- All right, yeah I was just kind of thinking about you know all of this code would have, you know, where to move, and I thought, one of the advantages or you know if you knew one of the advantages of living in Switzerland would be, what would be one of the advantages of living in Switzerland.
- 00:41
- Can you repeat that please. Yeah, the flag is a plus.
- 00:47
- On their flag. Sign. That was me.
- 00:57
- Okay. Okay, so with that I'm Terry cameras

- 02:09
- Bible talk and some of you in homes in the homeschool world might recognize him as the science teacher of the
- 02:16
- Masterbooks Academy online science courses. So, that's one of the other things that he does, and we're thrilled to have him back with us tonight so Brian go ahead.
- 02:27
- All right, thank you. It's great to be here. I'm going to go ahead and share my screen here so that you can see some of the slides, and it'll be a little bit easier
- 02:38
- I tried to put kind of a lot of the notes on there so that I thought maybe this way people could do screenshots if they need to, and be able to get the information without having to write everything down.
- 02:51
- So, what we have here. As long as everybody can see it is.
- 03:01
- We kind of left off and just to try and catch you up if you did not get to see part one, you need to go back and do that because some of this.
- 03:11
- Well all of it really is based on that where we have adjusted the time scale or the timeline of the
- 03:18
- Egyptian pharaohs, not just because we wanted to but because facts are demanding that something's wrong.
- 03:25
- And we showed why it's wrong and why we are able to correct it, even from Egyptologists themselves, saying that it needs to be corrected and reasons for it.
- 03:36
- But anyway, what we have done is just showing you that the Exodus has taken place at the end of the 12th dynasty, rather than in the 18th dynasty that is so often, you know, portrayed by other people here today.
- 03:50
- And so, what I want to show you is we left off at the end of the 12th dynasty, when the
- 03:59
- Israelites left Egypt, somebody comes in Josephus talks about a group coming in that took over Egypt without a battle.
- 04:09
- Well, how does that happen, and we said well if the army is at the bottom of the Red Sea, it would be easy to do that.
- 04:16
- And Josephus called them the Hyksos. Well here is a mummy of one of the
- 04:22
- Hyksos, and it was King Apophis or Apophis and he basically when they came in, there was a new
- 04:30
- Egyptian guy and they kind of put him into subjection and whatnot. And so, the pharaoh ruler at that time, they were kind of ruling together in some senses, with the
- 04:44
- Egyptian one not having much power. But what he did is he was accusing and the records tell us accusing the
- 04:52
- Egyptian king of digging a canal which was causing the hippopotami to make all this kind of noise and whatnot and it was keeping the king up at night.
- 05:00
- And so they battled and fought over this because they were just, you know, having a bicker a quarrel.
- 05:07
- And so the Egyptian guy decided to rebel against the Hyksos king here, and we see that he lost.
- 05:15
- And so what we see is his skull, just as the records tell us, has been found with a battle axe hole in it.
- 05:24
- So it just kind of confirms the history that we're seeing here that just like they went to battle and we see that this guy dies in battle with an axe head in his head.
- 05:37
- Now, what we're going to do. I'm going to try and get this I don't know if you can see that or not but there's a thing right in front of all my pictures so hopefully this isn't in your way but Thutmose the first is going to be kind of at the 18th dynasty, and he is going to have two different daughters.
- 05:57
- Nefertiti and Hatshepsut both of them are quite famous names Hatshepsut we'll see later she's going to become the sole ruler.
- 06:06
- And as far as Nefertiti goes we were the name is familiar but we don't know a lot about her.
- 06:12
- The scholars don't know why she seems to just kind of disappear I'm going to suggest that the possibility is there that she married
- 06:21
- Solomon. And we'll explain why here as we go. Now again I just want to put a little disclaimer as we go through this.
- 06:28
- We are entering into what history shows us, we're going to just kind of put the Bible, you know, over top of it and we're going to see that things line up, but I never want to let scripture be interpreted by history or culture, things like that scripture has to interpret scripture.
- 06:46
- So while some of this is going to be interesting and I think that it is a good thing to solidify our faith.
- 06:51
- We do not want to make doctrines out of this and so I may make some suggestions here but that's all that they can be, because scripture interpret scripture and scripture is silent on some things, but you're going to see that when we overlay history in scripture that there are a lot of things that do seem to line up with a corrected timeline.
- 07:13
- If we do not correct the timeline, you're going to see that the Bible does not agree with history at all.
- 07:19
- And so, with that I'm starting with my Bible, and I'm seeing history is saying something's not right therefore
- 07:25
- I think it's safe to say we can reject that history, whether the history, I'm presenting to you is exactly right or not.
- 07:33
- I don't know, I think there's a very good chance of it. But nonetheless, I know, since the others contradict the scripture.
- 07:40
- That's not right. And that's kind of how I operate. Well anyway, as we continue here.
- 07:47
- Here, the Egyptian pharaohs that I'm going to kind of take a little side trail here, the
- 07:54
- Egyptian pharaohs are important because they are the basis for all of modern archaeology today.
- 08:00
- And that means that all these archaeological dates that you're hearing about Jericho or David or Solomon or any of all are based off of the
- 08:11
- Egyptian dynasties first. So if the Egyptian dynasties are wrong, then all of the archaeological datings that we get pretty much a wrong to.
- 08:19
- Well, interestingly enough, the archaeological dates that we're hearing that you know Jericho is 9000 years old and whatnot seems to contradict the
- 08:27
- Bible in a young earth. I believe when looking at the genealogies we see the Bible is about 6000 years old.
- 08:33
- So, therefore, I would say it's pretty safe to throw that out again, the traditional dating the traditional chronology is not lining up with what we see in scripture.
- 08:43
- Now I showed you last time that the traditional dating of the Exodus was 1445 BC in the 18th dynasty.
- 08:51
- Now, I believe 1445 BC is right, I just reject 18th dynasty.
- 08:57
- That's because the dynasties are what are needing to be adjusted, not the dates themselves.
- 09:04
- So, with this being the case, we know that Jericho is going to fall about 80 years later, why well they're going to 40 years later why because they go and spend 40 years out into the wilderness and after 40 years in the wilderness.
- 09:21
- They get to enter the promised land. So 1405 BC Jericho is going to fall, and then just following that timeline we see it's about 1010
- 09:31
- BC somewhere in there that David will become king. That being the case in the traditional chronology that puts
- 09:40
- Jericho's fall in what traditionally is called the late bronze, LB. So just remember that LB, MB for middle bronze, those are going to be important dates when you even look and study archaeology at all.
