Oh Lord Jesus, we're just so thankful for you and your glorious creation and how you just hold all things together,

Lord. We thank you for our special guest today. We pray that he will just make us laugh as we're sure he will and that you would give him the words to say as he is gifting and as he ministers to us through the power of your word,

Lord. We love you. Thank you for this time. In Jesus name, amen. Didn't wanna put you on the spot then.

But anyways, I'm Stacey Gaona with Throughout All Ages Ministry. I am the

CEO and what we do is go into the public high schools, elementaries and middle schools and give the kids, help the kids look at their worldview and weigh it out with truth.

We know that the statistics are 65 to 85 % of kids who grow up in a

Christian home walking away from their faith and it's because they don't know why they believe in what they believe in.

And so I am thrilled to announce my guest. He is a good friend and it was funny how we ran into each other down in Huntington Beach witnessing and it was with great comfort.

And so Ben Price is known as Australia's best impersonator.

Comedian Ben Price also has an audience rolling over in the aisles with his impersonations with personalities of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Donald Trump, Leon Nelson, Homer Simpson, Homer Simpson, sorry about that.

And Dr. Phil and many more. Ben Price was in the movie of Audacity by Ray Comfort.

He loves to witness all the time and he has done several efforts at the

Arc Encounter and Creation Museum. He has such a long file.

I am not gonna get into it because I'm super excited to announce our guest, Ben Price.

Welcome Ben Price. Thank you so much for joining us tonight. Oh, Stacey, thank you so much.

What a great introduction that was. I'd say out of all the introductions I've ever had that was one of them.

Now that's special and it's, I'm so excited to be part of this and thank you everyone for having me here.

Yeah, that's right. We did meet at Huntington Beach and Ray was down there street preaching and I think it was during the middle of Audacity being made and it was the

Saturday was down there. Yeah, so I met Ray Comfort and Ray Comfort's a Kiwi.

So he sounds a little bit different to the Aussies. You know, he's a bit different with his accent. We sound more like these

Australians but Kiwis have this, you know, Ray Comfort voice and hey, let me ask, are you a good person?

So, and Ray Comfort's three foot six and I'm six foot three. So we're like twins. But hey, thank you.

It's awesome. And what a time to actually join you all in the world right now.

I've never known, none of us have ever known like this craziness that's going on. It's like someone said to me,

Ben, can you see how divided the world is right now? I'm like, oh, don't ask me a maths question.

I'm not good with maths. But, and then I figured that out last year because we had, where I live in Melbourne, we had, this is true, nothing to brag about but we had the world's longest lockdown.

We had not all in a row, but it was consecutive days. It was added up to over 250 days of harsh lockdown.

Yeah, it was tough. So we had to homeschool our kids. Probably some of you, that's nothing new, but for us, it was like,

I discovered my daughter last year in grade four. Grade four maths is way harder than the first two times

I did it, seriously. But, and they did really well, my kids. I got three kids, they did so well.

They got A plus on everything. I'm bragging a little bit here. Now they're back at school.

I have no idea who's giving them the right answers but they did well. It was a challenge.

My youngest daughter, it was pretty funny actually because you got to think of what do we do when you're in lockdown?

We're playing indoor tennis and normally no balls inside but we're like, yeah, it's 2021, let's play tennis.

And so we're doing that. And at the end of it, I'm like, oh, and I said, I actually said to her,

I thought I'd be way hotter than this. And she looked at me and goes, yeah, I don't know what mom saw.

And I went, oh, I've never been more offended and yet so proud of her at the same time.

That was funny. She's a little comedian in the making. So it's fun doing stuff. We couldn't travel.

This is actually true. This is how harsh, you guys have in California, you have Gavin, we have this, we have another similar guy,

Dan, who we couldn't travel more than five kilometres, which is about 2 .2 miles. That's our whole world.

You're not allowed out of there or you get fined. True. So last year we couldn't travel more than five kilometres.

This year, petrol prices or gas prices, we can't afford to travel more than five kilometres.

You guys have gas in your car. We put petrol in our car. Our English friend,

Rachel, you know that, I guess, we put petrol in. It's the same thing.

It's exactly the same thing. I got confused because you go, I'll put gas in, I'm going to put gas in the car, put gas in the car, fill the tank that'll last two days these days.

But I didn't know. I thought we have cars that run on gas and it's a gas.

When you talk gas, it's a liquid. I was like, oh. So every time they say gas, it's a liquid.

It got me confused because I thought, what if they say I got gas? Might be a liquid.

