- 00:14
- Welcome to another installment of Fighting for the Faith. My name is Chris Roseborough. I am your servant in Jesus Christ, and this is the channel that compares what people are saying in the name of God to the
- 00:25
- Word of God. So Jeremiah Johnson is a guy that we've covered in the past, and we're going to continue to cover him because he is a dangerous false prophet.
- 00:36
- How do I know? Well, his prophecies haven't come true. When he does prophesy, he says nothing, and I mean that.
- 00:44
- And to add insult to injury, he claims to be receiving direct conversational revelation from God himself while twisting
- 00:55
- God's Word. You would think that if he were legitimately hearing from the Holy Spirit, that the
- 01:02
- Holy Spirit would say, hey, this is the Holy Spirit, and Jeremiah, I don't like it when you twist up my words and stuff.
- 01:10
- You would think that he would say that, but he doesn't. So we're gonna spend a little bit of time listening to a recent sermon delivered by Jeremiah Johnson.
- 01:22
- We're also going to note his involvement with the Daystar controversy, the
- 01:30
- Daystar scandal that's kind of still breaking and still going down.
- 01:37
- Yeah, he played a role in it, and it's not a good one, and we'll talk about that as well. So let's whirl up the desktop, and let's open up the web browser.
- 01:49
- And this is a recent message, a sermon delivered by Jeremiah Johnson titled,
- 01:58
- This Could Kill Your Destiny in Transition. I feel like I could get bingo right just in the title of this thing.
- 02:06
- And so we're gonna listen to a part of it, a little bit of a note. I've sped it up just a little bit, so if it sounds like he's fast talking, it's not because he's a fast talker, it's because I want to kind of push him forward a little bit so that he can get to his points.
- 02:22
- So we've just sped up his audio just a smidge, so keep that in mind.
- 02:27
- We'll have the closed captionings on also, just for good measure. So here's
- 02:33
- Jeremiah Johnson. We'll pay attention to what's going on here. We're gonna dive into the word of God tonight.
- 02:39
- I believe that there are many people here tonight who are in a birthing season. Now he said that they were gonna dive into the word of God that night, and God is telling him to talk to people who are in a birthing season.
- 02:58
- The only people that I know that are in a birthing season are women who are pregnant.
- 03:04
- And I would note, this could get me in trouble with YouTube, men can't get pregnant.
- 03:09
- Just a saying, okay? So all of that being said, what on earth is he talking about?
- 03:16
- Can you say birthing season? Manipulation techniques right there. Can you say birthing season?
- 03:22
- Birthing season. See, this is a manipulation technique designed to take your ability to critically think and turn it off, okay?
- 03:33
- Well, your brain going, well, we're taking orders from this guy, I guess we can trust him. That's the point.
- 03:39
- In other words, there's something that God is calling you into. Could be a new business, could be a new marriage, could be a new season in the ministry.
- 03:49
- Oh, that's just vague. It could be just about anything. Calling me to a new gym membership, calling me to a new diet, calling...
- 03:58
- And I believe that there are people here who are in transition. Can you say... We might as well have our prophecy bingo cards open at this point because he's just flying with them.
- 04:13
- All these are prophecy buzzwords. This isn't a prophecy from God. This isn't the word of God.
- 04:19
- God did not give Jeremiah Johnson these words to deliver to anybody. Transition.
- 04:26
- So tonight, I want to talk to the birthers and I want to talk to people who are in transition. Maybe you have worked in a certain career and you're sensing your time is up.
- 04:35
- Maybe you have... Are you a birther in transition? He's not saying... Have had a different expression of ministry and you're now transitioning into your next.
- 04:46
- I want to talk to the birthers, people that are in a new season. I want to talk to people who are in transition.
- 04:52
- Just by a way of hands, how many of you feel like you're in a birthing season or you're in a season of transition?
- 04:58
- Men, put your hands down. You are not in a birthing season. How many of you feel like you're in a birthing season?