- 09:55
- Therefore, David is going to begin in the Iron Age, too. Now again that's traditional,
- 10:01
- I'm going to reject that, but that's what you're going to be taught. For the most part, now you would think then with an
- 10:08
- Exodus taking place, you know, well over a million people probably 2 million people being out there in the desert, that there would be some evidence of these guys wandering around in the
- 10:22
- Sinai Peninsula somewhere, right? But we don't see anything in the 18th dynasty or that period of that happening in archaeology at all.
- 10:33
- It's interesting though that in the middle bronze period, we have in archaeology all kinds of new people arriving and settling in the land of Cana, which would be the promised land.
- 10:46
- But the archaeologists reject that as being evidence that Israel was out there wandering around.
- 10:54
- Why? It's the wrong time period. You see, they're not supposed to come until the late bronze, and we're seeing this in the middle bronze.
- 11:03
- Well, on the corrected timeline, it puts it in the middle bronze period and therefore this is evidence of the
- 11:09
- Israelites being out there in Egypt. And as far as the Iron Age II period here, we know that when
- 11:16
- David and Solomon are king, Israel is prosperous.
- 11:23
- It's everybody's living in prosperity. Remember Solomon made silver as common as stones.
- 11:29
- And yet, archaeology teaches us that the Iron Age II period is in poverty.
- 11:37
- So once again, what we're seeing is what the Bible is telling us and what traditional chronology is telling us, they don't agree.
- 11:45
- Well, I can tell you that the Bible is not the one that's wrong. So out goes the traditional chronology. And if you look at what we've been talking about last time
- 11:53
- I spoke, you see that with the corrected timeline, all of this is fixed and the
- 11:59
- Bible and the history are no longer at odds with one another.
- 12:04
- And so here is the adjusted chronology what I believe is to be true, that the
- 12:11
- Exodus is in 1445 BC just like we said before, but that's in the 12th dynasty, not the 18th.
- 12:18
- Jericho is falling, not in the late bronze, but in the
- 12:24
- MB1, there's like the middle bronze one in the middle bronze two and so on. The middle bronze one period.
- 12:29
- And then David becomes king in the middle bronze two period, not the iron period.
- 12:37
- So, again, how do we justify this. A lot of that has to do with the pharaohs that we talked about last time so I'm not going to get into all of that too much to save some time tonight you need to go back and watch that first one but they're just following what
- 12:54
- I said before, it's all lining up. So, just, this is maybe a good screenshot for you that we see,
- 13:04
- Abraham is born, what would be called the early bronze period, somewhere in this time, the 40 years in Jericho 40 years out in the desert,
- 13:17
- I should say, before they fall early bronze, then when they fall Jericho falls when they're first coming into the promised land is the
- 13:25
- MB1 middle bronze one. As I said middle bronze two for David, and then this just kind of shows you repopulating after the return of the exile into Babylon here in the
- 13:39
- Iron Age one period. So, I've highlighted in different colors here the ones that are most important, maybe to look at and Abraham being born somewhere around 1950
- 13:51
- BC, just giving us to those, those dates so anyway this is just kind of a little guide for you.
- 13:57
- Well, back to some of these pharaohs and thought Moses thought Moses the first now traditional skeptics will tell you that Solomon, as I said, wasn't rich why well because what we see in archaeology during that time period, they were in poverty so of course they say the
- 14:15
- Bible's wrong not their interpretation that's the wrong way to go. And so we've kind of talked about how their revised chronology fixes that.
- 14:23
- Well here is the tomb of thought most up in this king in this valley here and in the side of the hill.
- 14:31
- Now, thought Moses first here's a picture of him he's just another Pharaoh I'm going to show you a lot of pictures tonight.
- 14:38
- He had this obelisk made was over 21 meters high, as always, they would write on them, give me all kinds of things.
- 14:44
- And here is the city of Giza, and the Bible records in First Kings chapter nine that Giza was attacked and destroyed by a pharaoh of Egypt.
- 14:56
- It says Pharaoh king of Egypt had gone up and taken Giza and he burned it with fire. He had killed the
- 15:02
- Canaanites who dwelt in the city, and he gave it as a wedding gift to his daughter, Solomon's wife.
- 15:10
- So scripture tells us Giza was conquered and burned. Well it's interesting because we have positively identified the tell of Giza.
- 15:20
- And guess what, it has been burned. Just like the
- 15:25
- Bible says. So who was this daughter that Solomon married that a pharaoh is coming and conquers this town and gives it as a gift to it.
- 15:34
- Well I'm going to suggest to you that it is the possibility it is Nefru Bedi. According to the timeline that has been corrected, this would be the pharaoh, that would be in rule at that time.
- 15:49
- So, that is one of the daughters of Thutmose I. If that is the case, then it's
- 15:56
- Thutmose that actually burns Giza. Here are some pictures of carbonized wheat, wheat that has been burned during the archaeological digs there when they excavated that place.
- 16:09
- So, no question, the Bible is showing accurate history here.
- 16:15
- Now, there is no mention in history outside of scripture of Thutmose coming in and conquering
- 16:24
- Giza here. We see scripture and it doesn't even name him, it just says the king of Egypt, the pharaoh was doing this.
- 16:31
- Now, the interesting aspect is the location of Giza here, because we do see that the pharaoh was on his way to conquer in Syria, and it is in a direct path of going to Jerusalem to Syria.
- 16:50
- And therefore it would make some logical sense anyway, that on the way he conquers this town, and then gives it to his daughter.
- 17:00
- Now, Thutmose I didn't have any sons by his royal wife, the queen.
- 17:07
- But he had a second wife, who gave him a son that they obviously named Thutmose II.
- 17:14
- And he, Thutmose II married a gal named Hatshepsut, which would make him the half sister.
- 17:22
- And so Thutmose II reigned for four years, and Hatshepsut and Thutmose II did not have any sons together either.
- 17:38
- But Thutmose II then as many of them did went and got a second wife named
- 17:43
- Isis, who did give him a son who they named Thutmose III. And Thutmose III we'll talk about later he becomes very famous.
- 17:54
- And he basically is about 12 years old, when his father dies, and Hatshepsut then begins to rule in the place of Thutmose II.
- 18:06
- So here's a picture of Hatshepsut. Now again, as I spoke about last time we know this is
- 18:13
- Hatshepsut, there's no guesswork in this, because when they make these statues they put what are called cartouches on the shoulders, oftentimes, and their name is on it, they literally wear name tags.
- 18:25
- And we find in Egypt history that she ruled for seven years, and then took the title of king.
- 18:35
- She was probably just a young girl of 15 when Thutmose II died, and basically 22 years old then when she became pharaoh.
- 18:46
- So, the question is, is Hatshepsut, the queen of Sheba spoke about in scripture, the timeline would fit.
- 18:57
- Now again, don't make a doctrine out of this, but I want to show you that the queen of Sheba.