I need a social distance. But yeah, it's interesting times we're in. And I, before I, I'm going to talk a little bit about some evangelism and a couple of stories, but, and you can ask me some questions, but I thought

I'd bring some celebrities and I've already brought Ray Comfort and, oh, and I should do,

I should probably do Easy as well. Cause if you know Ray Comfort, you probably know Easy. And so, hey, it's so great to be here.

And it was so good to be a part of when they made Audacity and when they got me for a few other things that they did with Way of the

Master. And so, but I wanted to bring the president to talk to you guys.

And people like say, well, maybe, you know, you'd go to the Oval Office and we could get, can you do a

Joe Biden voice? And I said, I don't even know if he can do a Joe Biden voice.

I don't know if he can do it. Every time Biden talks, I feel like he's playing charades.

It's like, oh, you know, the, you know, the truth and justice and, you know, the, you know, the thing, man.

Come on, man. Two words, you know, he couldn't remember our prime minister's name.

He said that, that, that fellow, you know, that fellow down under, but I have the former president, still the president, maybe,

I don't know. He's all the way in Mar -a -Lago and I still have my office here down in Mar -a -Lago.

It's fantastic to see everybody here, tremendous. What a great night this is. A gathering here on Zoom.

It's an honor. It's an honor. It's a real honor for you to have me here. It really is, believe me. And we're doing so well.

The first lady and I, we're going to be back. It's going to be huge. We're going to make America great again, again.

And we're going to build walls, not along the Mexican border, but along, around liberals and Democrats.

Nancy Pelosi, we're going to build walls around these people. It's been very tough, very tough. Couple of years with the

China virus and it's been very tough. You know, we had the virus in Melania.

My first lady did very well. Tremendous, she did so well. She finished three books during quarantine, which

I thought was a lot of color in you. Believe me, it really was. And it's great that you're having a

Bible study. I love the Bible. Nehemiah was probably my favorite book because he built a huge wall around Jerusalem.

And I also like two Corinthians and David. David was great because he was falsely accused quite a lot, quite a lot.

And a lot of people left Saul's camp and they joined Camp David. Camp David, terrific place, great place.

And I miss not being able to do, President's got to come back for that reason alone, just to have me imitate him.

And because Rachel, English background, and I thought, I don't know how many people know

Boris Johnson. You certainly know his hairstyle. That's got a, you know, personality of its own,

I should say, but I've got Boris Johnson here as well. So right, Boris Johnson, hope you're well, hope you're fighting fit as the butcher's dog.

I had the corona and my doctor, he said, you're looking pasty and your hair's all over the place.

You're thinking of words to say. I said, brilliant, I'm back to normal. Thank you, bye.

Yes. You know, during the last two years, we've been told that we should stay fit and healthy and exercise.

And so I wanted to get an expert to sort of help us in that direction. And this guy's from California.

And so I went to the top and I asked Arnold Schwarzenegger, and I told you that I'll be back.

And I'm here to say, come with me if you want to live because I'm the vaccinator. No, just kidding. Listen, I've been to the future.

I've seen the war on the machines. It's nothing compared to the war on toilet paper and gas prices.

I mean, it's crazy, but don't complain that you can't get back to the gyms and everybody's being like girly men.

Here's what you're gonna do. You're gonna train hard. You're gonna put your kids on your shoulders and squat.

If I can do it in my seventies, then so can you. Although I'm so old now, instead of I'll be back, it's, ah, me back.

It could be. It could be that we end up watching perhaps too much

TV. And I don't think that's a good idea, but you could. And you could just sit on the couch for isolation for two years and you can end up like Homer Simpson.

It's Homer. When I first heard there was a lockdown, I went, oh, somebody give me the number for 911.

But then I go, wait, I get to sit on my couch. Watch TV for two whole years doing nothing.

Woo -hoo! It's the happiest day of my life. Hehehe. I don't,

I'm not so sure that's where I want to end up. I mentioned I've got a few kids. They did get to watch a few more movies than usual.

You know, I like, this is one of their favorites. They like Shrek. It's one of my favorites, you know,

I used to love. How did they do in isolation? Oh, it was so hard doing isolation.

I got donkeys a pain in the backside, you know, staying out in the swamp in quarantine.

Oh, man, Shrek, what are you talking about, man? You know, man, before this, I was all alone. And then it was damn late. We used to have a man. He said, by the way, Shrek, are we there yet?

Did we flatten the curve yet? We flattened, I think we did, yeah. Hehehe. Think Zoom worked, yeah, beautiful.

I, my little girl loves me doing that one. And, you know, so when I tuck her in at night and I say, good night, sweetie.

