American Christians look to politicians to solve moral issues.

And that, quite frankly, is a mistake. Politicians cannot solve moral problems.

Politicians are followers. I know, that seems strange. They should be leaders.

But politicians are looking to get votes. And therefore, they will do whatever they think gets them votes.

You want to solve America's moral problems? It's a very simple solution.

It's called the gospel. That's right. The way to solve the problems of the immorality of America is to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with others.

As people become believers, they will know the truth and the truth will set them free.

They will start to want to be more moral. They're never going to want to be moral as long as they're an unbeliever.

They're enemies of God. They hate God. They're not going to want to live under His rule.

Therefore, there's no reason we should ever expect that unsaved politicians can help create a more moral society.