- 19:03
- Who's Sheba? We don't know what Sheba is. Well, Jesus himself in Matthew chapter 12 verse 45 identifies her as the queen of the south.
- 19:13
- Well, go and read in Daniel chapter 11, and it's talking about this battle with the king of the south, which is the king of Egypt, Pharaoh.
- 19:23
- So, if Daniel is identifying the king of the south is Egypt. And Jesus says the queen of Sheba was the queen of the south.
- 19:33
- Is it possible that she is the queen of Egypt. Well, yes, even
- 19:39
- Josephus a historian around the time of Christ says she was the queen of Ethiopia and Egypt.
- 19:47
- So, we have some history that seems to be backing up this corrected timeline and Hatshepsut is actually the queen of Sheba that came to visit
- 19:59
- Solomon. We'll talk more about her in a minute. Now you can see up above here clearly this is a woman for obvious reasons that I don't need to mention.
- 20:06
- Now, she was dressed in feminine clothing she looks feminine in every way.
- 20:13
- Initially, later on, however, you see her with the Pharaoh's beard that they would do, and again we know this is
- 20:22
- Hatshepsut, and she looks very manly. Her feminine features are taken out.
- 20:29
- And so, very unique Pharaoh. She built all kinds of obelisks, and one of them was 136 feet.
- 20:40
- And this one here was apparently never stood up or something because a flaw was found in the stone, but hers is on the right, and that most is the first is on the left there but hers was even bigger.
- 20:52
- So, here is a picture of her. And I mentioned last time that many times these pharaohs like to be pictured as being birthed by the gods.
- 21:04
- And so here we see the god Amun being on the birthing stool.
- 21:13
- And basically, they would teach in the in the picture here that Amun the god had occupied the body of Thutmose the first to impregnate her.
- 21:25
- And as a result, this gives kind of some divinity to her. She built this huge mortuary temple here on the banks of the
- 21:35
- Nile. And inside here she's got all kinds of depictions and hieroglyphs explaining.
- 21:43
- I don't know what a campaign that she went on. That was to a land of punt.
- 21:50
- Now we don't know what the land of punt is but I'm going to make some suggestions. Notice as well. The ramp that goes up this temple.
- 21:59
- This is unique to all of Egypt. And I'll come back to that here in a little bit.
- 22:05
- Well inside that temple we have these pictures of all these Egyptian soldiers going to the land of punt in boats, and she describes this and shows pictures of bringing all kinds of things back from the land of punt.
- 22:22
- Now what's interesting about it is in First Kings chapter 10 verse 10. It says when the Queen of Sheba, who we are saying may be
- 22:29
- Hatshepsut, heard of the fame of Solomon concerning the name of the Lord, she came to test him with hard questions.
- 22:36
- Now, the idea might be this. Why or how did she hear the fame of Solomon and concerning Yahweh, the
- 22:46
- Lord. Well, if it was Hatshepsut, that would mean
- 22:52
- Neferubitti is the one that Solomon marries. So you've got basically sisters, she would have another reason to come to see
- 23:03
- Solomon to find out about things through Neferubitti, and also to then come and check it out.
- 23:09
- So, most people traditionally put the, the
- 23:14
- Queen of Sheba as this gal named Marib. There's just no evidence of it.
- 23:22
- There's a book that was called Sheba's Buried City. And that's kind of where it comes from, but it's just mentioned without any evidence to really support it.
- 23:33
- And so archaeologically there's, there's nothing. We're going to show you there's some archaeological evidence to suggest there's something different going on here.
- 23:40
- So, what we see is the descriptions of punt. In her temple, it describes the land of punt as God's land, a beautiful land.
- 23:53
- Other records say punt was in Palestine. Whereas traditionally people say it was probably a place in Africa.
- 24:02
- Why? Because of the pictures that she brings back, or the stuff she brings back, and then puts the pictures on the wall, have plants that seem to be from Africa.
- 24:13
- So, that's as far as it gets and that's why they think punt must be in Africa. But, we see other
- 24:19
- Egyptian records say it's in Palestine, it's God's land and so on. First Kings 1010 says that when
- 24:26
- Queen of Sheba heard of the fame of Solomon concerning the name of the Lord, she came to test him with hard questions.
- 24:32
- Well, she brought all kinds of stuff to Solomon, doesn't she? Ecclesiastes 2 says
- 24:38
- Solomon was an avid gardener, and he imported trees and apes from Africa.
- 24:45
- Solomon was getting stuff from all around the world on a regular basis.
- 24:51
- Peacocks, you name everything. And it says that when the Queen of Sheba left, she left with more than what she brought with her.
- 25:02
- So, is it possible, since Solomon is an avid gardener, Solomon is getting stuff from Africa and all around the world, that some of the plants that she brought back that seemed to be unique, that seemed to be coming from Africa, could have really come from Palestine and from Solomon, who gave them to her as a gift.
- 25:22
- Since it's called the God's land, beautiful land, and seems to be in Palestine. It makes logical sense.
- 25:30
- So, King Solomon gave the Queen everything she desired. She brings this stuff back and puts pictures of it on her temple walls.
- 25:40
- The scriptures also tell us, though, that when she visited Solomon, she was impressed by the way that he ascended up to the temple.
- 25:50
- Well, you see, the Bible tells us that when the Israelites built their altars, they were unique, they did not have steps, because they might expose themselves and God said it was to be basically a ramp.
- 26:04
- So she was impressed by the way Solomon ascended. I don't know what it means, it's just what scripture says, but what we do see is that when she comes back to Egypt, she builds this mortuary temple, and she has an ascent to it.
- 26:21
- That is exactly what we see in the temple. The ramps.
- 26:28
- So, along with the other pictures of the things that she brings back from the land of Punt are piles of frankincense, myrrh, monkeys, gold, all of these things listed there, all of which
- 26:42
- Solomon would have had. So, possibility. Now, Thutmose III, okay, he grows up then, and he's about 30 years old, and he takes over for his mother.
- 26:56
- After 22 years of peaceful reign, Hatshepsut just leaves the scene in Egyptian history.
- 27:03
- So for 22 years she reigns, she seems to be very powerful and does a very good job, and is living at a time of peace.
- 27:11
- That's what we see during the time of Solomon, time of peace, no battles going on. And then
- 27:17
- Thutmose III comes up. Well, for one of the first things he does is he goes around and he starts desecrating all of the pictures and statues of Hatshepsut, chiseling off her images.
- 27:29
- So he did not like her very much, apparently. He became one of the mightiest pharaohs.
- 27:35
- He led 70 different military campaigns, there are statues of him all over the place, and he conquered 119 different cities.
