Last week, we looked at one of the most disappointing chapters in the Bible—2 Sam 11. Here, godly David uses the authority God gave him to advance his own sinful agenda. David’s authority is seen in sending people to do whatever he wants. In chapter 12, which we take up today, it is now God who does the sending.
