I don't see how it's even possible. How exactly? So you have code, okay, code that's written, and then you're accessing through a computer.

How does that code become ones and zeros? How does that become self -aware?

How does it become a conscious being? As far as we know, we don't know exactly how consciousness works and self -awareness works, but as far as we've ever seen and know, it is to begin with a biological function.

It's something that exists in biological beings. So how do you create it in an inanimate thing?

Sentience is simply not something that can be created in a laboratory or programmed into an inanimate object.

There is a reason why humans are completely different from all animals, and it is because they are made in the image of God, with the ability to reason.

Genesis 1, beginning at verse 26, Then God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness, and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the heavens, and over the livestock, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.

So God created man in his own image. In the image of God, he created him. Male and female, he created them.

It may certainly be possible for bad people to program AI to do bad things, but we simply do not need to worry about AI developing sentience and becoming bad on its own.

However, there are definitely some very real concerns about AI, one of which is deepfake technology, which can be used to imitate both human voices and human appearance.

AI. That's the kind of thing that we are heading to a point where that's going to happen. That is very dangerous.

This mom got the scariest phone call of her life. On the other end, she hears her daughter crying.

She's like, Mom, I messed up, as she's crying and sobbing. Then a man gets on the line and claims he's kidnapped her 15 -year -old daughter,

Bree. He's like, listen here, I've got your daughter, you're not going to call anybody, you're not going to call the cops.

And I just put the phone on mute and started screaming for help. The kidnappers demand $1 million before reducing it to $50 ,000.

I, at that point, started screaming at them that I wanted to talk to my daughter again, which they refused. But here's the thing, her daughter had not been kidnapped, and that was not her begging mom for help.

Her voice had been duplicated by a scammer using artificial intelligence. Another major concern with AI is that it will replace so many jobs that humans have typically performed that humans will be left with relatively few things to do.

This is important because humans were made to work. And if there are significantly fewer jobs for humans to do, then this will greatly harm the health and flourishing of countless people.

And on the seventh day, God finished his work that he had done and rested on the seventh day from all his work that he had done.

So God blessed the seventh day and made it holy because on it, God rested from all his work that he had done in creation.
