Welcome to The Rapid Bull, Daily Edition, where we provide a quick Biblical interpretations and applications.
00:12
This is a ministry of striving for eternity. Okay, so you've gotten excited, you're ready to go out and do some evangelism, you've overcome that fear, you have your game plan, you know that if you get stuck in any way, you can always get back to the gospel by having a line like, so how does that help you in judgment day if they say something crazy, if they say something you don't know, you can just say
00:37
I don't know, but there's still the fear. We have the fear of being rejected, we have the fear that someone that we'll probably never see again is going to reject us, we have the fear that maybe we're going to get hurt.
00:52
It doesn't happen. I do evangelism in New York City, I've never been attacked.
00:58
Most of the time when you see people that are attacked for sharing the gospel, they probably deserved it because they acted like jerks.
01:05
But if you remember that you're an ambassador for Jesus Christ when you go out, just hand out a gospel tract.
01:12
Have a smile on your face. All you have to do is take a bunch of gospel tracts, walk up to people, say, did you get one of these?
01:19
If they say no, say, have a nice day. If they say yes, say, have a nice day, and the conversation's over.
01:26
There's not a whole lot we have to worry about having that anxiety, but we still do.
01:32
But here's the thing to remember, once you start handing out gospel tracts or having those conversations, yes, the first one is hard, it's always the first conversation that is the most difficult or the first tract you hand out that's most difficult, but it gets easier every one that you do afterwards.