Do the donkey, there it is, beautiful girl. Hehehe. Then I'll, she'll say, Mr. Bean, daddy,

Mr. Bean. And so I'll be like, oh, Mr. Bean, oh. And she gets all excited.

I throw in a couple others. Let's say I throw this one. Gru, yes, go to sleep.

Go to sleep, bye -bye. And daddy loves you. And she just gets so excited.

She's 17. She, all right, she's a little bit younger than that. But it's so much fun.

Hey, if you do have other voice suggestions, that is something, feel free to put it in and I'll see if I can do them.

But I also want to share with you a little bit of my testimony, a little bit of encouragement for evangelism as well.

I, I'll let you think about some voices. You can put them in the chat and I might actually see them, but Kamala Harris.

The laugh, just have to laugh, don't I? Yeah, it's hard to do. I always say it's hard to do when you learn an impression.

You can't be serious. Sorry? Kamala Harris. Yeah, I saw that one. I think,

I think I was gonna say that the hardest part about learning a voice is you have to watch that person for hours and hours and hours before you get it.

And I don't know if I'm prepared to do that. Oh, good, you can't do it. I'm okay with that.

No, I can't do it, Kamala. I can't do it, Kamala Harris, but I can do it. No, that's all right. But if you have suggestions, keep them coming.

But, but what I, what I love is I love to see some really good

Christian films with some Hollywood stars. And I think they did actually a few years ago when they made, there's been a couple, some are hit and miss.

I did that one with Jim Caviezel. You know, he was from Passion of Christ and then he did Paul, the

Apostle of Christ. And he played Luke. And every time Jim Caviezel talks, it's either in Aramaic or, you know, every time he talks on an interview, he sounds like he's about to burst into tears.

I don't know if you've picked that up. He's always sounding so sad. He could win an Oscar. He goes, this is the happiest day of my life.

I'm, you know, I'm overjoyed. They got a few auditions.

I don't know who played Paul in that movie, but they had a couple of auditions that were going to get Sylvester Stallone, you know, as going to play

Paul, you know, Paul and, you know, he's like, I don't box, it's more beating the air.

They could have had Sean Connery. The late, great Sean Connery.

Gosh, Shaul of Tarshish, I wish no one else. And I was shilling in the ship.

I got shipwrecked, shilling on the ship to roll. You can never say the letter S. A book hit my head.

I can only blame myself. Thank you. Yeah, he was great. Do miss the late, great

Sir Sean. Robert De Niro considered playing Paul.

Can you imagine? All right, my name's, my name's Paul, used to be

Shaul. I was walking down the road to Damascus one day. Suddenly a bright light came towards me.

I heard a voice. I said, are you talking to me? I couldn't see for three days, you know.

That's why my face looks like this. All right, all right, thank you very much. I do enjoy looking at,

I love looking at the scriptures and it's definitely my go -to, it's not just my go -to book, it's my whole life is in the scriptures, but sometimes

I love to give it a funny spin like that just for some fun.

But I absolutely love to share the scriptures and I love to share like my whole testimony.

I'm not sure for the sake of time, how much time we've got. It's middle of the day for me, so I'm around, but I know we're all on different time zones.

I'm in the future. It's amazing in Australia, but hey, I'll share with you because we go, oh, someone's asked, how about Jerry Seinfeld?

That's, Jerry Seinfeld could be good. I think you could have, see, look,

I could get some Jerry Seinfeld in the background. That would be a great idea.

I think it would be great to actually, you know, what's interesting is they have the

James Earl Jones, oh, okay.

So we've got a long time, right? Is that right? Someone's asked for Gilbert Godfrey.

Well, I - Did I figure that out right? If it was 12 .45 when we started, 1 .40

makes it 55 minutes, right? Yeah, no problem. That's really cool. Oh, did you hear that?

There was a bit of a crash bang in my house. I hope everything's okay. Was that a prop?

I think so. We did have an earthquake last year. That wasn't that though,

I hope not. But no, a couple of bricks fell, but we're rebuilding.

But no, actually, true story. But I went into a Christian, we still have Christian bookstores in Australia.

I don't know if we're the last ones to have them, but there is, this is true. You can get the whole

Bible recited by James Earl Jones, who's the voice of the Lion King and Darth Vader.

Can you imagine? In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. Quite enough, it sounds like that.

And, but you would never have the Jerry Seinfeld Bible. In the beginning, God created the heavens and it was good.

Or Gilbert Godfrey. I've never tried to do a Gilbert Godfrey, but you wouldn't get one verse in.