- 27:44
- In New York City, there is a statue of him there. So here is Thutmose III. He built a number of different obelisks that are around the world, one of them 455 tons.
- 27:56
- Here's one in Istanbul. The base of it, there's a picture of floating this thing on a raft to its site.
- 28:07
- Here's one of the churches in Rome. Here's another one of his obelisks that are 105 feet tall.
- 28:13
- He recorded, like I said, he was one of these great pharaohs, we know a lot about him.
- 28:18
- And some of the pictures that we see are of his military campaigns that he takes. Now each one of these bodies, remember he conquered 119 different cities, each one of these bodies represents one of his military campaigns.
- 28:30
- Well, one of them, the writing describes it was an attack on a city called
- 28:35
- Kadesh. Now, if any of you know Hebrew, that's a very important word, it means holy.
- 28:42
- As a matter of fact, Jerusalem is often called Kadesh. Now, Rehoboam is
- 28:49
- Solomon's son. So, remember, just following a timeline we see that Thutmose III is taking over for his mother
- 28:56
- Hatshepsut. Well, Solomon, who takes over for Solomon? Rehoboam. So, we're going to see that the timeline is right, that Thutmose III is going to be ruling when
- 29:07
- Rehoboam is ruling. Well, shortly after Rehoboam becomes king there in Israel, in 1
- 29:15
- Kings 14, verse 25, you can read about it, there is a pharaoh that comes and takes away the gold shields that Solomon had made and takes them back to Egypt.
- 29:28
- Well, notice nothing is said in the scriptures that he conquers
- 29:33
- Israel, he simply plunders them, takes away their shields, and things like that.
- 29:41
- Well, there is a lengthy description on one of Thutmose III's release here talking about his military campaigns, and it is talking about the attack of Megiddo.
- 29:57
- Now, if you've ever been to Israel, Megiddo is not far from Jerusalem. And we see that on the relief of Egypt, it says that the king of Kadesh came to help
- 30:09
- Megiddo. The question is, is Kadesh Jerusalem? Keep in mind it means holy.
- 30:16
- Well, the record goes on and it says that the Egyptians were defeating the town of Megiddo.
- 30:24
- And these people of Kadesh that came to help them were scared so they ran into the city, they shut the gates, and then they started like lowering clothing and things down along ropes so that they could lift people from Kadesh over the walls and come to safety into Megiddo.
- 30:44
- So when that they were in Megiddo, the Egyptians went and plundered
- 30:51
- Kadesh and took all kinds of things away. Why? Well, because their army is now in Megiddo, locked up.
- 30:59
- So they went to collect the spoils of war, and they say they could have killed, you know, and destroyed
- 31:05
- Megiddo and all this, had they not been more concerned about going and getting all the spoils of war.
- 31:12
- This is what it says. If only His Majesty's army had not given up their hearts to capturing the possessions of the enemy, they would have captured
- 31:21
- Megiddo at this time, while the wretched enemy of Kadesh and the wretched enemy of this town were being dragged up hastily to get them into the town.
- 31:30
- Thutmose was elated and it says, the capturing of Megiddo is the capturing of a thousand towns.
- 31:38
- So he was all excited. Now again, they kind of elaborate and stuff like that when they write of their recordings, their campaigns and so on.
- 31:46
- But look what it says in First Kings 14, kind of mentioned it, but here it is in scripture. It happened in the fifth year of King Rehoboam that Shishak, king of Egypt, came up against Jerusalem.
- 31:55
- He took away the treasures of the house of the Lord and the treasures of the king's house. He took away everything.
- 32:01
- He also took away all the gold shields which Solomon had made. So like I said, there's no record of Shishak fighting against Jerusalem, just taking the stuff.
- 32:13
- And so that seems to fit the possibility here. Now you may say, yeah, but it's Thutmose III and Shishak.
- 32:19
- Those are different names. Yep. When we even study Egyptian history, like I said, they have all kinds of different names.
- 32:25
- And sometimes the people in Israel called them what the Israelites called them, not what the
- 32:31
- Egyptians called. So this is not uncommon at all. As a matter of fact, this is the norm of what we see in history so often.
- 32:39
- So that's not a problem either. That doesn't bother me one bit. Let me just show you what
- 32:47
- Scripture says, where it does call Jerusalem Kadesh at times. Seventy weeks are determined for your people and for your
- 32:54
- Kadesh city, your ear. Yeah. So holy city is Kadesh.
- 33:01
- In Nehemiah cast lots to bring one of the ten to dwell in Jerusalem, the Kadesh year, the holy city.
- 33:08
- Isaiah 48, too, they call themselves after the Kadesh year, the holy city.
- 33:14
- So it's not too much of a stretch to say that Kadesh could be
- 33:20
- Jerusalem when we see it even being called that in Scripture. Now, on the wall of Egypt here.
- 33:30
- There is not only left, he not only left a record of the battles, these military campaigns, but he also showed pictures of the loot that they got from these military campaigns.
- 33:43
- And so from this military campaign of conquering Megiddo and Kadesh, looting
- 33:49
- Kadesh, they have pictures of 300 gold shields.
- 33:55
- That's what we just showed you. The Bible says the king came of Egypt, came and took away from Rehoboam.
- 34:01
- Not only that, but what looks like even the Ark of the Covenant here with its poles.
- 34:07
- Not saying it is the Ark of the Covenant, but something that looks like that. Two gold doors and a bronze altar.
- 34:17
- What looks like a menorah. So some similarities.
- 34:26
- I'm not going to say, hey, 100 % fact, but nonetheless, this is exactly what we would expect him to take.
- 34:34
- And this is what we see. They basically took all these things from Jerusalem.
- 34:40
- So, Pharaoh Shishak possibly could be Thutmose III. Now, usually they try to identify
- 34:49
- Shishak with Shishank, because well it rhymes almost, you know, but he is of the 22nd dynasty.
- 34:56
- He left a list of cities on the south wall of the Temple of Karnak, just as Thutmose did.
- 35:05
- But in his reliefs, in his records of his military campaigns, there's no mention of Jerusalem, no mention of Kadesh, none of that.
- 35:16
- Not to mention that with Pharaoh Shishank, some of the cities that he mentions ceased to exist 400 years before Shishank.
- 35:30
- So, it can't be Shishank, basically. What we're saying is the two aren't the same.
- 35:40
- Anyway, with that, we next then get to the Amenhotep.
- 35:46
- Amenhotep II is the guy that takes over for Thutmose III. Here he is pictured in front of this god, remember they worshiped cows, but he's also pictured, he's in front being protected and in back being nourished, drinking out of the udder of this cow, and getting nourished from the gods, basically.
- 36:12
- So here's just a close up of that. Now this is from the 18th dynasty, or I should say from the 18th dynasty on.
