Good afternoon, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania and the rest of humanity who are living on the planet Earth listening via live streaming. This is Chris Ornson, your host of Iron Sharpens Iron, wishing you all a happy Wednesday on this 15th day of June 2016 and I'm delighted to have back on the program Dr. Scott Lively for the first hour.

He is founder and director of Abiding Truth Ministries. He is probably most well known for his very controversial book co-authored with an Orthodox Jew named Kevin Abrams titled The Pink Swastika, Homosexuality in the Nazi Party and today we are going to be discussing more in the aftermath on the Orlando massacre where over 50 lives were taken and over 50 more were wounded seriously in a nightclub featuring or should I say frequented by those heavily involved in homosexual activity and also those who support that lifestyle who just join those who were identified as homosexuals in dancing and leisure time and celebration and all that kind of thing and in addition to that the nightclub where this tragedy took place is also according to many reporters on the secular news is a hub or a headquarters in Orlando for leaders within homosexual activism.

So we're going to be talking more about that in the aftermath of that horrific event with Scott Lively and it's my honor and privilege to welcome you back Dr. Scott Lively.

It's great to be back with you Chris and I'm speaking with you from Brasov, Romania where I'm on a fact-finding, you know, personal fact-finding tour of Eastern Europe.

Well that's fascinating. I gotta have you back on when you return to the states after that trip but why don't you, if you could, just give us a little bit more description about exactly what that is you're doing.

Scott, hello Dr. Lively. Yes, hello, you can hear me? Yes, now I can. We broke up there for a minute. Can you just give us a little bit more of a.

Description about what you're doing there in Romania? Yes, well, as most people are aware, there is involved an open border strata promotion of people. Actually, it's been triggered in eastern Trump in the United States.

And why don't you tell our listeners also about the letter you.

Recently wrote to the Prime Minister of Hungary, which I reposted on my own Facebook page.

Yes, well, Prime Minister in 2011, he led a, and then more recently, he has stood up to the open borders of his country, is where, is not, just not going to go back to me and any of the elitists called a hate monger like they do with anybody.

Tremendous courage. And then a couple of weeks ago, Bill Clinton, Hungary and Poland, we Americans shed blood in Europe and maintain the Cold War to liberate your country. And I guess democracy is too much trouble for you.

And so, and much of my letter to the Prime Minister saying, you know, don't listen to none of these people have the generation of Americans that are here in Europe because, and they did not shed their blood in order to, and it was...

Yes, when you use the phrase, a buzz, I was reminded that I failed to.

Well, he was trying to get me introduced, see Chris. Very good to be on the show with you.

Yeah, I'm with you, Buzz. And that's an interesting name. That could have been my nickname years ago. I spent a long time smoking pot. Well, I hear more people who think that's.

The reason I got the name, but actually I got it as a child because my middle name is Busby, B-U-S-B-Y, an old English name. And they called my father, John, they called me Buzzy.

Well, we had a neighbor, a neighbor named Buzzy Palmer. I remember back in those days, nobody knew that that meant anything other than just a nice guy.

Of course, you're giving away your age too now.

Yeah, well, you know, I'm actually probably older than that even, but still.

Yeah, that's there. And also, WorldMedDaily, you're going to have that.

Yes.

June 15th, you know, 12 -15, when the foundation of institutional law, really, human rights grounded in that document. And this is the anniversary. And I did a, on that, liberation of England from the European Union, which is another example that, that's the most, it's the most important aspect, second most European Union, and the European Union is model for the one world government.

It's the, it basically, it's, they've been creating the framework. It's going to be the freedom that we, that we have.

Great. Well, let's, before we even get into the main discussion that we intended you to address, why don't you let our listeners know something about Abiding Truth Ministries and defendthefamily .com?

Well, I started Abiding Truth, well, defendthefamily .com is just the name of the website, and I use the name Defend the Family International when I travel outside the U .S., but Abiding Truth Ministries is a pro-family organization that I started while I was in law school.

I considered myself to be a missionary to the global pro for a quarter of a century, and abiding through my newsletter to be able to do travels like I am right now, and to just go wherever the Holy Spirit opens the doors, to do whatever it is the work is that needs to be done, to help to encourage, and really, I've had some tremendous, that this marks, actually, Romania marks the fifth, and I'm here in the dining room, which is also really pale.