You'd be like, I'm not having that. Or the Hugh Grant Bible. Yes, and suddenly they listened to the state.

A bit of a whoops -a -daisy. Don't want to go there. You know, it's quite interesting. But I'd love to share a little bit of my testimony.

I grew up as, some would say I didn't grow up, but as a Christian growing up in a

Christian home, when I was about seven, any seven -year -olds here, I don't think so, but I was,

I loved the Lord. I knew right from wrong. I knew there was heaven. I knew there was hell.

And when I understood that there were people that didn't believe that would end up in hell,

I said, why don't we tell them? That would be a good idea.

And I didn't even know what the Great Commission, I mean, I may have heard it, but it wasn't something that was forefront of my mind.

And so I went out in that passionate haste to go to the local park and I open -air preached.

I just, I remember vividly in my mind, I brought my friend on, said, you're coming with me and we're going to share the gospel.

And I said, hey guys, do you believe in Jesus? And their answer was, nah. And I said, you need to, or you're going to hell.

And it was blunt as a little kid could be. And I even remember my apologetics.

When you defend your faith, because I said, well, what do you think happens when you die? They go, we just get buried in the ground.

And I said, nah. And they're like, nah. And we're like, nah, nah. And it was this, nah, nah, nah. Kind of,

I've since learned a lot more. I was on a seven, but what I'm saying is

I was, Paul says in Romans, it's one verse eight, right?

Where, for I'm not ashamed of the gospel, it's the power of God under salvation. And I was unashamed.

I didn't care. In Matthew 5, 15, Jesus says in the

Sermon on the Mount, neither do you cover your light under a bowl or other gospels or versions will say a bushel or a,

I don't know what a bushel, I think it's a carrying basket like, or a basket. And rather you put it on a lampstand, let the whole household see.

Well, I was, I was letting everybody see. And I didn't care. I was unashamed. And I would tell everybody

I knew about Jesus. And it was great. I didn't care about what they thought of me.

And I had people, you know, swear at me, these kids at the park. And I had, I told my best friend,

Simon, you've got to believe in Jesus, man. And didn't want to believe. He just was absolutely like, nah.

It was like, it was like that, nah, nah. Yeah, you have to, yeah, nah. And he was, Simon, I said, mate, you got to, oh,

I think I froze up for a sec there. I think I froze up just for a moment there. So I said to my friend,

Simon, I said, you have to believe. I said, we could die in this storm. You'd go to hell.

And he's like, oh, oh, he's freaked out. I don't believe. And we,

I didn't really know how to lead someone to Christ at that age, so seven or eight. Oh, cool, yeah, no problem.

And so he came to Christ and at that particular time,

I thought I was doing a dramatic pause. It was a bit like that, that worked in my favor. But he's still a believer to this day and still a great man, so it's amazing.

But how God did use that at that particular time. And so I was unashamed when I was a kid. When I was a teenager, same thing.

I liked girls and, you know, plural, not in plural, I'm happily married.

But I remember I had one girl when I was 15, I really interested in her, but she said, all you ever talk about is the

Lord. And so it's gonna come out. What's in the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks.

And I'm just gonna say it, I have to say it. I can't help but speak what I've seen and heard, what I know, and, you know, that was it.

So, but, you know, the older you get, the more you can get a little bit comfortable and relaxed in, you know, your faith, where I was getting success with comedy and I was doing really well and I was making good money.

And I was still at church, still a Christian, but I became, I hate saying it, but I'd become lukewarm, where, you know,

I was not hot nor cold. What does Revelation 3 say? You know, I'd rather spit you out of my mouth, vomit you out of my mouth, it makes the

Lord sick. And that's where I was. I was, you know, chasing what I wanted to do, still asking and praying,

God, can you bless what I'm doing over here? And, you know, help me,

God, with what I'm doing rather than saying, God, what do you want me to do? I'll do whatever you ask me to do. And so, yeah,

I had my alignment a little off and, you know, you only need your, like think of a train on a train track.

If it's a little off track, no one will notice, but hey, that's heading for disaster and it was just not good.

And I knew that I had to get back. I knew, God, I'm not where I'm supposed to be.

I knew that I want to be unashamed again. And yet I cared about what people would think. And they'd ask, what did you do on the weekend?

And I'd tell them, I saw a movie, I went out for dinner. And yeah, that's all true.

But I was too embarrassed to sort of say, yeah, I went to church because I knew that was a perfect springboard for the gospel, you know, do you ever go to church?

