#NoDespair2020
All right.
AJ, why don't you tell everybody what your presentation is on this week?
This week my presentation is on Shadrach, Meshach,
and Abednego.
That's the one of the Bible stories.
Okay, where is that story found?
That story is found in Daniel 3.
All right, well why don't you tell everybody about the story?
Once upon a time there was a king named Nebuchadnezzar.
He made a golden statue
and he made a law that said when the music plays,
everyone must bow down to the statue.
But Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego didn't because they only need to bow down to the true God.
Then the king got really mad and thrown him into the fiery furnace.
Then what happened?
Then the men who threw him in the fire got too close and they threw him in.
Then they died.
But Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego didn't because Jesus was in there with them.
Jesus was in there with them?
Yeah, before Jesus was born.
Wow, so he was in the fiery furnace with them and he protected them?
Yeah, right before he was born.
Then was King Nebuchadnezzar mad or was he happy?
He said, wait, wasn't there
four men?
Now there's, wait, wasn't there three men?
Now there's four men.
Wow.
How is it?
Like say, then he said, your God saved you.
You're free.
That's really cool.
So if somebody tries to get you to bow down to a different God, not the true God, should you do it?
No, you should not.
You should only worship the true God, right?
Yeah.
How many gods are there?
One.
And how many persons does this one God exist?
Three persons.
Name the three persons. Father, Son, Holy Spirit.
Great job.
All right, say goodbye.
Thanks for watching me. Have a good day.
Bye.