- 05:08
- This has nothing to do with Christianity. And I would note...
- 05:14
- Let's do this. I'm going to go here and I'm just going to note that Christian pastors and teachers are under orders.
- 05:26
- We'll start with Jesus's orders. In Matthew chapter 28, that section of scripture known as the great commission, here's what
- 05:34
- Jesus commissions the church to do. Are you ready? Jesus says, all authority in heaven on earth has been given to me.
- 05:41
- That's right. It has been already given to Christ. Go therefore, make disciples, disciples are learners, of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the
- 05:51
- Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit. And Jesus, what are we supposed to be teaching these disciples that are being made?
- 05:58
- Are you ready? Teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. Where is the only place
- 06:08
- I can go to instruct disciples of Jesus about the things that Christ has commanded us?
- 06:18
- Answer, the Bible. Yeah, that's right. The job of a pastor is, get this,
- 06:24
- I know it's going to sound crazy, to preach the word. And is Jeremiah Johnson doing that?
- 06:30
- Not at all. If we go to 2 Timothy chapter 3, and I'll throw in a little bit of 4 just for good measure.
- 06:36
- This is a passage of scripture I go to regularly. Paul giving instructions to young pastor
- 06:43
- Timothy. This is the last letter that Paul writes before he is executed and loses his life and is martyred for the
- 06:52
- Christian faith. So here's what Paul says. But as for you, verse 14 of chapter 3 of 2
- 07:00
- Timothy, continue what you have learned, firmly believed, knowing from whom you learned it, how from childhood you've been acquainted with the, what?
- 07:09
- Sacred writings, grammata here. In Greek, that's the scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.
- 07:17
- All scripture is breathed out by God. Yeah, you want a revelation from God?
- 07:24
- Open your Bible. By the way, the reason why the people here are listening to Jeremiah Johnson and thinking, oh, this is just the best thing ever.
- 07:34
- The reason why is because they don't know their Bible. They are not reading it properly.
- 07:39
- They aren't even studying it correctly. And they are under the deceptions of a false prophet.
- 07:46
- So the folks there, everyone raising their hand, oh, I'm in a birthing season right now. No, you're not, unless you're pregnant, okay?
- 07:54
- Unless you're actually pregnant, you're not. So all that being said, all scripture is breathed out by God and is profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness.
- 08:05
- And watch this last part. So that the man of God may be complete and equipped for every good work.
- 08:12
- Mm -hmm. The scriptures are going to prepare every Christian and equip every
- 08:18
- Christian for every good work that God would have you do. The end. Everything you need to know for doctrine in life is found in the
- 08:27
- Bible, okay? And if we needed these other prophecies, these nonsensical birthing transition nonsensical prophecies, then this text is a lie.
- 08:39
- Because, well, God has had to send the prophet Jeremiah Johnson to prepare me for my transitional birthing season that I'm supposedly going through or could be going through in the near future.
- 08:52
- Nope. All scripture is breathed out by God, profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness of the man of God may be complete and equipped for every good work.
- 09:02
- So I charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who's the judge, the living and dead, and by his appearing in his kingdom, are you ready?
- 09:10
- Preach the word. You know, the Bible. Is Jeremiah doing that?
- 09:16
- No, not even close, okay? Be ready. In season, out of season, reprove, rebuke, and exhort with complete patience and teaching.
- 09:23
- For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears, they'll accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions.
- 09:31
- And watch this last part. And they will turn away from listening to the truth and they will wander off into myths.
- 09:38
- It is a complete, nonsensical, uber stupid myth that God wants to speak to you right now because you're getting ready to go into a transitional birthing season.
- 09:53
- This is just pure mythology. This is nonsense. And how he handles the biblical text is even further proof, we haven't even gotten to it yet, that this man is not a prophet of God.
- 10:03
- Let's continue. All right, so I'm going to speak to you tonight, and if you're not in that season, it's coming. Somehow, some way, most of us find ourselves in transition.