And then that's a good segue, but I was just, I didn't do it. And it frustrated me and went, oh, and I think we've all probably done that, but I was doing it constantly.

Oh, why can't I have the courage to do it? You know, I'm not ashamed to say here's my kids and show them photos, but why is it that I, you know, because it comes with a cost and it annoyed me and go back to 2009.

Remember back then when the whole KFC or the whole GFC, that was going on.

And I was going through that at that time. And so I remember what happened was

I'd started, I have a friend called Daniel, who's a good Christian brother of mine.

And he said to me, okay, so we wanted to start to learn scripture.

This was a good thing. I was like, I need to start getting back into the scriptures. I need to start doing this. And he said, we're gonna learn a

Psalm every month. And then we're gonna catch up the coffee and recite it to each other. And I was like, I like that.

That's a good challenge. So we did that. We started with Psalm one. We learned the whole Psalm and then we catch up.

And I memorized the whole thing. This is good. But even though I'm learning that head knowledge, it was like, it hadn't sunk into my heart fully and to the point where I was like,

I'm unashamed, God. And I'm learning that and that was great. And then

I kept learning. I remember telling this lady who was Chinese and she still is, right? I'm pretty sure.

And so I said, Psalm one had helped me. And she's like, oh yeah,

Psalm one helped me too. Oh, not Psalm one, Psalm one. Yeah, oh Psalm one, oh

Psalm one and Psalm two as well. And so I learned that word for word and that was great.

And then we learned about eight Psalms over the course of a few months. And yeah, it was like, oh, this is good.

But even though I'm still sort of, oh, I'm ashamed. I can't get to that point where I'm unashamed of the gospel and who cares what

I lose, whether I lose friends or popularity or whatever. Because in the entertainment world, it's all about being popular and having friends and fame and money.

And it's like, if I go that way, it's a risk. I'm gonna lose. Well, I could.

And anyway, I got to late 2009. And I remember going through,

I woke in the middle of the night one night where I was, I had a headache. It was at the back of my head where I felt like,

I honestly felt that I was gonna pass out in my sleep, blackout and I don't know, I had this irrational thought, maybe

I'll die, I don't know. So I got up and I just, I remember drinking some water and thinking maybe

I'm dehydrated. And I got hardly any sleep. And I thought that was awful. I don't know what happened there.

The next night I thought I'll go to sleep and sleep it off. And the same thing happened, I woke up, real tense headache right at the back of there.

I didn't know what was going on. I was feeling this tightness across my chest, down my arms and a little worried and concerned.

I don't know what's going on. I said to my wife and she said, maybe go to the doctors. I'm gonna go now. And I went to the hospital and middle of the night, check it out and they said, just sit, did a blood test on me, sit on the bed for, and they said, you're stressed.

I was a bit stressed about the money. You gotta pay for this. And, but anyway, that was okay.

They said, just rest on there for an hour. And I'm like thinking, oh, I don't know if I can rest. And I thought, oh,

I've just learned eight Psalms. And I didn't have my Bible with me. And I, I'll just quote them in my head.

And I'm thinking, I don't know. Cause I'm, I'm, I need an answer. I'm stressed.

I need, I need a relief, God. This is what I'm genuinely feeling. And I thought, oh,

I'll go through Psalm one to eight and I'll maybe just randomly start in the middle. I don't know if it's gonna help me.

That's what I'm thinking. And then I go, all right, Psalm four, it says, answer me when

I call to you, my righteous God, give me relief from my distress. Be merciful to me, hear my cry for help. And I went, oh, wow.

I just sat there going, God, you're, you're hearing my prayer right now.

This is incredible. I know that was written maybe 3000 years ago. And here I am saying this, you know, back then.

And I couldn't believe it. And the end of that Psalm says, and I will lay down and sleep in peace for you alone.

I will make me dwell in safety. Cause I couldn't sleep. And I just knew, all right, God, you're with me. And I went through severe anxiety for two or three months even.

And I, it was awful. It was terrible. It was one of the worst moments of, it was like a nightmare that just didn't end.

But I said, Lord, what are you showing me in all of this? And I remember there was one day where I just was,

I actually, I was a sucker for punishment cause I got laser eye surgery. It was booked in, you know, cause I couldn't see people.

I'd be constantly, sorry, who are you? And it's like, oh, it's mom. I didn't know, but yeah, it was like that.

So I actually thought that anxiety was so bad that I thought to myself, I'm looking forward to the pain of the, well, it'll distract me.

Do you know what I mean? And then when I felt the pain of the eyes, I was like, oh no, it's worse.

I immediately regret that. No, this is awful. Cause the doctor, it wasn't so bad, the procedure.