Some people already know that, you know, bulwarks against the Islamic invasion into Europe, this line that we're on. Well, actually, I was in Hungary before, and now I'm here in Romania. This is Christians all that stood, and they did that.

Yeah, let me just apologize to our listener that our guest Scott Lively is cutting in and out on occasion, but he is calling from Romania, so we can cut him some slack in that regard. And he is, Vlad the Impaler is still revered by many people in Romania, is he not?

Well, it's, you know, we visited Brian Castle, tremendous historian.

Yes, I have had Bill on about three times, yes.

And he's done some tremendous work on all this. He did a piece regarding Vlad. He said, and I got this from him, that Vlad the Impaler learned the tactics that he used, and that the countries of Europe had to pay him a tribute every year, and part of that tribute was 500 boys that were given to the sultan for homosexual sodomy, and they were essentially male sexual slaves of Islam, and I don't know if he was one of the 500, but he was in their prisons during that time period, and that he witnessed the Muslims using impaling as a method of torture, and then when he escaped later, he became a warlord, and he used that, and he impaled something like 30 ,000 captives, Muslim captives, for miles and miles along the road, and then the sultan eventually turned back.

It was overwhelming even for him.

Okay, well, the main topic that we wanted to discuss with you today is in light of the horrific events that took place in Orlando this past Sunday morning, where a nightclub frequented by those involved in homosexual activity.

In fact, it's, I believe, designed specifically for people of that inclination, and in fact, as I was mentioning earlier, news reporters have even called it a primary hub or headquarters of homosexual activists, and we had obviously a man-claiming connection with ISIS, who murdered in cold blood over 50 of these people, injured more, and was himself shot to death, and the secular society around us will attack Christians, evangelical Christians, for both our opposition to Muslim terrorists by bringing into question a religion that has helped spawn that kind of atmosphere, in addition to the victims of this crime, and they will try to perpetuate a lie that we, by opposing, radically opposing, homosexual activity, that we hate these people and delight in their death.

Now, it doesn't help matters when you have very evil people like Stephen Anderson and others who profess to be Christians and are actually pastors of churches, and of course, we all know about the Westboro Baptist Church and so on, the God Hates Fags group, but that doesn't help matters.

There are obviously charlatans, not only within Christianity, but within every other group, but that doesn't help matters for us, so we are left with a very delicate situation when we publicly speak as Christians in the aftermath of such a horrific event.

I don't think it's, Chris, I don't think it's all that delicate, really. I mean, this is, let's just speak plainly about what's really going on. This was a gay-on-gay it's come out that Omar Mateen was himself on people on a gay dating site.

He asked out his high school classmates romantically, his ex-wife talked about his homosexual inclinations, and he had gone to this nightclub on numerous occasions. He was a guy who was himself struggling with homosexuality, and that this is not uncommon at all.

In fact, the latest, if you actually just look in the news, that homosexuals who have been murdered, news stories, the secular media will treat this as a homophobic hate crime, hoping that it's going to turn out to be some Christian activist or something, and it almost always turns out to be another homosexual who's done it, gay-on-gay violence, and we're reminded that Matthew Shepard, who is the symbol, in fact, he's named that the hate crimes act.

Ten years after the fact, gay journalists, former sex partners, and the, you know, this is one after another. The person, the leader of sexual minorities Uganda in Africa, part of the lawsuit that I'm out of New York, the key point in their suit is that no one deserves, demons are real, but they can possess human beings.

I agree with you a hundred percent,.

And I guess perhaps I've misspoken the way I phrased that we have a delicate situation. What I mean is that we have to be careful in the way we speak publicly, because there are obviously those encircled around us ready to pounce and twist our words and so on.

We have to be very clear what we mean when we speak. And you know they're going to do that anyway. Yes, that is.

True. And they don't care what the facts are. We do not support agenda. Yes, and it is a shame.

That even, I mean, when I watch Fox News on occasion, it even appears that some of those pundits and so on on Fox News, who are coming from allegedly a conservative worldview, they even seem to uphold the victims in this horrific tragedy as some kind of heroic figures.

I mean, we obviously want to have compassion with not only the surviving victims of this attack, but also the families who are grieving deeply. We may have many brethren in Christ who are grieving deeply over the slaughter of their children, or their siblings, or their parents even.

