When you have unbelieving governments who do not yield to the authority of Jesus Christ and to this word, you have millions and millions and millions and millions of image bearers of God slaughtered, murdered by these governments.

Why? If they don't yield to Christ, there is no transcendent law. There's no reason to love my neighbors and to work for the preservation of human life and to think long term.