He goes, take these morphine drops, right? That's how bad it was. But he said like, when you get home, you'll feel a 10 out of 10 pain.

And I went, oh, and it was, it was like glass in my eyes. And then for a couple of days,

I couldn't see it. I'm just lying on the bed and going, oh, I'm crying. And I'm going, God, help me.

And I've got anxiety. I said, what do you want me to do, God? And I really sensed that, well, it was such a conviction that I needed to get right with God.

I mean, obviously, right? My realignment needed an alignment.

I needed to be Christ -centered. I repented and said, Lord, you know, I know that I've been asking you to bless what

I do and my plans. And I said, God, it all belongs to you. You've given me all this, God. It belongs to you.

If you want to take it, it's yours, God. If you want to take it in another direction, whatever you want to do,

God, it's yours. I'm putting you back on the throne of my life. And I said, God, everything comes to you.

And I said, I repent of all these things. You know, and so, yeah, it was an amazing time where I just, and very shortly after, like within a week or so, the anxiety had lifted and I knew, oh wow,

God, you're so good. You're giving me grace and, you know, cause

I came to that humble position. God gives grace to the humble. And I knew, when you repent, you know,

I heard Vance Havner, an old preacher. You ever heard of Vance Havner? So if you're having a bad day, having a hard time, go to Vance Havner.

And he shared that, you know, there's all these evangelism programs and they're wonderful, they're great. Most of the time, if they're biblical, but he's saying, you know, get them to repent first.

Cause he said, once they repent, they know what they've got to do. We know the great commission. And that's the same with me.

When I came to that first love, as it says in Revelation 3, God, I just want to get back to the gospel.

And then I found, I couldn't stop sharing. I watched so many, so many

Ray Comfort videos and I was like, God, I want to share. And to this day, like here we are in 2022, in the future.

Wow. And I have a page, you can follow it. It's called Bought with a Price with Ben Price.

And we go out sharing the gospel. I want to share a little story with you guys.

There's so many stories, it's hard to know, but this encouraged me a lot because there was a guy who was about 17, a few years ago.

We're standing between two buildings. So I said, there's building A and there's building

B and in between we've got 25 meters. So I'm on metric, right?

So that's probably half the length of an Olympic swimming pool, if you can picture that. Was it about 12 feet?

I could be way up. No, it's longer than that. How many yards? I've no idea. And anyway, it's a long distance.

And the best Olympic long jumper world record is only 8 .95

meters. So it's not even halfway across. Now I said to this guy, hypothetically, of course,

I said, if you jump, you have to jump from building A to building B. I said, what score do you want to get?

He said, oh, what do you mean? I said, percentage wise. What do you want to get? He said, oh, 100%. Yeah.

I said, what happens if you get 90 %? He said, I'll die. Now I said, exactly.

I said, so what do you do? He said, oh, I won't jump. And I said, but you have to jump. Okay, I'll try my best.

I said, but your best, you're not going to get across. And he's like, well, what do I do here?

Because he's not going to make it not even close to 8 .95 meters. He'll probably get five meters if he's lucky.

And so he'll probably get 30%. I'm not good with maths. There's three types of people, those that can count and those that can't.

And so I don't know how he's going to do. And he's like, what do I do here?

You have to get across, you have to jump, and you don't want to die. So how do we do this?

And I said, okay, there's one way, only one way. In my story, there's only one way that you can get from building

A to building B. And I said, you jump across still, but you go inside a hot air balloon.

And I said, you rely on something that is far greater, far stronger than you. You've got the law of gravity at work, but this is the law of aerodynamics that will carry you perfectly across.

It's done it before and it'll keep doing it. It'll carry you across so you can jump. And you can say, yeah,

I jumped from building A to building B and I got across perfectly. And I explained to him, without that, you're going to fall short because the

Bible says, and I showed him the law that yes, all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.

And we're heading to destruction, to hell, because I said, the wages of your sin is death. And I said, but if you get inside, in our case, in Christ, because what he did on the cross for us, we can now forsake and put off this old life, repent and put on Christ.

So as Paul says, in Christ, it's like being in the hot air balloon, in something greater that will carry you through, you will get perfectly across.

And so when God sees you, he'll say, well done, good and faithful servant, because you've remained in Christ and you've abided in him.

And I could see, there was a lot more that we got to discuss as well. And I just love as an evangelist, when you get to see that look on someone's face,

I love to get a laugh from people, that's a great feeling and you thrive off that. But I tell you, nothing beats when you see that look,

I can't even really imitate it, but it's that look where they're like, yeah. And you know what

I'm talking about, if you've shared the gospel, you see something click in their mind and their heart changes, you see them being transformed.