- 10:14
- No kidding! Everybody who lives goes through transitions in life.
- 10:22
- I mean, they go from being babies to being toddlers, from being toddlers to being elementary school kids, to being teenagers, and into the early 20s.
- 10:33
- And then they go from being children to being parents, and then they go to being grandparents, and then they go to the last stage of their lives, and they transition into death.
- 10:43
- I mean, and you'll note along the way, they might change jobs, move homes, you know, things like this. Everybody goes through transitions.
- 10:50
- This is worthless nonsense. Most of us find ourselves in a birthing season, so we're going to preach into that tonight.
- 10:57
- You're going to preach into a birthing season. Oh, good grief. And you'll note, these people, you know, they're ready to take notes.
- 11:07
- Okay, this guy even has a Bible open. Do you think Jeremiah Johnson's going to rightly handle this, any biblical text that he touches here?
- 11:16
- Not with this lead -up. No way. It's not going to happen. Prophesy into that tonight, and I have an assignment of the
- 11:23
- Lord to break this spirit of accusation off of your life. Oh, oh really? God gave you an assignment, the spirit of accusation, to break that off?
- 11:33
- Doesn't Jesus do that already by forgiving us all of our sins? Just saying, you know.
- 11:40
- Satan stirs up demonic warfare against people who are in a birthing season.
- 11:47
- That is just utter nonsense. Satan. Oh, Satan's going to come against you in your birthing season.
- 11:54
- Jeremiah, do you have a biblical text that talks about Satan coming against Christians in their birthing season?
- 12:01
- Watch what he does. He's going to try to make this look biblical. And who are in a season of transition. I want to sound the alarm.
- 12:08
- Satan stirs up warfare. Leviathan will come. There are evil spirits that are assigned to people who are in transition and who are in new seasons, and I have come prophetically in the spirit of a midwife.
- 12:29
- Uh -huh.
- 12:35
- Uh -huh. Okay. What are your pronouns, Jeremiah, if you come to us in the spirit of a midwife?
- 12:44
- I am here to come alongside of you and help you give birth to the new season that God has called you into.
- 12:53
- Bingo. Birthing a new season. How we doing? Are we good? No, we're not.
- 13:00
- You are a complete deceiver. You are, you sir, are a false prophet. You are, you are
- 13:05
- Satan's minion masquerading as a messenger of light. Okay, so I've come to pick a fight with the devil.
- 13:13
- No, sir, you're doing the devil's bidding by not rightly handling God's word and filling these people's heads with mythological nonsense.
- 13:23
- You hear tonight? Yeah. First Peter 5, 8,
- 13:28
- Satan prowls around like a lion seeking to devour. This is true.
- 13:34
- Satan is our enemy. Correct. We want to rebuke the devourer tonight. Okay, let's, let's, let's do this.
- 13:45
- Hang on a second here. He's not, he's not even handling that text correctly. Okay. I'm just going to look for lion,
- 13:51
- L -I -O -N. Okay. And I'm not talking about lying, L -Y. Okay. So be sober minded, watchful.
- 13:58
- This is first Peter 5, 8. Your adversary, the devil prowls around like a roaring lion seeking someone to devour.
- 14:04
- Well, there's your positive statement. And it's terrifying when you consider the implications of it.
- 14:10
- But let me just add a little bit of context to this. Okay. So what are we supposed to do?
- 14:15
- Because Satan, our enemy is prowling around like a roaring lion seeking someone to devour. Are you ready?
- 14:21
- Resist him in your faith, knowing that the same kinds of suffering are being experienced by your brotherhood throughout the world.
- 14:29
- And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ will himself restore, confirm, and strengthen and establish you.
- 14:40
- So all we got to do is resist Satan in our faith. You know, our trust in the forgiveness of our sins and the fact that we've been gifted by Christ eternal life and pardon and peace with God, all because of what he's done for us on the cross and risen from the grave bodily.
