LDS members do NOT know the Gospel

The Gospel, False Teaching, and Salvation by Faith Alone

How are you guys doing? How are you doing today? Good. Good, good. I'm Brayden. What's that? No, I'm Brayden. I'm just introducing myself to you. Yeah, sir. I already did take a temple tour, sir. I actually have a question for you.

Nope. It's a gospel track, sir. I used to be able to... Oh, absolutely. You go and knock on... Sir, don't lie to me. You go and knock on people's doors and go on a private property. Private property. I was LDS for 19 years of my life, sir.

Well, congratulations. I'm telling you right now that you have a false gospel. And I'm terribly worried about your internal state.

You enjoy the gospel you have, whatever it is. Yes, sir, I will. Because we allow all people, even ex-Mormons, to worship Paul Quinn and what they may believe. We deserve the same privilege. So leave me alone.

You drove us out of the East. You don't have to come and try and make up for it.

Jesus Is the Great I Am, Not a Created Being

Sir, I am terribly worried about where you put your faith in. Jesus says in John 8, He says this, Unless you believe that I am, you shall die in your sins.

And you don't believe that. I'm more worried about you than I am me. You don't believe that, sir.

You don't believe that. What is the gospel message if you really are worried about me? What is the gospel?

Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Love your enemy. Turn the other cheek. And stop being a damn ex-Mormon standing out here.

The Death, Burial, and Resurrection of Christ According to Scripture

Preaching Paul's gospel. I'm here telling the people about the gospel. Yes, I preach the Paul's gospel. Because guess what? That's the one and only gospel. Can I tell you what the gospel is? Do you want to know what the gospel is?

Because those things will condemn you before God. Read Matthew 7. Yes, sir, I believe in it, sir. Sir, please tell me. Tell me more about your false gospel. The only gospel is this. The death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ according to scriptures.

I beg you to please repent and believe in that. Wow, that guy was pushing me and touching me. That's not okay. Brothers and sisters, I used to be LDS for 19 years. What is the gospel? Who is Jesus Christ?

Can you tell me about him according to your church? Yes, we can. Please, then tell me. I beg you, tell me who Jesus is. If you really believe in what you believe. No, he is not. That would make him created.

Jesus says in John 8, Unless you believe I am, you shall die in your sins. You just blaspheme the name of God by saying he was created. Yes, you did. Isaiah 43 says this. I am the only God. There is none before me nor after me.

I know not one. You don't want to engage with me because you don't know Jesus. Gentlemen, ladies, I want to know what your Jesus is. Who is he? I haven't had one person tell me Jesus Christ yet from the Mormon church.

I haven't had one person tell me what the gospel is according to the church of Jesus Christ. I read in Romans 1 16 that we are not ashamed of the gospel, but yet no one is telling me it. That should throw red alarms in your ears and you should know that you will be standing unjustified before God because of your actions.

It is God alone who saves. Please, I used to be LDS for 19 years of my life. I used to call you guys my brothers and sisters. Please, repent and believe in the gospel according to the scriptures of the Bible.

The Gospel of Grace Versus Salvation by Works

Please, don't litter. Don't litter. What are you doing? You just broke your own land's law. What are you doing? That is shameful. None of you, can you please tell me what the gospel is? You won't listen if I do.

I will. Please tell me. I'm begging you. I'm begging you. Please. I believed for 19 years and then I read the Bible and it said to me to repent and believe in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

I can tell you. Please, then have him come talk to me. Please. If you want to know what the gospel is, go to a Mormon church. I used to for 19 years, ma 'am, and they never once preached the cross of Christ that's found in the New Testament.

Repent and believe in the gospel. The death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus. I used to be LDS. I'm asking you, can you tell me the gospel? The gospel is the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ according to the scriptures.

That's 1 Corinthians 15, 1 -4. This church is saying that you are saved through works and obedience. No, it is. Articles of Faith 3 and 4. What does it say? We believe a man is justified by obedience of the gospel, through baptism.

It's through works. You need to be baptized. No, you don't. That's a work. What does Romans 3 say? It says, for the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. Please come back and talk to me. Come back and discuss this with me.

Eternity is a long time to be wrong. Ma 'am, I used to call you a sister. I was LDS for 19 years. Can you please tell me what the gospel is? Nope, that's not the gospel. That's not the gospel. The gospel is the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

And if you place your faith in that alone, you will be saved. Abandon your good works as a means of justifying yourself. And run to Jesus. Don't walk away from Him. Run to Jesus. 1 Corinthians 1, 8 -9 says this, If we or an angel from heaven comes to you and tells you another gospel than the one that you have yet received, let him be accursed.

There is only one gospel. As a pastor of a church, it is my mission above all things to give glory to God and to tell people about the true gospel according to the Scriptures. Ma 'am, you don't have a gospel.

You don't know what it is. You don't have the only way. You think that Jesus is only partially the way and that through your obedience to the law you would be saved. That is wrong. That's evil. That's not biblical.

Galatians 2. It says this in Galatians 2. Verse 16. It says, Nevertheless, knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but through faith in Christ Jesus. Even we have believed in Christ Jesus that we may be justified by faith in Christ.

And not by the works of the law, since by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. Verse 21 then goes on to say this. I do not nullify the grace of God. If righteousness comes through the law, then Christ died needlessly.

Articles of Faith 3 and 4. What does it say? We believe a man is justified through obedience in the gospel, by repentance, by baptism, by receiving the Holy Spirit. You have built a temple on a hill to say that you must do good works to become like God.

That is a false gospel. I used to be LDS. I will not go home, man, because I care about you. I love you enough to talk to you even though you wave me on. I want you to know Jesus Christ. Please open your Bibles and read it.

I beg you. I care for you. I love you enough to bring you a message of peace and mercy.