And it's not me, it's just because of Christ in us. And what an honor, what a privilege it is.

And I always tell people that, I mean, Psalm 16, 11, I believe, in your presence there's fullness of joy, your right hand of pleasures forevermore, that David writes.

And in the great commission says, and lo, I am with you always to the end of the age.

And so if he's with us always to the end of the age, throughout all ages, hey, and if he's with us there, we're in his presence with this fullness of joy.

So every time we share the gospel, we have a fullness of joy and nothing is greater than being able to do that.

So I wanna encourage you to keep on sharing the gospel, especially, this is our hour.

I mean, it always is, but what a privilege to be around for such a time as this.

I know the world is like, so many of us like, God, can you just take us today? But what an opportunity to have so much joy and just to bring so many people desperately into this.

And I'd love to be able to use what's around me, not just to say the gospel, but to use circumstances, to use stories, to use our testimony.

And yes, I love seeing what God does when he waters the seed and to see what he's gonna do.

Now, I'm aware that it's about 20 or so minutes.

I wanted to share something. Should I share something else or should I take some questions from now?

What I was thinking, Ben, if you could do that Easter story, I would love for you to do that one.

The Easter story? Yeah, that's what I remember. What do you think? I'll do that for sure, because it's coming up in -

So I actually, talking about Christian movies before, I thought, oh,

I'd love to do a movie. And I have been in the Audacity and the Pilgrim's Progress, but if you did a movie about the disciples and you're watching a trailer for it, and it's about that early church, what would it look like around that, the resurrection?

Can you imagine a movie that has all these? So we'd go a little like this. So we'd go exactly like this. This is the story of one man who banded together with 12 ordinary men who turned the world upside down with Russell Crowe as Simon Peter.

There we were in the Garden of Gethsemane. It was a great commotion. They came and arrested

Jesus. I woke from my slumber. I got my sword out of my sheath.

I unleashed hell. I cut the ear off one of the soldiers. I knew it was the wrong thing to do. I apologized to the guy.

He wouldn't listen. He couldn't listen. Tom Cruise as Thomas.

Woo! You're telling me he's alive. Woo! I doubt it.

No, seriously. Help me. Help you. Help me. Help you. Show me the nail marks.

And Job's a, I can't imagine. I was going to say, coiffiance. Come on. Because you can't say ah.

But Job, it's always funny when I read Job. And I know it's context and it's cultural, but his friends that come to comfort him, the three friends, they just sit there for seven days and say nothing.

I'd be like, this is awkward. Are you guys going to say something? I love that book, though.

It's such a picture of Christ and the suffering, sharing in his suffering. But, and everything is meaningless.

That's something you could say. Everything is meaningless. Ah. But yeah, absolutely.

No disrespect at all. It's good to have a laugh, but it's also good to bring some joy.

Yeah. One more thing, Ben. I forgot to mention that you were in the movie of that one cartoon that just came out.

What was that? The, you mentioned. The Pilgrim's Progress. You want to talk, share a little about your experience doing that and what roles you played?

Yes. So actually, it's right here. Just remember DVDs. Yeah.

I just had it there, but it's, I think it's actually now translated in, I don't know how many languages, but so many, and they're all free on YouTube, which you can use for missionaries.

But the, I call it the Pilgrim's Progress. Americans call it the Pilgrim's Progress. So I'm not sure which one it is, but I think it's the

British one. Cause it is British. John Bunyan says Pilgrim's Progress. I think, yes, that's how they say. So I grew up loving the story and it's just a great allegory of the faith of the

Christian and the main character Christian. And I actually remember having the thought, probably was when the

Atheist Delusion came out. So I think it was 2016 and I was over in the States at that time.

And I heard that this was happening as a animation because I'd already had that thought, not for me to do it.

I thought someone needs to do this as an animated movie. When I found out about it, I knew some people and I contacted

Ray and I said, and I did whatever I could to get in contact with the producers and they heard about me.

So I heard my voices and I said, I'd love to do some voices. And they said, yeah, we've got some voice.

And I was like, oh, that's so cool. And I gave the Vanity Fair chief. If you know

John Cleese, I made him a little bit like an animated version of him. It was like, oh, right, yes, okay, right.

Here we are, yes. And so that's the sort of voice, a bit like that. And then

I had the Judge Hategood. So not really playing the role of a typecast or anything like that.