- 14:58
- Okay. So, yeah, first attempt at handling the word of God, and already he's twisting it up.
- 15:09
- How much you want to bet he's going to twist it up more? All right, buckle your seatbelts.
- 15:18
- All right, let's pray. Father, you don't have to repeat after me. We're not Catholic. Okay. Even a sweatshirt says breakthrough.
- 15:31
- He's not saying anything. Good group here. Father, thank you for tonight.
- 15:36
- Thank you that no one is here by mistake or coincidence. Yeah, they are there listening to him contrary to the clear instructions of the word of God to mark and avoid men like Jeremiah Johnson.
- 15:48
- Everybody who's listening to them clearly doesn't know their Bible. You brought every person into this room, and Lord, I just thank you that you're going to help us tonight go full term.
- 16:03
- Am I going to get stretch marks? That there would be no spiritual miscarriages.
- 16:12
- Again, worthless, empty, nonsensical words. This is not what
- 16:19
- Christians have historically believed at all. Why? Because none of this is taught in the
- 16:25
- Bible. That not one of us would miscarry the dream, the vision, the mandate that you have given us.
- 16:35
- Lord, help us to be faithful. You mean like the mandate to make disciples of all nations teaching all that Christ has taught commanded?
- 16:46
- What about that one, sir? To give birth, to transition into our next.
- 16:53
- Lord, we're asking that you would remove every hindrance, every roadblock, every trap set by the enemy.
- 17:01
- Lord, we ask that you would expose it tonight in the name of Jesus, that you would open up our eyes to the word.
- 17:08
- This whole message, this so -called prophetic message and mandate that Jeremiah Johnson is delivering here is, in fact, a deception of Satan himself.
- 17:25
- In Jesus' name, amen. Revelation chapter 12, could you keep playing?
- 17:31
- Could I stretch your fingers tonight? All right, so he wants the keyboardist to keep going so that the manipulation can continue.
- 17:38
- Keep that in mind. And so Revelation chapter 12, that is an interesting text for him to go to, and I would note one that on its face is not easily understandable.
- 17:50
- I'll show you how a little bit of help from the Church Fathers might assist you in this, but let's keep going here. That's good. Revelation chapter 12,
- 17:57
- I'm going to begin reading in verse 3. Why? Why would you begin in verse 3 rather than verse 1?
- 18:08
- He's ignoring the actual context. He doesn't want you to see the real context, because he wants to hijack this verse, this passage, for the purpose of making it appear like God is teaching in his word the importance of transitional birthing seasons for you and for me, and how the devil's going to come and chase you if you're in a transitional birthing season.
- 18:29
- That's what he's going to attempt to do, which is proof positive he's not a true prophet of God, because he's going to twist
- 18:37
- God's word. Another sign appeared in heaven, and behold, a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns on his heads, were seven diadems.
- 18:48
- Have you ever asked yourself how Satan started out as a snake in Genesis, but ends up as a dragon in the book of Revelation?
- 18:58
- I have an answer for you on that one. Let's take a look at the biblical answer to that. Shall we?
- 19:04
- If I were to go to Isaiah chapter 6, famous text, it says,
- 19:11
- In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord, Adonai, sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and the train of his robe filled the temple.
- 19:20
- Above him were the seraphim. In Hebrew, seraph is your garden variety term for a serpent.
- 19:31
- The seraphim, and I would note, biblical scholars of the past hate this fact, and they try to find a way around it, but this makes perfect sense if you just let the
- 19:45
- Bible talk. Above him stood the seraphim. Here are the descriptions. Each had six wings.
- 19:52
- You have seraphim. Again, seraph is your Hebrew word for serpent. They have six wings.
- 20:00
- Serpents with wings. With two, he covered his face. With two, he covered his feet. With two, he flew.
- 20:06
- What do you call a serpent creature with wings and feet? Answer.
- 20:13
- A dragon. Okay. It's right here in Isaiah chapter 6.
