In short, if you like smooth, watered -down words to make you simply feel good, this show isn't for you.

A while ago I was talking about the Lighthouse Ministry International Procedures Manual, how to set the captive free, step -by -step procedure to minister deliverance.

I thought that was kind of odd, because step -by -step procedure to, like, reverend deliverance, to be delivered from reverends.

I wish we could be, by the way. Never call me reverend, because there's nothing in me to be revered, and especially don't call me reverend doctor or doctor reverend, even though I have a doctorate,

I don't like doctorate reverend, reverend doctorate, or you know what, you can just call me

High Holy Father, that'll do. I met someone at the Shepherds Conference not that long ago, and they said they listen to No Compromise Radio at two times the normal speed.

Rich, I know who you are. All right. Anyway, this Lighthouse Procedures Manual had something interesting, and this is one of those typical deliverance deals where people have demon problems and Satan problems and occult problems, lineage problems, and then they help you try to get rid of those, and at least they have an

SOP, a Standard Operating Procedure Manual. That would be an SOPM, of course, and so at least you know what to do, because if I've got a captive,

I need to know how to make him free, and there's a statement in here to bind

Satan, so I thought that would make a good radio show today. I talked about breaking lineage holds and curses in the past, but now we're going for the big guns.

I thought I'd just read this, and when the focus is upon Satan, his hordes, the demons, principalities and angels and all these kind of things, it's just the wrong focus.

Now I will say this, my next comment is going to be kind of cheesy, but I'll say it anyway because I like to make a point, and it's my show.

After all, it's my show. When you talk to God, what do you call that?

Okay, anybody? Any callers? Any call -in? I see my green light there, tuning in. You call that prayer.

So I've got a question for you, and that's a legitimate question and a legitimate answer, and theologians from James Pettigrew Boyce to Henry Martin would agree with that.

How did I pick those two names? I just looked over my biographies and just picked out the first two that I saw. I could have said

Hudson Taylor to Augustine. I could have said Thomas Cramner to William Tyndale.

I could have said George Whitefield to David Martin Lloyd -Jones. They would all agree with those things, that when you talk to God, you call that prayer.

Prayer is simply talking to God. So I have another question for some of my deliverance ministry friends, although I don't think

I have any. I'd like to. It'd be nice to have, especially if I had some ministers to get deliverance from.

I think I'd like to have a deliverance ministry from T .D. Jakes, from Joyce Meyer, and from Benny Hinn.

Step -by -step procedure to minister deliverance. When you talk to Satan, what do you call that?

Now, I know you'll say, don't do that, and that's not right, and you're setting us up.

But here I have a statement to bind Satan, and I'm addressing Satan. You know, the good news for Christians, we have an advocate.

And we have an advocate, and his name is Jesus Christ. And so when Satan tempts me to despair, no, when

Satan is wanting to condemn me for my sins, when

Satan wants to go to the throne of God and is able to go to the throne and show the great triune

God my sins, the Bible says, my little children, I am writing these things to you so that you may not sin.

Now that is in 1 John, the first letter of John, chapter 2.

Now one of the things I like about the epistle of John is he tells you several reasons why he writes.

So if you ever want to find a purpose statement, which is good to have ahead of time, so you can help yourself understand the book.

It says in chapter 1, for instance, verse 4, and we are writing these things so that our joy may be complete.

Some manuscripts that your joy may be complete. So the letter is written, so John and the apostles' joy would be complete, or our joy would be complete, and in addition, now there may be more, but here at least in chapter 2, secondly,

I'm writing these things so that you may not sin. Certainly John doesn't want to promote sin.

God's glory is on display when he forgives sin. But that, Romans chapter 6, verse 1 and following, is no reason or catalyst to sin.

It says that you might not sin, but if anyone does sin, and he just got done talking before about if we confess our sins, he's faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

If we say we have not sinned, we make him a liar and his word is not in us. We still sin.

Now, the penalty of sin has been taken care of by Christ Jesus when he died for our sins past, present, and future.

Isn't that a neat reality? He died for all your sins, cleansed you from all those sins.

The guilt of all those sins gone. But the presence of sin won't be done away with until we get to heaven.

Power's been broken even. We now can say no to sin. Before you were a Christian, you always said yes to sin.

Now, we can say no to sin. And then it says in 1 John chapter 2, but if anyone does sin, so for those who are listening who are

Christians, here comes the good news. This is the indicative. We have an advocate.

We have an advocate right now. We're always having an advocate. We're having a defense lawyer with the

Father. So when Satan comes to the Father and accuses us, then the text we see, the text says, we have an advocate with the

Father, Jesus Christ, that is, Jesus himself, the

Messiah, the Anointed One, the King of the Jews, the Righteous. And so that's a little apposition there,

Jesus Christ equals the Righteous, that is, the Righteous. Jesus Christ, the

Righteous One, maybe your translation says. Jesus Christ, the Righteous One.

And He, the Righteous One, is our advocate. Now, don't you like to have your focus on Jesus?

Call me crazy, but since I'm a Christian, I like to think about Jesus. And that's one of the problems with these deliverance ministries.