Yeah, and Judge Hategood, he looked like Mr. Bean and yes, from A Fish Called Wonder as well.

But yes, he sort of sounded a little bit like that or something, yes, all right. I can't remember exactly how

I did it. I can't even imitate myself. And cause the director who, they've done a lot of the torchlighter

DVDs and Robert Fernandez is great. He's really good. He gets you, he gets so animated.

And I was at the end of it, just like, oh, that was exhausting, but really cool to see the end result.

And then I was Cruelty, you know, Cruelty. It was like, yeah, really.

He was like, and when he gave the direction, he said, he's like, almost like the devil incarnate. So, you know, hard to get into the character, right.

But I just love doing that sort of stuff. Like, but knowing that it's all for the gospel and seeing it, it's pretty awesome to see that produced.

But there's just knowing how that is impacting the world because it's free for missionaries and people are sending it all around the world.

So it's been dubbed. It's even, you can get a version of it where there's someone doing all the subtitles, which

I know nothing. I could, I apologize. That's, this is praying in tongues with your sign language.

We went to the John Bunyan Museum in Bedford in the UK. That would, I'd love to do that one.

That's amazing. I got to see the Charles Spurgeon Museum in Kansas City, I think.

And that was pretty special. Wow, how amazing. And you were, how many characters were you in the

Pilgrim's Progress? Three. Three characters. I would have been more except I came on board the project or the project when it was a little into the production.

So yeah, three characters. And at one stage they were all interacting. It was kind of funny. I'm talking to myself, it's not weird for me but it was kind of surreal.

Yeah. Is that how it works? I'm sorry, on an animation, is that you just talking to a microphone or how does that work?

Yeah, it was just in a recording studio which was actually in someone's house in Dallas.

And I'd come over there for some events and that worked well to come over and go into there.

And it was a proper recording studio that you'd go to. So just, we do them all individually.

So rather than going from voice to voice, staying in that one character and doing all their lines and being directed.

Yeah, I'm used to just kind of, oh yeah, I'll say the line. But like I said, he really directed it really, really well.

And you think, wow, it's really almost over the top melodramatic but when you see it, that works well.

It just brings it larger than life and it came out really well. But yeah, it was just in a recording studio.

So it was a different feel to when you're acting in a film where you got the cameras going although they did film that.

And I think that they put a Facebook live on at the time. So it's probably still there. You could probably check it out on the

Revelation Media, I think, or the Pilgrims Progress official site.

But yeah, they did a lot of behind the scenes interviews and things like that. So it was so fun and they were so great to deal with all the guys, the production of that.

They were just, their heart was, they're missionaries in what they do.

And so it's not like we just wanna produce something that's good creative entertainment but one of the guys who produced

Steve Cleary. And I think you met him, Stacey. I think he -

Yeah, I did actually. His name's Steve. That's right,

Steve Cleary. Did he tell you we met? Yeah, and I saw that you'd said it as well.

And he worked for Voice of the Martyrs previously where he'd gone around with Richard Wurmbrand for many years and he also produced, or he had a,

I don't know what he did. I think it was producing Tortured for Christ, which was the movie about that.

And that's incredible if you get a chance to see, so good. Yeah, oh my goodness. Yeah, put it in the chat then so we could look it up.

But the sequel to that, oh, actually it's the prequel to that which is called Tortured for Christ, Sabina, the

Nazi years. And it's prior to all that, and I didn't know that story. And I loved the first one.

And then the second one, it honestly was one of my favorite ever movies, not even just Christian movies.

It was the way that they demonstrated the gospel through this was so amazing.

I really haven't seen, I started when it first came out, saw a bit of Lord of the

Rings, and I think I fell asleep. So he was in Lord of the Rings and he's a pretty well -known actor.

He's been in a lot of, I think it was in Indiana Jones and so many movies. So he was in it. Kristen Getty who wrote

In Christ Alone was in it. And she did a voice.

I'm trying, I can't imitate her Irish accent, but it's so lovely. If I could do a

John Rhys -Davies impression, they wouldn't have needed him, they would have just got me. But I think he plays

Evangelist in, and he's, go that way and you will follow the path and do something like that.

Which funnily enough, Liam Neeson was in the original film in the 70s, early 70s, he played

Evangelist. I imagine him saying, follow the path, don't veer to the left or right, stay on the path, whatever you do.

It was his first ever role. Yeah, it's a pretty special film and the story is incredible and -

Lord, but we also take it seriously. Because we know there's a world that needs Christ. And we thank you that you gave the solution.

Through. Christ on the cross. We continue to cling to that cross for our help and for our strength.