- 20:20
- So, the idea then is this, is that, I happen to be in agreement with the biblical scholars out there who say that Satan most likely is a fallen seraphim, which would resemble a dragon.
- 20:38
- Just saying. So, in Genesis chapter 3, when Satan shows up, you'll note that one of the curses that God gives
- 20:45
- Satan, let me show you this, in Genesis chapter 3. When God gives out the punishments, here's the punishment that God gives to the serpent.
- 20:57
- Because you've done this, cursed are you above all livestock and all the beasts of the field. On your belly you shall go.
- 21:05
- Oh, wait. The serpent in the Garden of Eden wasn't already on his belly? Right.
- 21:14
- We're dealing with Satan, a fallen seraph, one of the seraphim. And so, he's going to go on his belly, which means he wasn't on his belly.
- 21:24
- So, you have a talking serpent with feet. Think dragon.
- 21:31
- Right? And then, in Revelation 21, and let me see if I can find this real quick here.
- 21:37
- If I were to go to Revelation, is it Revelation 20 or 21? Hang on a second here. Revelation, I want to go 21.
- 21:44
- No, 20. 20. Here we go. We're going to go Revelation 20. All right. So, watch how it describes, let's see here, how it describes
- 21:54
- Satan in Revelation 20. Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven, holding in his hand the key to the bottomless pit and a great chain.
- 22:02
- And he seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years.
- 22:10
- Actually, the text says thousands of years, but that's a whole other story. So, here we got an interesting thing.
- 22:16
- Scripture in Revelation 20 uses dragon and serpent interchangeably.
- 22:23
- So, there's good reason to believe that Satan is a fallen seraph.
- 22:29
- He was part of the seraphim. And that being the case, dragon is probably not only the right description of him, it's probably something to do with how he was actually created.
- 22:43
- So, keep all of that in mind, because now we're going to get some nonsense from Jeremiah and John.
- 22:49
- So, let me back this up again. He's reading from Revelation 12. We'll clear this up in a minute here.
- 22:55
- Have you ever asked yourself how Satan started out as a snake in Genesis, but ends...
- 23:02
- serpent with feet, who then is pushed onto his belly? Have you even read
- 23:10
- Genesis, sir? ...up as a dragon in the book of Revelation? Are you ready? We fed him.
- 23:17
- Absolute nonsense. Where in Scripture does it say that Satan went from being a serpent to being a dragon because we fed him?
- 23:24
- No biblical text says that. In Revelation 20, it uses dragon and serpent interchangeably, sir.
- 23:34
- How Satan started out as a snake in Genesis, but ends up as a dragon in the book of Revelation.
- 23:42
- Are you ready? We fed him. And everyone's going, whoa, whoa, whoa, that's so profound.
- 23:49
- He's lying. He's just making stuff up. Of course, he claims to have direct conversational revelation from God.
- 23:58
- So, I mean, he's telling us the truth, right? Wrong. He's a false prophet.
- 24:04
- How does Satan start out as a snake in Genesis and ends up a dragon in Revelation?
- 24:10
- We fed him. Again, reiterating your lie doesn't make it true. No biblical text says this, not even one.
- 24:17
- Verse 4, his tail swept away the third of the stars of heaven and threw them to the earth.
- 24:23
- And the dragon stood before the woman who was about to give birth so that... Oh, look, birthing.
- 24:29
- Was she in a season of transition? When she gave birth, he might devour her child.
- 24:36
- And which child would that be? Is it your destiny? I said that Satan stirs up warfare around people who are about to give birth to God's plans and God's purposes in the earth.
- 24:54
- Oh, this is so, this is satanic. It's so, it's that level of deceitful.
- 25:00
- So, let's take a look at Revelation chapter 12. I would note, not an easy passage to understand.
- 25:07
- And I'm going to show you a resource that I have in my library that is super helpful. Okay, so here's what it says.
