Is John Pavlovitz Really a Christian?

John Pavlovitz is a Unitarian Universalist pastor whose blog Stuff That Needs To Be Said became popular through Relevant Magazine.

At that time he was blogging about how the Bible is not God's word and Rob Bell is awesome. More recently he's written about how

Jesus Christians would wear masks and God is non -binary. So yeah, you know where this is going.

Unitarians are so heretical in their theology that atheists can pastor their churches. They preach that homosexuality and the murder of children through abortion are morally good.

Yet Pavlovitz insists people who don't wear masks are the real killers and Alabama is three years away from becoming

Nazi Germany. I am not making that up. Pavlovitz's first book was called A Bigger Table about being more inclusive, but his social media is dedicated to ripping on Christians, Republicans, and Donald Trump.

He wrote another book called If God is Love, Don't Be a Jerk while he makes swear -laden put -downs on Twitter.

Even the shirts he sells are vulgar in the name of love. It's astonishing how blind he is to his own hypocrisy.

To be blunt, there is nothing redeemable about what this man teaches. He hates God, his word, and his church, which is why the world loves him.

He makes his money slandering Christ and his bride. John the Apostle called teachers like John Pavlovitz antichrists.

They are from the world, says 1 John 4 -5, therefore they speak from the world and the world listens to them.

We are from God. Whoever knows God listens to us. Whoever is not from God does not listen to us.