There are so... Now, of course, do they talk about Jesus? The answer is yes, especially when you say, in Jesus's name, that that's the slogan to somehow make

Satan put his proverbial tail between his legs and cower and run. But there's too much

Satan talk, too much talk to Satan. Friends, if you talk to Satan, stop it.

Now, I want to be an example to you. I want you to imitate me as I imitate the

Lord. But I don't talk to Satan. I never talk to Satan. I don't want to ever talk to Satan.

I never need to talk to Satan. I don't have an opportunity to talk to Satan. Do I believe that He exists?

Yes. Do I believe He's a person? He's an actual angel, that is, He's not a force or a power.

He does have power, but He's a being. Do I believe that?

Yes. But I never talk to Him. It just seems so strange to me.

First of all, He's the God of this world, and He'll do whatever He wants. Second of all,

He'll only do what God providentially—well, let's use sovereignly—allows

Him to do, whatever He's ordained to do. He is, as Martin Luther says, the hardest -working servant for God, because He never tires.

He's always working. We have to go to sleep, and sometimes we can't serve. Even the best missionaries have to get some sleep.

But Satan always does the work of God. Satan is always doing things with wicked, evil intent, yet God turns those things for His glory and for our good.

So here this statement that's in my Lighthouse Procedures Manual—by the way,

I think these cost $10, and so I don't think I'll be buying one. It does say, the ministry does not necessarily represent the official position of the

CMA, Christian and Missionary Alliance. So I wonder what Tozer would think.

Anyway, here we go. Statement to Bind Satan. Now just tell me, does this strike you odd, especially in light of 2

John? By the way, 1 John goes on to say, He is the propitiation for our sins.

When your sins need to be forgiven, expiated, to go away, that is an important aspect of Christianity.

But here, He is the propitiation. That means God is holy, and God has a holy and just wrath upon sin, and that justice must be meted out.

God's wrath must be assuaged, either on you, in hell, forever and ever and ever, or upon Christ Jesus as He bore our sins in His body on the tree.

How great is that, that we have a substitute, fully manned, so He's our representative, yet dying in our place as a substitute.

You have to keep your mind upon Jesus, the risen King, who was A, our representative, and B, our substitute.

He's a propitiation for our sins, not only ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

And by this we know that we have come to know Him if we keep His commandments. So all the

Jesus talk, I like. I like to talk about Jesus. Let's talk about the

Lord Christ Jesus and His person and His work. I couldn't think of a better subject.

But here's the statement behind Satan. No Compromise Radio Ministry, info at nocompromiseradio .com,

Lighthouse Procedures Manual, page 26, Satan, I come against you in the name of the

Lord Jesus Christ and in the power of the shed blood, and I take authority over you. First of all, just to talk to Satan.

Second of all, I'm going to take authority over you. Oh, crazy.

I bind you, and by the way, they've got somebody's name in here in parentheses, so I'm just going to put the name in here. If this happens to be your name,

I'm sorry for that. But I'm just going to read it as it is. I bind your strength in Jim's flesh.

You will not show yourself strong in his flesh. I loose

Jim's flesh from your control. Would that be loosen? I command you to loose his flesh in the name of the

Lord Jesus Christ. Would that be loosen? Loose?

Satan, I bind your tongue from Jim's tongue. You will not use his tongue to blaspheme or curse.

I loose his tongue from you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. And I command you to loose, would that be loosen?

His tongue in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Satan, I bind your mind from Jim's mind.

Will and emotions in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. I loose Jim's mind, would that be loosen?

Will and emotions from your control and your mind. I command you to loose

Jim's mind, will and emotions. Should that be loosen? I sever all communications between you,

Satan. See who he's addressing? Satan, I come against you. Satan, I bind you.

Satan, I bind you. Satan, I sever stuff. I sever all communication between you,

Satan, and all evil spirits assigned to Jim in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. So they're a little walkie -talkie deal.

No more walkie, walkie -talkie. That just reminds me of a Brian Reagan skit.

Walkie -talkie. I cancel all orders and all curses that stand against this believer and against the deliverance team in the name of the

Lord Jesus Christ. Wow. It's a few orders. It's like Hitman. He's out to get you.

And all orders and all curses. If I only had this earlier in my life, maybe I could have been a Pope.

Statement to bind Satan continues. This is painful. This is painful. Satan.

I'll talk like I'm from New England. Satan. Satan, I bind all manifestations of light or deception and all human manifestations you would try to be.

There should be a comma there. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I bind you from Jim's affections and desires.

So, so far, lots of Satan stuff. I do find it fascinating, too, that this controlling my tongue.

I thought my tongue... Well, I'll get to James 3 maybe in a minute. I bind you as the deceiver, the accuser, the serpent, the tempter, the destroyer, the liar, the murderer, and the robber in the name of the

Lord Jesus Christ. So we do have a little spell. We have kind of an incantation here of the Lord Jesus Christ.

We say his name, the Lord Jesus Christ, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and somehow, I guess he's supposed to go.

Would somebody do this statement to bind Satan? Would you bind him away from No Compromise Radio, please? Satan, this is the last one, thankfully.