But it is a tragedy, a double tragedy, when wickedness is upheld as some kind of a noble, heroic virtue in the aftermath of something like this. That's exactly right, and that point is.

Very important to recognize. That analogy to that is what happened in France, and all over the world. Heptomagazine, and then all of a sudden all of a sudden Charlie. Charlie Heptomagazine was an obnoxiously atheistic and profane magazine that they want everybody to.

Now, you know, we're all going to fly the rainbow flag. It's a great tragedy that does not deserve to be shot in that day. We're going to use your deaths as a way. Yes, and we're going to be going.

Let me get my co-host's question before I go to a listener.

Reverend Buzz Taylor. Just to put this in perspective, Scott, you talked about how it's demonic, the behavior and so forth of trying to take tragedies like this and use it for your political agenda and all.

And I was thinking of the name of your ministry, Abiding Truth Ministries. And I just think we ought to throw this in perspective that truth is more powerful than error. And we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, powers and spiritual wickedness and high places and all those things that we're told about.

And we understand that Satan is the father of lies. Would you at least address the fact that just because Satan is the father of lies doesn't mean that lies are more.

Powerful than the truth? Well, you know, unfortunately for us, we know how the end of the book comes out. But unfortunately, you know, the devil is the prince of this world until the Lord comes back and claims his throne.

And we have to, we exist in a spiritual realm and demons actually exist. Angels can take human form and walk among us, the scripture says, but demons can't do that. They can influence and in some cases possess human beings, like ride them like a horse and that happens.

And anyone who doesn't attack him, in fact, I had a Romanian cab driver the other day that coming back from the train station and it was in broken English talking about how much he likes and in new age and all that.

And I know he wouldn't, didn't understand very well. So I just want to very simply spiritual realm, you know, that this day and age with Christianity sort of being so material, materialistic and, and not focused on spiritual things that sounds, you know, sort of old world, archaic, the Bible, and that's the truth.

And when people open that someone like this, you know, Omar Mateen, a wonderful belong to Christ. And if your nation doesn't belong to Christ, then you better get ready. Yeah. I mean, people often wonder how a,.

An entire nation like Germany in the early part of the 20th century could have been captivated and hypnotized by somebody like Hitler. But I think that the demonic realm is the perfect explanation of how a whole, whole community of people, a whole nation of people could,.

Could follow, you know, I'm about to publish a prophecy book. I wasn't going to get off into this, but, but a big part of it is about the history of the antichrist and society. A small portion of it deals with the fact that Germany excavated the seat of Satan in part, he started to clear and, and introduced that whole demonic philosophy into Germany.

And then, and then from that point forward, Germany was just captivated by a demonic influence. And, and, and actually, and still today, and I've actually, I actually received a, a personal by Colonel Eugene Byrd, who had been the commandant of Spandau prison where the Nazi war criminals were kept after the Nuremberg trials.

And he took me to that, to the Pergamon museum where the seat of Satan and the, the Isis, the, the Isis gate from Babylon, there's 37 dragon figures on it, the, the gematria of that is the, in Germany, in all of human, would be able to, unless your mind is completely clouded, spiritual warnings of the Bible are true, and take appropriate action, the appropriate act on the dead.

He's the only one who has the authority over the demonic realm. And, and so, you know, that should be, that should be the lesson from the Orlando slaughter. Every single person that survived that, every single family member that's mourning the loss should be waking up and, and, and saying, I will turn from my secular false thinking, I will receive Jesus Christ as my Savior, and I will ask for him to come back into authority into the United States of America, so we can have the kind of security and prosperity that we used to.

Have when we were a Christian nation. We do have a listener in Mastic Beach, Long Island, New York, Tyler, who says, would you say that the waving of the rainbow flags in the embassies across the world is also a violation of the political relationships we have with other nations who do not agree with their agenda?

And I'm assuming when he says, do not agree with their agenda, the agenda of the rainbow flag, I'm assuming that's what he.

Means by that. Yeah. Yeah, well, there's two problems with the rainbow flag. First of all, it doesn't belong to them. The rainbow belongs to God. The rainbow is the symbol of the authority and presence of God.

It places in Scripture, of course, where God, you know, uses it as the promise of his covenant, and then in Ezekiel 128, where it is identifying that, and then in Revelation 3, the rainbow emanates from the throne of God.