- 25:14
- We're going to start at verse 1 because he started at verse 3. And a great sign appeared in heaven.
- 25:21
- A woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of 12 stars.
- 25:29
- Now, I hear all you Roman Catholics going, see, that's the Virgin Mary. Not even close.
- 25:35
- Okay, we continue. She was pregnant and was crying out in birth pains and the agony of giving birth.
- 25:43
- Okay, so that's the opening bit. So, the question is, who's this woman?
- 25:49
- Clothed with the sun and the moon under her feet and on her head a crown of 12 stars. Well, I happen to have a resource that I think is super duper helpful.
- 25:58
- And that requires me to open up Logos. Here we go. We'll go Logos. Oh, no, actually, hang on a second here.
- 26:07
- I forgot that I put this into this version. Here we go.
- 26:13
- This version. I think this will be fine. Okay, so here we go. A woman clothed with the sun.
- 26:19
- So, if I were to go to Hippolytus, okay? Hippolytus is one of the church fathers. And we're talking 3rd century, early 3rd century, early 200s, okay?
- 26:29
- Says, by the woman clothed with the sun, he meant most manifestly the church.
- 26:36
- So, the church has understood that the woman being described here is the church.
- 26:42
- Okay, now, we're going to use church in a broad sense because we're talking about Old Testament believers.
- 26:49
- Now, Old Testament believers were never referred to as the church. But here, this is what's being referenced.
- 26:55
- Now, I would note that the church fathers are right on this, okay? By the woman clothed with the sun, he meant most manifestly the church, endued with the
- 27:04
- Father's word, whose brightness is above the sun, and by the moon under her feet, referred to the church being adorned like the moon with the heavenly glory, and the words upon her head, a crown of 12 stars, referring to the 12 apostles by whom the church was founded.
- 27:19
- Okay? So, this is from the Ancient Christian Commentary series,
- 27:25
- Ancient Christian Commentary on the Scriptures series, that is a wonderful, wonderful commentary that if you want to look how historically
- 27:34
- Christians have understood biblical text, this is a great way to actually get a hold of that.
- 27:41
- So, the ancient church thought that the woman clothed with the sun signifies what? The church.
- 27:48
- So, let me show you then kind of how this works out and why it's not the Virgin Mary. So, when we were, if we were to go to, let's see here,
- 27:58
- I, let's see, what did I do with that? Here we go. Genesis chapter 37. We have references back to the sun, moon, and stars from the dreams of Joseph.
- 28:08
- It says this in Genesis 37, Jacob lived in the land of his father's sojournings in the land of Canaan, and Joseph, being 17 years old, was pastoring the flock with his brothers.
- 28:19
- He was a boy with the sons of Bilhah and Zilpah, his father's wives. Joseph bought a bad report to them, of them to their father.
- 28:27
- Israel loved Joseph more than any of the other sons because he was the son of his old age, and he made him a robe of many colors.
- 28:34
- But when his brothers saw that their father loved him more than all of his brothers, they hated him and could not speak peacefully to him.
- 28:41
- Now, Joseph had a dream, and when he told it to his brothers, they hated him even more.
- 28:47
- He said to them, hear this dream that I've dreamed. Okay, behold, we were binding sheaves in the field, and behold, my sheaf rose and stood upright, and behold, your sheaves gathered around it and bowed down to my sheaf.
- 29:00
- And his brothers said to him, are you indeed to reign over us, or are you indeed to rule over us?
- 29:06
- So, they hated him even more for his dreams and for his words. And then he dreamed another dream. These are prophetic dreams, by the way.
- 29:13
- And he told it to his brothers and said, behold, I have dreamed another dream. Behold, the sun and the moon and 11 stars were bowing down to me.
- 29:24
- Why 11? Because there's 12 sons of Israel.
- 29:30
- Joseph's one of them. Okay, so watch what's going on here. The what? The sun, the moon, and the stars were bowing down to me, but when he told it to his father and to his brothers, his father rebuked him and said to him, what is this dream that you've dreamed?
