The Meaning of Separation of Church and State
Pastor Wade confronts Utah lawmakers on the Separation of Church and State. We have consistently heard at these meetings the misuse of Church and State and how Christian morality has no place in politics, so Pastor Wade prepared a speech with the Meaning of Separation of Church and State so that the Utah lawmakers could no longer obfuscate our concerns.

House Bill 467 just became public this afternoon.
Fox 50 News reporter Chris Arnold spoke with anti -abortion and pro -choice advocates who let their
voices be heard on this extremely emotional issue.
Good afternoon.
My name is Wade Orsini.
I'm a pastor at Apology at Church Utah and I am a minister of the gospel of Christ.
This bill, nor do other so -called pro -life bills, represent the Christian community.
God despises unequal weights and measures and he will not stand for the regulation of some babies that are being
slaughtered while others are not.
As Christians with the authority of Christ and his word, we demand equal protection of babies in the womb from
the moment of conception.
We've been told our concerns would not be taken into account because of the first amendment and the separation
of church and state.
I want us to remind ourselves today the first amendment was produced by our Christian
founding fathers to give zero authority to the federal government over the church, not that the
church should not or could not inform the state of biblical law and right morality.
The phrase separation of church and state was first coined by Thomas Jefferson in a letter to Danbury
Baptists in 1802, assuring them that no one Christian denomination would become the
national church.
The first amendment, therefore, in its original and historical intent was freedom for
religion and not freedom from religion.
The religion that framed this country was biblical Christianity.
One day all of us will give an account before the one true God and I call you today to repent
and protect all of the pre -born in every circumstance and at every stage.
Thank you.
Thank you.