So it's intimately associated with the purpose for people who are engaging in practices that God initiated, and that he incinerated Sodom and Gomorrah over. For people who identify with that lifestyle to be using the rainbow is absolutely blasphemous and wrong.

So one problem. But then the second problem is that the fact that it is associated with sodomy in the minds of most people of the world now, for the U .S. embassies and other people, it's in contradiction to the values of the countries.

You know, it's interesting how much of society believes that they are not violating or promoting, I should say. They're not promoting a religion or violating anyone else's religion when they, for instance, in a secular news broadcast, will affirm homosexuality as a completely acceptable lifestyle, if not a wonderful lifestyle, not only to be tolerated but to celebrate.

But whenever you have someone in any role of the secular society taking a posture like that, there really aren't they teaching a religion because they are saying, they're teaching the tenets of a religion because they're saying that Christianity is wrong about that.

So if you're saying that a religion such as Christianity or even Orthodox Judaism or even Islam, if you are saying that all these collective religions who have stood against homosexuality for centuries are wrong about this issue, you are taking a religious.

Position, aren't you? Khan Law Professor Booksy had us read was titled The Myth of Religion. That is by nature recognized the founding fathers society that they gave us, society that they called it secular and it wasn't denominational.

Yes, and in fact I was even having a discussion with somebody on the internet who was saying in light of the events in Orlando that all religions are messed up and he didn't use the phrase messed up and I responded to him that he had his own religion because he is taking a specific theological position on God that God does not exist and therefore people are wrong for even assembling and gathering around something they believe to be religiously or theologically or doctrinally true.

That is a doctrinal and theological position.

So it is and that is actually secular humanism is really I think the better rather than atheism secular humanism is really the better definition of what they're. I actually think Thomas Jefferson's metaphor a constitutional still isn't today but the court adopted and said that all religions have to be treated equally by United States government and what they did effectively itself declare odd and everything worshipped as God and said that all these religions are now equal and equally subservient to in America the legal power to go to be found and to drive them out of public life using the courts.

That was you know they were sending me hate mails all day that is that's hateful. They want to fit radicals as a way to Christianity and it is ironic because if.

This nation that we live in were to become an Islamic theocracy with Sharia law the liberals would have their heads on the chopping block before anybody. The first ones right maybe the.

First ones killed right and then actually that's and they are in a lot of these places. Where are.

Now of course not all liberals or atheists or agnostics are in favor of that kind of agenda. You even have people as much as I despise much of what Bill Maher has to say. He is openly critical of Islam and actually mocks.

He mocks his liberal colleagues and friends for being protective of them while being critical of Christians. And then of course you know you have people like the late Christopher Hitchens and others that were would never be in favor of any kind of Islamic overrun of.

The country but I guess it comes down to whose ox is being gored. I think Bill Maher has Islamic radicalism and other lefties but he's he is. He's being a hypocrite completely inconsistent in and you know being against Christianity when Christianity has protected the world from wherever it has prevailed and humanism is in.

Yeah and of course you have people like Bill Maher who.

Are so much invest. Have so much invested in the freedom of speech that even a liberal like him despises the thought police controlling every word that is spoken in the public arena. So you do.

You do occasionally have. You know there's also there's also just one more thing Chris on that point is that there is actually a fair amount of overlap and you see this with the Trump Sanders phenomenon going on there that there is on both the left and the right there is rebellion predatory corporatism and then in that I stand shoulder to shoulder with a lot of hard leftists and and there are other things where we have in fact I think the poll keep them so they couldn't organize.

I think the population of America is divided. Right. Left globalists will all. Yeah. And in Romania and this man out in the middle we weren't even talking politics and he said Hillary Clinton is a communist.

This is a man who lived under communism. Yeah you know. But. But. So. But Clinton is it. Clinton is a well well elicited comment. Yeah. Well Hillary Clinton herself.

In especially when the the race was closer between her and the openly socialist Bernie Sanders she wasn't saying how can you American citizens even consider voting for a socialist. She wasn't saying that.

She was saying oh there is not much difference between us at all. She kept saying that over and over again. In fact still does uh so well you know she was a student of uh Saul Alinsky and.

Rules for rather than world history in Germany well I just am thankful that I believe in a.

Sovereign God and I'm not to put my trust in princes. And no matter what the outcome is as a Christian I know that Romans 8 28 will still be in effect for amen for those of us who love the Lord. Well I want to repeat your website it is defend the family .com.