- 36:20
- The kings are going to be buried in tombs that were cut out of cliffs like I showed you that picture before.
- 36:28
- We're going to see that Amenhotep here is going to boast about two major military campaigns into the land of Palestine.
- 36:36
- And as a result of that, we're going to propose that he may be
- 36:42
- Zerah, the Ethiopian that's mentioned in scripture that King Asa defeated.
- 36:48
- And that's listed in Second Chronicles 14. It says this, Asa had an army, then
- 36:56
- Zerah the Ethiopian. Remember these are often, Josephus records
- 37:01
- Ethiopian and Egypt kind of connected. Remember there were northern and southern pharaohs ruling at the same time and that type of thing too.
- 37:11
- It says Zerah the Ethiopian came out against them with an army of a million men, 300 chariots. He came to Maresha.
- 37:19
- The Lord struck the Ethiopians before Asa and Judah, and the Ethiopians fled.
- 37:24
- So that word Ethiopian that we see in scripture comes from the word
- 37:29
- Kush. Kush is southern Egypt or Sudan. And again, this is kind of, you might look at it as anachronisms, or just the fact that we see you had a northern and a southern king, and that they distinguish them that way.
- 37:49
- So anyway, there's no mention or no Kushite that historically speaking anyway that could have raised a million man army except for during the 18th dynasty, when the capital of it was in southern
- 38:03
- Egypt at Luxor, which is during this time here, when
- 38:09
- King Asa is ruling. So, makes some sense. And here we see the mummy, or statue here of Almanhotep II, or possibly
- 38:19
- Zerah. Now, Thutmose IV left a stela between the paws of the sphinx.
- 38:28
- And he basically shows that there was a dream that the sphinx told him to remove the sand because he was being choked and this basically gave him kind of some divine authority as well.
- 38:39
- So here's the stela that was left there by Thutmose IV. And he is the first one to make the sun disk.
- 38:48
- And we kind of see the sun disk kind of throughout history in a lot of different ways.
- 38:53
- Well, Aten becomes known as kind of this head deity in Egypt.
- 39:00
- Now Aten is emaciated when we see him in the mummy, the mummies of him, which may suggest that he had some disease or something we don't know.
- 39:12
- We also have here Almanhotep III, following Thutmose IV then. And so just kind of taking you down the line.
- 39:19
- He was also known as Almanhotep the Magnificent because of his building projects.
- 39:25
- He was a big builder. And one of the largest statues in the Cairo Museum shows him with his favorite wife here.
- 39:33
- And some say that he had his arm around her, or I should say her having his arm around him.
- 39:40
- Although there is some question about that today because the statue had been broken up and whatnot.
- 39:47
- And so the way it was put together, they think that maybe it was on her on his knee rather than behind him.
- 39:53
- But who knows? It doesn't really matter. But anyway, there are more statues of this woman here than any other queen outside of Nefertiti.
- 40:02
- Now we'll talk about Nefertiti later, but Almanhotep III was about 10 to 12 years old when he becomes king here.
- 40:11
- His mother acted as the regent for about six years of the 38 of his reign.
- 40:17
- And he also is recorded in the Egyptian records as having a thousand wives.
- 40:22
- And the reason I bring this up is simply because many people mock at the possibility of Solomon having a thousand wives and they say that's ridiculous.
- 40:32
- Well, it isn't ridiculous. In fact, it happened in Egypt as well. So this is kind of the things that happened with powerful kings.
- 40:42
- And it isn't just in the Bible that that type of thing is recorded. So here is his mother, a picture of her or a statue of her in Berlin.
- 40:52
- And this shows her to be very Ethiopian -like. The huge statue of Almanhotep III is over here.
- 41:02
- Here is his knee kind of coming down. These are his feet. And there is one on both sides at the entrance to one of his temples.
- 41:11
- So you can see there's a person standing right here in the corner if my cursor is showing up for you.
- 41:18
- So large statues of him just kind of in front of the temple. Now what he did is he put his mother at his feet by these statues, very small, much, much smaller than him.
- 41:32
- But it seems like she at least had some respect for her but wasn't going to give her too much credit by making her too large.
- 41:39
- But anyway, these two huge statues have on them the statue of Hapi, the river god of the
- 41:48
- Nile that we talked about last time. And basically shows bringing the northern and the southern parts, upper and lower
- 41:57
- Egypt together. That the Nile River did that kind of a unity binding type thing.
- 42:02
- So that is on those statues. That's what's basically depicted there. But again,
- 42:08
- I'm kind of pointing that out more for the sake of this northern and upper
- 42:13
- Egypt. There was a uniting that there were kings ruling at the same time sometimes. So next after him, the third is
- 42:21
- Amenhotep the fourth. And this guy is unique because he worshipped only the sun.
- 42:29
- We see the disk here and the sun god. We often hear in Egypt or whatever that the sun god was,
- 42:44
- I should say, he became monotheist and only worshipped the sun.
- 42:52
- So Israel comes along later with our traditional timeline. The Israelites come in in the 18th dynasty, so they learn about monotheism from this guy.
- 43:05
- From this kind of teaching that was more recent. Well, again, the exact opposite is true.
- 43:13
- If anything, they would have learned it from Israel because Israel has already been here and teaching about a single god.
- 43:22
- But again, this is what the world does all the time that the Israelites learn it from the pagan cultures, when in fact it's the opposite.
- 43:31
- But nonetheless, that's kind of what goes on and happens. Some recent scholarship has shown that they may not have just worshipped the sun, but also accepted
- 43:41
- Osiris as well. But who knows. Anyway, many statues show him worshipping the sun, we do know that much for sure.
- 43:52
- Well, Amenhotep the fourth, because of his more monotheistic, possibly anyway, belief, radically changed the religious beliefs in Egypt.
- 44:04
- So his grandfather Thutmose the fourth had emphasized the worship of the sun.
- 44:11
- And then Amenhotep comes along and just makes it even more so and says, only the sun possibly if Osiris wasn't worshipped.
- 44:21
- And so what he does is he even changes his name. So Amenhotep, Amun, basically, is he gets rid of that Amen out of his name,
- 44:34
- Amenhotep, so that it's not there and he changes his name to Akhenaten at that time, just so that he could get rid of the name of that god from his name.
- 44:47
- So he builds a new capital in Luxor, and in Memphis, and he basically destroys the temples of Amun and chisels out that name from, you know, all over Egypt and in his name and whatnot.
- 45:05
- So here is a picture of what he looks like, this supposed monotheistic god.
- 45:10
- He's a strange looking fellow, kind of feminine, he's got a little pot belly on him, and wide hips.
