You see, when I started this YouTube channel from my bedroom while I was living with my parents and going to college, I had no idea that the

Lord would bless it in the coming years with hundreds of thousands of subscribers. I also had no idea that the platform

I post my videos on, i .e. YouTube, would later decide to suppress my channel, and make it more difficult to get views and additional subscribers.

Still, Fight For Truth has a solid base of dedicated followers and donors. People like you, who are watching this video, and I could not be more thankful for each and every one of you.

Yet with that said, this channel has been growing too big for me to manage by myself for quite some time now.

And then two weeks ago, praise God, my wife and I welcomed our first child, a baby boy, into the world.

This has shown me even more that we really need another set of hands here at Fight For Truth. And that is why

I'm not just looking for an employee, someone to just punch the clock. Rather, I'm looking for a partner, someone who wants to build this

YouTube channel alongside me as a team, if possible. Specifically, someone who can research, write, and edit videos, or who is willing to diligently learn to do those things as they go.

No experience is required whatsoever. After all, I had no experience in creating videos myself when

I first started the channel either. So no, you don't have to have two PhDs and multiple years of editing experience.

You just have to be willing to work hard. First, you need to be interested in theology, apologetics, politics, etc.

You'll also need to be united with me and with the historical views of this channel theologically. So at a minimum, you'll need to be

Christian and Reformed. That is, either Reformed Baptist or Presbyterian. You will also need to be reasonably optimistic in your

Christian worldview. But you don't have to be post -millennial in your end times views like me, although that would definitely help.

You can have whatever view of end times you want as long as you're willing to fight evil and build something good over time for the glory of God.

And to use a little more nerdy theological language for you, I'm also a general equity theonomist and presuppositional in my apologetics.

So having interest in those things is also a plus, but it's by no means required. And if you don't know what those words mean,

I'll link some videos in the description for you. Again, the headline here is that you need to be a Reformed Christian so that we can be as united as possible in our worldview.

And as far as your character goes, you need to be a self -starter. Someone who watches Christian YouTube or who listens to Christian podcasts and thinks to themselves,

I wish I could contribute to something like that. In fact, I think I could. You need to be passionate about being a creator, not just a consumer of content.

You'll also need to have a certain boldness. In other words, you don't hide the parts of your worldview that the world finds offensive.

You need to have no problem at all being against feminism, the pro -choice movement, the LGBT movement, leftist politics, and squishy, limp -wristed pop churches that are unwilling to stand for the truth.

And ultimately, there is far more that can be created in addition to this channel. That's what's so exciting about it.

There are so many opportunities out there to create media that will build Christian culture and fight against the culture of darkness that we see around us.

With the right partner, we could start other YouTube channels, exploring more interesting topics. We could start a

Fight for Truth podcast or record Christian audiobooks. Like I said, the sky's really the limit. There's tons of opportunity here.
