so popular in charismatic circles? Because she's scratching itching ears.

She's teaching people straight -out myths, and they are rewarding her richly for it.

Keep that in mind. Other text in this regard, and one that is much stronger, is 1

Timothy 6, verse 3. If anyone teaches a different doctrine and does not agree with the sound words of our

Lord Jesus Christ, and the teaching that accords with godliness, that person is puffed up with conceit and understands nothing.

Nothing. They have unhealthy craving for controversy and quarrels about words which produce envy, division, slander, evil, and suspicions, constant friction among people who are depraved in mind and deprived of the truth, imagining that godliness is a means of gain.

Let that sink in for a second. This is going to be quite important as this video unfolds.

So if anyone teaches a different doctrine, doesn't agree with the sound words of the Lord Jesus, and teaching that accords with godliness, they are puffed up with conceit, and they do not understand anything.

Period. And they have a depraved mind, deprived of the truth, imagining that godliness is a means of gain.

This describes Patricia King. So those of you who would say, Patricia King is a woman of God, no she's not.

She doesn't teach what's in accord with sound doctrine. She is teaching myths. She, according to 1

Timothy 6, is deprived of the truth, has a depraved mind.

She's not a sister. This is a wolf of like the highest rank.

And what she did with the baptism of Jesus is blasphemy at best.

Blasphemy. Doctrines of demons is more likely what it is. And I know I'm sounding strong here, but that's the truth.

It's time for the church to not put up with people like this. They are blots and blemishes.

These are not people sent by God. Patricia King is sent by the devil. That's the truth of the matter.

So coming back here, let's see what she keeps doing with this text now. Now, this experience of open portals isn't just for Jesus.

You see, He opened it for you and as you 2 ,000 years ago.

Where does it say in the Bible that Jesus opened a portal for me? No text says that.

So you actually have access to that open portal that He— Where in Scripture does it say

I have access to an open portal? He opened because— This is mythology. He lives inside of you by His Spirit.

And so you can access that strength, that healing power, the prosperity of the

Spirit, the ability to overcome the enemy and anything that you might— You see, Jesus had a portal experience and He was able to go toe -to -toe with the devil and be tempted by him for 40 days in the wilderness.

If you have your portal experience, you can go toe -to -toe with the devil too. No text says that, and it is blasphemous the way she is twisting this text.

You might be facing, because God has given you power. The power of the Holy Spirit came down out of heaven.

We know that in Acts chapter 2 on the day of Pentecost, it says, when the day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all together in one place, and suddenly there came from heaven.

Now, this is coming from heaven. Again, Acts chapter 2 doesn't say anything about a portal.

You're engaging in eisegesis and sticking it in there, and there's a reason why.

The reason why is laid out for us again in 1 Timothy 6.

Imagining that godliness is a means of gain. Teaching for shameful gain what they ought not to teach.

That's the other bit. Titus 1 says this, There are many who are insubordinate, who are empty talkers, and I would argue claiming that Jesus performed miracles by virtue of the fact that he had a portal experience is like empty talking of the highest order.

There are many who are insubordinate, who are empty talkers, deceivers, especially those of the circumcision party, but note, not limited to them.

They must be silenced, Scripture says, God says, since they are upsetting whole families by teaching for shameful gain what they ought not to teach.

Keep that in mind. There's a reason why she's inserting a portal into Acts 2 and why she inserted the portal in Matthew 3.

This is all about money. Let's keep going. Coming down out of heaven through that portal, and it was like a violent rushing wind, that's what the noise was, and it filled the whole house.

It filled the whole house, so it came down out of heaven in the same way the Holy Spirit came and landed on Jesus.

Now it's coming on the whole body, and that open heaven is for you today.

All you have to do is learn how to get it opened, learn how to work with it. Wait a second.

You just said it was an open heaven. Why do I need to learn how to get it open? Where in Scripture am

I told I need to learn how to open an open heaven? I'm backing this up, because notice these claims here.

Oh, this is all for you, but you've got to learn some things. Where am I going to learn how to open an open portal?

In the whole body, and that open heaven is for you today. All you have to do is learn how to get it opened, learn how to work with it.

Where in Scripture does it say I need to learn how to work with portals? How to embrace it.

Where does it say I need to learn how to embrace portals? And we have instruction in the

Word on how to do that. If we do, why am I completely unaware of any of the passages in Scripture that teach us how to operate with portals?