- 29:43
- Shall I and your mother and your brothers indeed come to bow ourselves to the ground before you? So, a good way to think about it is that when we look at the book of Revelation chapter 20, sorry,
- 29:57
- Revelation chapter 12, the church has always understood from ancient times that this woman being described here is the ancient church, okay?
- 30:08
- And so, who's the church giving birth to? Answer, Jesus, right?
- 30:14
- That's the focus of this, okay? So, again, a great sign appeared in heaven. A woman clothed with the sun, the moon under her feet and on her head a crown of 12 stars.
- 30:23
- She was pregnant and crying out in birth pains and in the agony of giving birth. And another sign appeared in heaven.
- 30:29
- Behold, a great red dragon with seven heads and ten horns on his head, seven diadems. His tail swept down a third of the stars of heaven and cast them to the earth.
- 30:38
- This tells us that when Satan rebelled against God in this coup d 'etat where he tried to depose
- 30:46
- God, he had a third of the angels on his side. And that third of the angels, they were cast to the earth.
- 30:55
- These become the demons. And so, the dragon stood before the woman who was about to give birth so that when she bore her child, he might devour it.
- 31:03
- She gave birth to a male child, one who is to rule all the nations with a rod of iron, but her child was caught up to God and to his throne and the woman fled into the wilderness where she has a place prepared by God in which she is to be nourished for 1260 days.
- 31:18
- So, you'll note here the woman going into the wilderness, again, it's an image of the church.
- 31:24
- The church of the New Testament now is in the wilderness and God is nourishing her for this period of time.
- 31:31
- There's a symbolic number here. So, that war arose in heaven. So, after Christ's death, burial, resurrection, and ascension,
- 31:39
- Satan is deposed. He's kicked out of heaven. He no longer has any ability to make accusations against the saints.
- 31:48
- So, now war arose in heaven, Michael and his angels fighting against the dragon. And the dragon and his angels fought back, but he was defeated and there was no longer any place for them in heaven.
- 31:57
- And the great dragon was thrown down, that ancient serpent who was called the devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world.
- 32:04
- He was thrown down to the earth and his angels were thrown down with him. And I heard a loud voice in heaven say, now the salvation and power and the kingdom of our
- 32:13
- God and the authority of his Christ have come for the accuser of our brothers has been thrown down who accuses them day and night before our
- 32:20
- God. And they have conquered him by the blood of the lamb and by the word of their testimony, for they love not their lives, even unto death.
- 32:29
- Therefore rejoice, O heavens, and you who dwell in them. But woe to you, O earth and sea, for the devil has come down to you in great wrath because he knows that his time is short.
- 32:41
- And when the dragon saw that he'd been thrown down to the earth, he pursued the woman, again, the church who had given birth to the male child.
- 32:49
- But the woman was given the two wings of the great eagle so that she might fly from the serpent into the wilderness to the place where she is to be nourished for a time, time and half a time.
- 32:58
- The serpent poured water like a river out of his mouth after the woman to sweep her away with a flood.
- 33:04
- But the earth came to the help of the woman and the earth opened its mouth and swallowed the river that the dragon had poured from his mouth.
- 33:11
- And then the dragon became furious with the woman and went off to make war with the rest of her offspring.
- 33:17
- War against the church, war against Christians, on those who keep the commandments of God and hold to the testimony of Jesus.
- 33:27
- And he stood on the sand of the sea. Now in 13, he conjures up two beasts, which then become the agents of his warfare against the church.
- 33:37
- But you're going to note here, this later portion of it makes it very clear that the dragon is making war against Christians, those who keep the commandments of God and hold to the testimony of Jesus.
- 33:50
- So this is not about anybody in a birthing transition season, and the fact that Jeremiah Johnson just used two verses, two or three verses from Revelation 12, ignored the context and didn't read it out and is now twisting it to make it sound like, oh, if you're in a birthing transition period,
- 34:12
- Satan's going to come after you. Absolute nonsense. If he were hearing from God directly,
- 34:19
- God would be rebuking him and telling him to repent of the way he's twisting up the word.