- 45:21
- So some one statue of him shows he doesn't have any genitals or clothing on I, who knows, because of this, of course, you know, our crazy world, they think that he was gay, but he had six daughters.
- 45:33
- So, again, I think this is just something that the gay world kind of tries to grab on to to make everybody gay, they think
- 45:43
- Paul was gay, they think, you know, Joseph and all kinds of things.
- 45:49
- I just think that's nonsense but anyway, nonetheless, he is a strange looking Pharaoh. His wife is one of the most beautiful women by many scholars they say at least as far as comparing to other statues and her name was
- 46:06
- Nefertiti. And here's a picture of her in the Berlin Museum. And a lot of people believe that she was blind in her left eye.
- 46:14
- And the reason that is, is because when I looks like this.
- 46:23
- So, who knows, but oftentimes they picture her this way nonetheless we see that she had a huge influence on the throne of not or almond hotel, but we'll call them off not since he changed his name there.
- 46:36
- So, he was succeeded by his brother, Tutankhamen, which King Tut, if you've ever been to Egypt, you can go there
- 46:44
- I know some of his stuff has traveled around to Chicago and whatnot. I was in Egypt about a year and a half ago and went and saw him again and all of his gold.
- 46:54
- It's just one of the most amazing finds ever in Egypt, but he was a young boy and really had little influence it seems but seem to be very well loved.
- 47:07
- Well then you get to Ramses the first he starts the 19th dynasty, and he rules, only one year, his son,
- 47:14
- Sethi was next, and then comes Ramses the second. It's kind of taking you through the timeline.
- 47:21
- Ramses second then has 92 sons, 106 daughters, and was very boastful about his battles.
- 47:28
- And again we have all kinds of records written about Ramses and many of these battles that are there.
- 47:34
- Here are some huge pillars at Karnak with the records of these battles with the
- 47:39
- Hittites. And here's pictures of the battles with the Hittites. Now he made it sound like they won the battle but the
- 47:48
- Hittite version makes it sound like Ramses was lucky to escape with his life. So, somebody is lying, but nonetheless we see accuracy the
- 47:59
- Hittites record stuff, and we see the Egyptians are recording things. Well his favorite wife was
- 48:06
- Nefertari. And she is pictured as a much smaller scale next to him here if you can see my cursor right next to his feet kind of by his shin.
- 48:16
- You see, that is his wife that he favored. But again, smaller than he is.
- 48:24
- Now, he built this mortuary temple basically they'd prepare the dead here and whatnot.
- 48:32
- Along the West Bank of the Nile River near Luxor here it is inside. And you can just see some of these columns right pictures and things.
- 48:41
- Huge, huge I mean it just don't do this justice but you can see there's a statue of him here that has fallen down.
- 48:49
- And it was just a monstrous thing I'll show you the feet here in a second. He ruled for 67 years there's the foot broken off there
- 49:00
- Ramses. So, again, no mention of anything with Israel at this time or whatever again and this is why the secular world says well, did
- 49:13
- Israel really go to Egypt, we don't know. And I'm saying well that's because they weren't there at this time so you wouldn't expect that and that's kind of why
- 49:22
- I'm going through this time period, a little bit faster because there's really nothing to report, because Israel has been gone, and they're kind of doing their own thing at this time.
- 49:33
- So then we see his son succeeds him. And the only place in all of Egypt that the word,
- 49:42
- Israel is found is during this time. And with one of the records that his son has put here on this record and here it is that he's pointing at that is the word,
- 49:52
- Israel in Egyptian hieroglyphs. So, this is one of the things that says desolation is for to hang on.
- 50:04
- How do you is pacified plundered is the Canaan, with every evil carried off his
- 50:10
- Ashkelon seized upon his geezer. Yeah, no is made at that which does not exist,
- 50:17
- Israel is laid waste, and his seed is not as it records the state of the nations north of Egypt and so on.
- 50:24
- So this is what we see. Now, this agrees with the fifth year of Merneptah being 722
- 50:34
- BC. This would be where Ramses the second would be in the first half of the eighth century.
- 50:45
- Not the 13th century. And so we're seeing historical agreement with, in essence, the
- 50:53
- Assyrians coming and conquering Israel in 722 BC with this tablet.
- 51:02
- So, this relief, showing the battle with the people of the sea around 1200
- 51:07
- BC according to the traditional dating which we reject. But Shalman Ezra, you know of a
- 51:14
- Syria. We have a relief from him. Now we know the timeline of him.
- 51:20
- And he talks about the same battle with the Hittites, which is from the ninth century BC. So, this 1200
- 51:29
- BC battle with the people of the sea does not fit.
- 51:35
- There's no connection. Historically, with the Assyrian records. So Ramses the third was obviously a later date than what the traditional dating puts them as it must have been around the eighth century
- 51:50
- BC. Another interesting thing there are
- 51:55
- Greek letters here on the back of the tiles of this thing, and Greek, the Greek alphabet isn't even invented until 800
- 52:02
- BC. So, that evidence as well points to Ramses fighting the Assyrians, and the sea peoples were the
- 52:09
- Phoenician army or navy. They were hired by the Assyrians, so it just kind of fits.
- 52:16
- And this might get a little confusing for some of you because I'm just really kind of flying through some of it I just want to show you some of the problems that are there.
- 52:24
- And that, you know, when the corrected timeline is there, we don't have those contradictions, it's all fixed.
- 52:32
- So from 700 BC on there's no question about Egyptian chronology, it's fine from there on we understand what's going on lines up with the
- 52:42
- Assyrian records and so on but you got to get to 700 BC, before that happens. And what's interesting is we see that the
- 52:50
- Bible records through the prophets of Israel, that Egypt would be destroyed in second
- 52:57
- Kings 1813. There are Israelite prisoners that go into exile under Sennacherib and we have a
- 53:04
- Syrian records talking about that so again 722 BC. Here is a relief of Shalmaneser III about the battle with the
- 53:13
- Hittites that we just seem to see there in Egypt, but it's from the ninth century BC, which fits the corrected timeline.
- 53:23
- So, here's just kind of some more Shalmaneser III receives tribute from the Israelites, specifically
- 53:30
- King Jehu, which is recorded here in Second Kings chapter nine and 10.
- 53:36
- And Jehu on a biblical timescale fits, you know, 841 to 814
- 53:43
- BC. Shalmaneser is 859 to 824, perfectly in line.
- 53:49
- So, they agree with one another, the Bible's records, and the records of Shalmaneser are in agreement.
