Fake miracles are everywhere in the church. Command now the spirit of affliction. Loose that hip. Hoho, even though scripture is now complete and sufficient for christians to know everything they need to know about god.

And live lives pleasing to god. Many christians desire more than what the bible teaches. Of course miracles still occur today. Although not in the exact way they occurred in the bible When one major purpose of miracles was to authenticate the messages of jesus and the prophets however.

Much of these supposed miracles that occur today are fake miracles that god absolutely hates. Because they are done in jesus's name in the name of jesus. Yet are not biblical at all. Here are five fake miracles god hates.

Slain in the Spirit and the Claim of Falling Down

Apparently falling down is a miracle. Benny hinn's crusades are filled with this thing called slaying in the spirit. Where he just knocks down lots of people. Of course this supposed miracle is nowhere in the bible.

John 18 6 is seen as supportive of slaying people in the spirit. When the soldiers and jewish leaders came to Arrest jesus they fell back at jesus words. I am however This example provides no real parallel.

The unbelieving mob acted sinfully against jesus. So he made his divinity clear once more and protected his disciples.

Speaking in Gibberish Versus the Biblical Gift of Tongues

Speaking gibberish is also now a miracle. Damn. Watch sid roth teach christians how to speak gibberish. I can't do it for you.

But I can tell you how to pray in supernatural languages. So you start speaking like little baby words and say them as fast as you humanly can when I begin to pray. Come on. If you don't move your tongue and speak no one else will do it.

Then immediately I could translate what barney said in swahili, even though I don't know swahili either. Is that what we see today in the modern charismatic movement. Not even close. Not even remotely.

Psychosomatic Healings and the Performance of Fake Miracles

It's also now a miracle to trick people into thinking they were miraculously healed. When the reality is that they are just experiencing an adrenaline rush that only makes them feel better temporarily.

Charlatans do this all the time. This is not a real healing dear ones. This is these are psychosomatic healings. There's basically generally speaking. Now psychosomatic healings happen all the time when you're in a closed environment with uh, Emotionally charged music and everybody's kind of they're singing they're all of of thinking about the same thing and they're all you have this kind Of group think group dynamics going on and you're expecting miracles to happen.

You're expecting something to happen then and you're wanting it so badly and you can make yourself feel better. For a little while and for a little while you do feel better. Benny hen himself.

Disorder, Animal-Like Behavior, and Unbiblical Chaos in Charismatic Churches

In charismatic churches, we've seen people act like animals Convolts uncontrollably laugh maniacally and much much more. These supposed christians apparently don't think the word of god is powerful enough.

So they need to make up chaos that is completely foreign to scripture. Fake miracles like these do not glorify god. In fact, they are a mockery of what god has clearly revealed in his word. Because they cheapen what the bible actually teaches about miracles.

And they are destroying millions by pointing them towards an unbiblical view of god.

You better believe the topic was not the gospel. The topic was not you know, come and have your sins forgiven. Come and repent and believe. No, you know what it was. Come get your blessing. Come get your miracle.

Come get your deliverance. Come get your. And the list goes on and on. These are the things that thousands flock to.
