Hello everyone! Welcome to a Dead Men Walking Mini, where we take just maybe 15 -20 minutes and we go through and talk about things that are happening in the body of Christ and Christianity as a whole.

So today I want to set this up, okay? We're going to be listening to a clip that was released a few weeks ago from Todd Bentley.

And Todd Bentley is someone who has been just an absolute disaster to the body of Christ.

And it was someone who I had actually been really putting in the limelight before his

Lakeland downfall in 2008 and 2009. When I first got on Facebook in early 2007, just a few months after Facebook allowed the public to have a

Facebook account, one of my very first posts in the beginning of 2007 was about Todd Bentley. He hadn't had his revival yet.

He hadn't been doing any of the things that made him famous for that revival. But I'd looked him up online and he was, you know, preaching in front of 50 and 100 people, churches, punching people, slapping them in the face, pushing them down, telling people that Jesus physically visited him and told him to do certain things, which are of course heretical.

So before this even went down, I was kind of sounding the siren of, hey, be careful this guy, because he's picking up steam.

He's aligning himself with Bethel church and Bill Johnson. He's calling himself an apostle and he's really getting in into some wayward theology.

So that's, I've been doing this well since 2007. So now we're going on 12 years and the

Todd Bentley saga still continues and it just keeps getting more bizarre, more sad. And frankly, if you love the character of God, you love your fellow brothers and sisters in Christ, and you don't want to see the name of God impugned or blasphemed, it's very infuriating to see this still going on.

But I wanted you to listen to this clip. Todd Bentley put out a live Facebook post about his new company about a week ago and how he's transitioning into a different company.

Yeah, you got a little more time because you were busy sexually assaulting people, getting drunk, having affairs, offering cash to people for sexual favors, both men and women.

And the church has thoroughly rebuked you. You've burned every bridge of just about every major evangelical pastor.

And by the way, does anyone else find it a little funny that a man who hid his sexual sin for 15 years and pursued underage women and men and who offered money to them for that, who was secretly getting drunk, who was secretly preaching against biblical doctrine, is now calling his new ministry the

Sacred Place? I don't know. It's a little strange, but let's continue. And I'm taking a little bit of a less lighter kind of a speaker itinerant schedule but I'm continuing to do all the other stuff that we love, you know,

Something that's been in my heart for these years that I see as being a real tool to get into the marketplace where, as an evangelist or having an evangelistic anointing, you want to be able to get outside of the limitation of events, conferences, and the four walls of the church and be where the people are.

Okay. So let me interpret that for you. When he says, I have an evangelistic calling and I need to get into the marketplace, this is what he's saying.

I'm a shyster. I'm a salesman. I pulled the wool over the face of Christians and now

I'm going to do it to the secular world because I've burned all my bridges in the church and now

I'm going to take my salesmanship skills. When I was punching people and kicking them and telling them

Jesus visited me and getting drunk and speaking in tongues and laying hands on people and not healing anyone and doing all those things, tricking you and making money off of it,

I can no longer do that. So I'm going to take my evangelistic ability, which literally just means

I can sell something. I can sell a miracle. I can sell beard oil. I can sell a card to you and I'm going to put it into the secular world, but I'm still going to have one foot in both places.

Listen how he positions this. God's given me a strategic strategy where I can continue to do all the stuff.

This is a promise for many of us that may have not just one, but maybe you have two or three streams of income and you're not just limited to the kind of one thing.

This is the same junk that these mid to low level business coaches charge you thousands of dollars just to give you keywords.

God is. This is why the evangelical church is hurting so bad right now because of this garbage that this man is talking about.

Todd Bentley has now moved from evangelist and apostle with capital a, and I'm saying that with finger quotes because when he was anointed by Rick Joyner and when he was commissioned by Bill Johnson of Bethel and they laid his hands on him and said he was now an apostle capital a in the new apostolic reformation that puts them on par with the writers of the new

Testament. They said, go, go forth. And he was making that money and he had had those accolades and had that position.

And they knew at the time when they were laying their hands on him, that he was having issues with drinking and extramarital affairs.