- 53:58
- Then we see Sennacherib receives a report that the Kushite king seems to be of Egypt named
- 54:05
- Terhaka was fighting against him or marching out to do so. And so he sends messengers to Hezekiah and says, hey
- 54:13
- Hezekiah, don't let the God you depend on deceive you and he says Jerusalem isn't going to fall because all these other places,
- 54:21
- Lachish and everywhere else, they've fallen to the king of Assyria so you're going to fall too. So this is a very important event in scripture when, you know, the
- 54:31
- Assyrian army has already conquered Israel now it's coming up to conquer Judah and saying you're going to fall just like the rest of them.
- 54:38
- But he hears a report of a king, King Terhaka coming. So he goes home and is, you know, kind of scared he comes back later and then
- 54:49
- God kind of kills 185 ,000 of his army and so on but nonetheless, the Bible records that Terhaka is marching out to fight against him so he leaves.
- 54:58
- Well, here is Pharaoh, or the King Terhaka. And that would be of the 25th dynasty in Egypt he was a
- 55:07
- Nubian from Central Africa. So, we read in Ezekiel 29 the
- 55:13
- Lord came to me, saying, son of man, set your face against Pharaoh king of Egypt speak and say
- 55:20
- I'll put hooks in your jaw. So the Bible recorded that this was going to happen well guess what.
- 55:27
- This is exactly what history records, and we see records Assyrian records that are in the
- 55:33
- Cairo Museum even to this day, showing Terhaka being led away with ropes stuck through his, his chin.
- 55:43
- They would pierce their chin their jaw and lead you away. So exactly what the scripture records happening predicting prophetically, we see historical records showing us, it did happen so here is
- 55:56
- Terhaka, and he was led away with hooks in his jaw. The Bible, again records the king of Assyria.
- 56:05
- The King Sennacherib heard that Terhaka would make war with him so he goes and and conquers.
- 56:14
- Well Terhaka was succeeded by his nephew here. And he, this began the 26th dynasty this guy here rules for 54 years, the longest of any on record.
- 56:25
- And then he's followed by a son Nico the second, and I bring you up to this point because Nico the second, at least according to this corrected timeline, then is the one that comes and kills
- 56:38
- Josiah, and we can read that away, read about that in the
- 56:43
- Bible in Second Chronicles, chapter 35, Josiah went out against him but he sent messengers to him saying, by the way,
- 56:52
- Josiah it says right in the Bible Nico king of Egypt came up against him he says hey what do you have to do with me, and Josiah doesn't listen so Josiah is killed, just to save some time here.
- 57:04
- But anyway Nico is later defeated by the Babylonians does retain some of his power, but, you know, a lot of the riches are taken away and so on.
- 57:16
- Nico dies in 595 BC. But nonetheless, here's
- 57:21
- Pharaoh Nico, the one that would have killed Josiah. And then you get to Pharaoh hope for a priest in Greek.
- 57:31
- And again, this is the 26th dynasty here's one of his Stella's I'm not going to go through that much but Jeremiah 44 says this says the
- 57:39
- Lord behold I will give you Pharaoh hope for a king of Egypt into the hand of his enemies as I gave
- 57:44
- Zedekiah king of Judah into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar. So the Bible talks about this
- 57:50
- Pharaoh. And sure enough, all of that happened so like I said once we get to 700
- 57:55
- BC, everything's fixed it all lines up nicely after that. Here's just some things with hope for I'm not going to talk about that because I'm about out of time.
- 58:07
- And then the Bible predicted that Egypt would come to an end and Ezekiel 2913. So knock
- 58:13
- Nebo. I'm slaughtering that name I'm sure was one of the last kings in Egypt here in the 30th dynasty.
- 58:21
- And then we see, this is what Ezekiel 2915 said, this is what the sovereign
- 58:26
- Lord says I will destroy the idols and put an end to the images of Memphis, no longer will there be a prince in Egypt now spread fear throughout the land.
- 58:34
- It shall be the lowliest of kingdoms it shall never again exalt itself above the nations.
- 58:41
- Well we know that 341 BC is the last prince in Egypt, because 332
- 58:48
- BC Alexander the Great comes in conquers the land in there, just like the Bible said would happen.
- 58:56
- There has never been another Egyptian prince, since. So, once more, the
- 59:02
- Bible and his prophecies hold to be true today. It is called the
- 59:07
- United Arab Republic of Egypt. There has been no Egyptian rule, technically, ever since.
- 59:15
- So, and there won't be because that's what the Bible says. So anyway, in closing here since I'm out of time now.
- 59:22
- We see just kind of a timeline this might be just a good shot for you a screenshot. So we've given a lot of names that don't mean anything.
- 59:30
- This might help you remember who did what and then here's just to kind of close out the fear of the
- 59:35
- Lord is the beginning of knowledge but fools despise wisdom and discipline. Archaeologists who reject scripture are rejecting so much wisdom and outright evidence that supports
- 59:48
- God's word to be true. And, you know, history archaeology is showing it, it's supporting that, but they refuse to see it because the fool says in his heart there is no
- 01:00:00
- God and they do not want to accept the God of the Bible. And that is their number one mistake in being able to understand archaeology this is why they're so confused all the time, because it's like well we don't know why this is happening it's just doesn't fit.
- 01:00:15
- And when you correct this timeline. All of history makes sense.
- 01:00:20
- Oh, that's right. Now, we see in the middle bronze period that David and Solomon are ruling, and it is a time of prosperity, not a time of poverty, like the chronology of, you know, the traditional chronology supports.
- 01:00:40
- So that's part of the importance of this. So, with that, I will stop sharing my screen.
- 01:00:48
- And again if you guys want any of this information. We've got a DVD set that like I gave you guys last time.
- 01:00:57
- There's like 30 DVDs for $50 it's discounted 90%.
- 01:01:03
- You just have to call me at the 4025190301, and I will give you that deal you can't get it on the internet so you'll have to call me to get that deal, but this
- 01:01:18
- DVD would be in there plus many more another one on archaeology that then shows you the Jericho stuff and the archaeology with the corrected timeline so I wanted to get that and I forgot so glad you brought it up again.
- 01:01:31
- Yeah. What scripture in Ezekiel was that, that, because I've, I've always heard preachers say that it was pretty predicted that Egypt would never be a nation of consequence again, but I could never remember the scripture it's
- 01:01:49
- Ezekiel what. Well there's two of them ones in Ezekiel 29 verse 15 and the others in Ezekiel 30 verse 13.
- 01:01:58
- So 2915. Yep. And 30 verse 13.
- 01:02:04
- Thank you. And that's, I'd say that's the key one there. Okay, and we do have one question in the chat so far.
- 01:02:15
- June said that five century BC your slides refer to Palestine and 722
- 01:02:20
- BC your slides referred to Israel. What is the timeline for the land being called Israel.
- 01:02:29
- You know, that is a good question. And I don't know the answer to it.