- 34:25
- Let me back this up. Listen again. I said that Satan stirs up warfare around people who are about to give birth to God's plans and God's purposes in the earth.
- 34:42
- Liar. That is not what Revelation 12 is about at all. Satan is making war against those who keep the commandments of God and hold to the testimony of Jesus, sir.
- 34:54
- The rest of the chapter makes that very clear. Satan comes and tempts Jesus in the wilderness, and the scriptures say that he left him for a more opportune time.
- 35:11
- He had to retreat back and think about, I need to attack him in a vulnerable season.
- 35:18
- See, what the Israelites could not accomplish in 40 years in the wilderness,
- 35:24
- Jesus accomplished in 40 days in the wilderness. Oh, good grief.
- 35:31
- This shows he doesn't even understand what that's about. That's probably before another episode. Now, you can already see what's going on here.
- 35:39
- This guy can't handle biblical texts correctly. These people think that they're hearing the word of God, when in fact, they're not.
- 35:45
- And the only reason why they're deceived into believing that this guy is telling them a word from God is because they are not, not skilled in understanding
- 35:56
- God's word at all. They are biblically illiterate, and they're thinking, oh, these are profound things from God.
- 36:02
- None of this is from God. This man is exactly the same, the kind of man that Christ warned us about, and who the apostles warned us about.
- 36:12
- False Christ, false prophets, teaching for shameful gain, things that they ought not to teach.
- 36:18
- And he is twisting up God's word. Do not be listening to him. Mark and avoid him. Now, real quick,
- 36:24
- I want to talk about something that he's recently participated in, which I think further complicates things.
- 36:30
- If you're not familiar, there's a scandal brewing over at Daystar, and it has to do with,
- 36:36
- I'm just going to say, CSA. If you know what I'm talking about, you know what I'm talking about. And a cover -up regarding it, or a not -handled -correctly kind of thing regarding it, those are the allegations.
- 36:48
- And Joni Lamb, who runs Daystar, is painting herself out to be a victim.
- 36:55
- And she had Jeremiah Johnson on, and he is basically the best way
- 37:01
- I can describe what it is I see in this particular episode from Daystar television. The secret to hearing and trusting
- 37:07
- God's voice, Jeremiah Johnson unveils prophetic strategies. Joni Lamb used his appearance there to engage in a prophetic smokescreen.
- 37:19
- Let me, I'll just give a taste of this. You kind of get the idea. About the forgiveness that needed to take place in your heart,
- 37:27
- I mean, concerning all of that that's happening, because I know that for me is something, you know, every day that you walk out, because you think, you know, one more thing happening, one more person stabbing you in the back, or someone betraying you, or someone lying about you.
- 37:42
- So she's, notice, by talking about what she's talking about, my opinion is she's trying to make herself appear to her audience that she's a victim, and that everything that's being said regarding her son, and her daughter -in -law, and her grandchild is a lie.
- 38:06
- And you know that you can't carry that. You have to forgive. Tell us how you did that. Yeah, well, everybody needs to forgive, but specifically, if you are called to be a prophet, we're all going to the wilderness.
- 38:17
- But the thing is, not everybody comes out of the wilderness. And what I mean by that is the cancer or the poison to the prophets is bitterness.
- 38:28
- So yeah, he's somehow become a participant in the
- 38:35
- Daystar channel scandal, and I'm telling you, this guy is as phony as a three dollar bill.
- 38:46
- Mark and avoid him. He is not a prophet of God. He can't handle a biblical text correctly, and the words that he's speaking are not from God.
- 38:54
- They are words that he's made up. He is teaching mythology, and twisting up God's word, and deceiving people, and unfortunately, he's become a prophetic accomplice in the scandal that's still ongoing over there at Daystar.