The Lord God of hosts rebukes you and commands you to be gone. You flee right now to go...

Wait, wait, let me say this over again. I want to get this right. It sounds like this is how

I talk to my dog. You flee right now to where the Lord Jesus Christ would have you to go.

Like to my neighbor's house? How nice would that be to my neighbor? This is just gobbledygook.

This is, at best, ignorant people who have good motives but don't have a clue on what to do.

This is all signs and whimpers stuff. This is power, demonic deliverance that strikes me to be a junior

Neil Anderson kind of thing. Neil Anderson or Neil Armstrong? Who's the one that casts demons out of people all the time?

Neil Armstrong. I know Neil Armstrong walked on the moon, 1969,

Apollo 11. I was 11 years old. I watched it on TV. Just making a joke.

Neil T. Anderson is the demon hunter, whatever his name is. At least this stuff is a lot more biblical.

And then I also found here in this ministry packet this is submission resistance combat procedure.

So I would probably name this RCP. Resistance Combat Procedure. I don't know if they have the demon of bad grammar, grandma.

I don't know if they have the demon of bad linguistics but maybe they forgot to Satan I bind your bad grammar from Lighthouse Ministry International's procedure manual.

Should there be a possessive apostrophe there? This is the Resistance Combat Procedure.

And again, here's what I'm doing. Here's my purpose. See, sometimes I laugh in No Compromise Radio with Steve on Tuesdays. Sometimes I laugh on my own.

Sometimes I'm super serious years ago. I'm doing it to make a point. It's just too

Satan -centric. I don't want to do that.

When you're dealing with sins, you have an advocate. Why don't you focus upon the advocate? That's what you need to do.

You need to focus on the advocate. See, there goes my grammar.

Here's what you have to do. One, be certain of your salvation. How can I be certain of my salvation if there's all these incantations, spells,

Ouija boards and all these other things? Prayer of submission. Heavenly Father, I give you control of my intellect, emotions, will and body.

I invite you to be Lord of my life in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Binding and loosing.

Satan, I bind you. Haven't we heard that before? You will not have control of my intellect, emotions, will and body.

I loose myself from every stronghold and all bondage in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Heavenly Father, prayer of confession. I come to you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. I have given place to spirits of anger.

I don't know what the et cetera is. I've given place to spirits of et cetera. They are not from you and I do not want them in my life.

Forgive me for my sin. Well, that part's good at least. They said sin. And for allowing them to be in my life.

I ask you to cleanse me and set me free in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Declaration. Here we go.

This is interesting. Spirit of anger, I take authority over you in the name of the

Lord Jesus Christ. See, there's not a spirit of anger. Spirit of deception

I've been accused of before. I guess you could have the spirit of post -nasal drip to quote

MacArthur. Anger is from the flesh. Anger, Satan doesn't have to make us angry.

We get angry on our own. Why don't you look at Galatians chapter 5 and if you'd like to see things that have to do with the flesh, they're there.

And it doesn't take you very long to read Ephesians chapter 4 and find out that if we're supposed to not be having sinful anger, it has nothing to do with Don't allow

Satan to make you sinfully angry. Galatians 5, 19. Now the works of the flesh are evident.

Sexual immorality. I bind you, sexual immorality. Impurity. I bind you, sexual impurity.

Sensuality. Idolatry. Sorcery. Enmity. Strive. Jealousy. Fits of anger.

Huh. I think they should have done the ESV. Spirits of fits of anger,

I take authority over you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Because I've submitted my life to God and you cannot stay.

Like it's a thing. There's no such thing as a spirit of anger. There's no such thing as a spirit of a fit of anger.

Because you could use this for other things, too. Drunkenness, orgies, and things like these. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace. Maybe those are angels. Maybe those are good angels.

Good angels, thank you for giving me your love. Love angels, joy angels, peace angels. I take back every area that I have given you in my life.

I loose myself from, fill in the blank, I command you to go to the pit of hell right now in the name of the

Lord Jesus. Confirmation. Be sure that your confession and declaration are complete.

If it was up to me, I could remember all these things. I wouldn't even know. I wouldn't even know if I had the spirit of strife and the demon of jealousy and the spirit of idolatry and rivalries and dissensions and orgies.

I've got the spirit of orgies and rivalries and ribaldries and envies. It's just ridiculous.

Did I get them all? Heavenly Father, I ask you to fill and control each of these cleansed areas of my life with your

Holy Spirit. In the name of the Lord Jesus. Thank you for the freedom. In the name of the Lord Jesus. So, sorry

I had to devote two shows to the spirit of post -nasal drip. But after all, this ministry has grown only by testimony of those who have been set free.

We should probably do setting captives free from that ministry where they deny that you need parental forgiveness.

That is to say, you get judicial forgiveness when God saves you, and all your sins are forgiven, past, present, and future.

But they deny that you ever have to go to God now and say, I forgive you. That ministry hurts people, and that ministry runs roughshod over people until the ministries, the radio stations figure it out and then kick them off.

And so that'll probably be something else you can do and somebody else you can write to. Anyway, my name is