- 01:02:35
- Nobody's ever asked me that before and I don't think I've ever looked into it when is it first called Israel.
- 01:02:41
- I know biblically I'm trying to kind of think of some scriptures here and when we see that I would assume, but I don't know for sure that it would be at the time of Jacob, because we know
- 01:02:54
- Jacob becomes known as Israel. And that's one of, you know, the 12 tribes of Israel.
- 01:03:03
- Now whether at that time, I would assume at that time they're probably not all calling it
- 01:03:08
- Israel, but we know that that's where it would have come from. So, I would assume, this is just an assumption so don't make this doctrine either, that by the time.
- 01:03:26
- Since Jacob goes to Egypt, they go through the 40 years. You know all the time in Egypt as well the hundred and 12 years or so in Egypt of slaves, then they end up going to 40 years in the desert, they're going to enter
- 01:03:42
- Jericho. And when they would enter Jericho conquering the promised land that it would become known as Israel at that point,
- 01:03:52
- I would assume. And so as far as a date.
- 01:03:58
- When that is, I kind of showed you a slide here around 1445
- 01:04:06
- BC was the Exodus. So 1400 BC roughly, you would think it would be called
- 01:04:14
- Israel, whether that's right or not, I don't know. Okay, thank you.
- 01:04:19
- When was it referred to as Palestine, you know I know there's always a big debate on Facebook about Israel being called
- 01:04:28
- Palestine but I've even heard Jews call it Palestine, so I don't understand how it ever got the name
- 01:04:33
- Palestine. Yeah, and you know, I'm not going to answer it to detail because I don't remember all the details myself.
- 01:04:42
- But there's a good study on that from Oh, I think if you would just do like a duck duck go search for I cannot think of his name
- 01:04:57
- Calvary Chapel Chuck Smith. It wasn't Chuck Smith, but Oh, what's his name
- 01:05:05
- Don Don Stewart missler missler missler Okay, Chuck missler had some really good stuff on that.
- 01:05:13
- And I just can't remember all of the details so I don't want to say, Oh, that's fine.
- 01:05:19
- I'll check on with Chuck well in text best way but yeah he has a book like judgment day or something like that he talks about it in there.
- 01:05:28
- And, you know, some kind of argue that it kind of came from the Philistines and whatnot but I kind of want to say that that wasn't correct even though that's the mantra that's out there but I don't remember.
- 01:05:40
- Yeah, I've heard that before too. And then there was one thing you brought up in your last talk was that the
- 01:05:47
- Israelites were enslaved is that too long of a thing to answer for 240 years as opposed to 400 years.
- 01:05:55
- Yes. The Bible is not wrong. The Bible is absolutely correct when it talks about 400 years and 430 years.
- 01:06:04
- The issue is more of how do you count that.
- 01:06:15
- There's a number of ways that we can show that number one being Kohath has
- 01:06:22
- Amram, who has Moses. Right. Kohath is
- 01:06:28
- Levi his son, and he came with his father into Egypt.
- 01:06:34
- He lives 133 years Kohath father's
- 01:06:39
- Amran, who lives 137 years Amran father's Moses, who is at when the
- 01:06:46
- Exodus occurs, you add those up that's 350 years maximum from that, you know, and Kohath wasn't a newborn when he's fathering
- 01:06:58
- Amran, so even 350 years it can't be that they could have been there that doesn't even get you to your 430 years.
- 01:07:07
- So, part of it is this. There's one verse that says 400 years.
- 01:07:15
- I think it's Exodus 1240. It says 430 years. So one says 400 that the
- 01:07:23
- Israelites are the children of Israel would be sojourners, but it doesn't say they'd be slaves in Egypt for 400 years, it says they will be sojourning in or sojourners, and in the land of Egypt.
- 01:07:38
- And you have to go and look at those prophecies in Exodus 12 where it talks about that that they will be sojourning and enslaved.
- 01:07:49
- So, it counts part of the time that they were in the land of Canaan.
- 01:07:57
- So I didn't include some of the time that with Abraham going down to Egypt, maybe starting the clock.
- 01:08:05
- Yes, it does. Yep. And in one of the cases the 430 years without giving you slides it's kind of hard to explain, but the 40 year desert wandering is included as well.
- 01:08:20
- So if you recall when Jacob, this is about as simple as I can make it at this point. When Jacob comes into Egypt Pharaoh says how old are you.
- 01:08:29
- He says, I'm 130 years, and something like my life has been a life of persecution, it's been rough it's been hard.
- 01:08:38
- And one of the prophecies says you will basically be persecuted and enslaved or you know mistreated and that kind of thing.
- 01:08:46
- So, Jacob's whole life you count that that's 130 years, then you have
- 01:08:51
- Joseph, and they're going to live in Egypt for 70 years so they're not enslaved but they're in Egypt for peace and peacefully for 70 years and we know that Joseph dies
- 01:09:01
- I believe at 110. We know that he is taken out of prison when he's 30. Okay.
- 01:09:08
- Then there is slavery of about 230 years. And then we have 40 years of the desert wandering.
- 01:09:17
- So with those four numbers 130 the 70 years of peace the 230 years of slavery in the 40 years of desert wandering.
- 01:09:25
- You get 430 years of sojourning outside of Egypt and you know coming back and forth and being in Egypt, without the desert.
- 01:09:36
- The 400 years, just doesn't, that's the one in that versus used, it talks about not there's no time of peace and that nothing about just being in Egypt.
- 01:09:47
- And so you get rid of the 40 years, or that 70 years of peace, and just kind of adding those up, you get 400 years so in one case, by including the time of peace.
- 01:10:00
- And in the other case by including the 40 years or however that works, you get 400 years and the other one you get 430 years so that isn't very, it's probably as clear as mud right now, but those are the basics that are in there.
- 01:10:15
- There's a, I believe I have it on our YouTube page.
- 01:10:22
- There's two ways that you can find this I'd highly recommend watching it because it'll make it very clear and biblically,
- 01:10:28
- I don't think you can make an argument we're not just making guesses here. It is downright biblical you can prove this.
- 01:10:39
- Either on my YouTube page creation instruction. There will be something talking about it.
- 01:10:47
- Or there's a guy who I thought did a fantastic job of explaining it. And all
- 01:10:52
- I know I can't think of his name outside it's probably Nathan but Nathan, h 83.
- 01:10:58
- So Nathan, h 83, and just look at his videos that he has on YouTube and look for something on the
- 01:11:08
- Egypt thing and you'll see it there, but you'll clearly see that it was not that long.
- 01:11:16
- That was Nathan age 53 or 83 83 Nathan, h 83.
- 01:11:22
- Thank you. Right, Brian, do you want to go ahead and give information again about your website and about how people can find you.
