The Bible says flee from sexual immorality, not go through five stages, not enter a program. Get away from it. For you were bought with a price, therefore glorify God in your body. You might say, it's not that simple.

Yes, it is. You can stop looking at it right now. But that doesn't get it out of my mind, you say. You're right. Like a bad drug habit, you may have done some serious damage to your mind. Turn to Christ, who forgives sin and will cleanse you from all unrighteousness.
