My Direct, Personal Plea To Kenneth Copeland

Hello ladies and gentlemen, my name is Justin Peters. I want to thank you for watching this video and Mr. Copeland if by chance you are watching this video, and I hope that you do. I want to address you and I want to Direct this video specifically to you.

A Direct Plea to Kenneth Copeland

Undoubtedly, you know, mr Copeland that I call you out publicly for the false teacher the heretic and The charlatan that you are. I want you to know that I do not hate you. In fact, I have prayed for you per 2nd Timothy chapter 2 that God would grant you repentance.

That God would give you a godly sorrow that would lead to repentance unto salvation. 2nd Corinthians 7. Mr. Copeland. I don't want you to go to hell. I do not hate you. I do hate what you do because you have uttered some of the most jaw-dropping heresies and blasphemies and manifestly obvious false prophecies that have ever Disgraced the name of Christ and brought reproach on the gospel, but I want you to I want to bring something to your attention.

Very specifically. Mr. Copeland, you know that you have made on many many occasions the claim that you will live to be 120 years old. I've heard you make this claim a number of times and you made it just recently and I recorded it.

And so I want you to watch. Mr. Copeland wants you to watch yourself. Not that you don't know what you teach. But I want everyone to see this along with you play a very recent clip of you claiming that you will be 120 years old before you die and we're gonna look at the basis for which you make this claim and I'm going to show You mr. Copeland how you are profoundly.

Wrong, so please watch this clip. I.

Consider not my body 83 years old. I consider it not in the name of Jesus But only that which God had promised and I have a personal covenant with God to live a hundred and twenty years on this earth.

Now, where did I get that? Genesis 6 3. Now his days shall be 120 years. You can't take me out. Not until December the 6th 2056. I'm not going anywhere.

Genesis 6:3 Does Not Promise a 120-Year Lifespan

Mr. Copeland you base your claim that you're going to live to be 120 off of Genesis chapter 6 verse 3. But I want to show you why you're profoundly wrong in your understanding of that passage. So let's look at it.

Let's go to Genesis chapter 6 and we will read verses 1 through 3. Now it came about when men began to multiply on the face of the land and daughters were born to them. That the sons of God saw that the daughters of men were beautiful and they took wives for themselves whomever they chose.

Then the Lord said my spirit shall not strive with man forever. Because he also was flesh. Nevertheless his days shall be one hundred and twenty years. Mr. Copeland this is not a promise from God that man should live to be a hundred and twenty years of age.

Not at all, in fact this one hundred and twenty years has absolutely nothing to do with the Lifespan of an individual person or even as mankind as a whole. Do you know what this hundred and twenty years is.

This hundred and twenty years was the span of time that man in? general Had to repent and if they did not repent in this hundred and twenty years God was going to destroy man with the flood. Mr. Copeland.

Mankind did not repent in 120 years after God made this statement. God brought the flood and Destroyed every man woman and child except for Noah and his family who were in the ark in that flood. This was a hundred and twenty years span that God gave mankind to repent.

Mankind did not repent and so God destroyed mankind. Mr. Copeland You were profoundly wrong on your interpret interpretation of this passage. Profoundly wrong and if this does not convince you then let's look at Genesis chapter 11 for context.

Genesis 11 Shows People Living Far Beyond 120 Years

What we're about to read out of Genesis chapter 11 is after the flood after the waters had subsided. Okay, so let's look at this Genesis chapter 11. We'll begin reading in verse 10 these are the records of the generations of Shem now.

Shem was Noah's second son who was born 98 years before the flood. Okay, Shem is Noah's second son born 98 years before the flood. Shem was 100 years old and became the father of ark Peshad two years after the flood.

So we're post flood now and Shem lived 500 years After he became the father of ark Peshad and he had other sons and daughters. Ark Peshad lived 35 years and became the father of Shala and ark Peshad lived 403 years after he became the father of Shala and he had other sons and daughters.

Mr. Copeland. Ark Peshad was born After the flood. Well after God made that statement in Genesis chapter 6 verse 3 look at how long he lived. Mr. Copeland way beyond 120. Shala lived 30 years and became the father of Eber and Shala lived 403 years after he became the father of Eber and he had other sons and daughters.

Eber lived 34 years and became the father of Peleg. And Eber lived. Eber lived 430 years after he became the father of Peleg and had other sons and daughters. Mr. Copeland, it should be quite obvious that people were still living way beyond 120 years of age.

Well after God made that statement in Genesis chapter 6 verse 3 Mr. Copeland You are 83 years old right now, and I can promise you sir You're not going to see a hundred and twenty years of age. You're not going to live that long it is Extraordinarily rare that people live past a hundred and the oldest documented person.

Having lived is a lady named Jean Calment. I'm sure she's a French lady. So I'm not sure that I have that pronunciation, right? But she was documented to have been born in 1875 died in 1997 and she is the oldest Living or oldest person in modern history that is That we can document she lived to be 122 years of age.

The Limits of Human Longevity and Examples from Copeland's Own Movement

So once you get past the biblical age and those very long ages in the Old Testament Jean Calment is the oldest person known to have lived and she died at 122 mr. Copeland. You're not gonna make it that long.

You're 83. I don't know how long you're going to live, but you're not gonna see 120 and mr Copeland you need only to look within your own movement to see that this 120 year lifespan thing just doesn't work.

How about Kenneth Hagan? I've heard you mention many times how you studied dad Hagan as you affectionately refer to him as you Studied his tapes over and over and over and read all of his books. He didn't make it to be 120 years of age.

He died when he was 86. How about oral Roberts? You were a pilot for oral Roberts, and he's one of the most famous or infamous Faith healers who ever lived he didn't make it to 120 years of age either.

He made it a little bit further than dad Hagan, but he died when he was 91. So this doesn't even work for some of the Giants. Quote-unquote within your own movement. Mr. Copeland that should give you pause.

You use scripture out of context to justify your belief. Mr. Copeland. You're wrong Mr. Copeland one of these days you were going to die and given the fact that you're 83 right now. It's not going to be too terribly long from now.

If you're watching this, Mr. Copeland as I said a moment ago, I Do not hate you. I Do hate what you do? Because you have offered Many many many false prophecies you constantly claim that God is talking to you when he is not.

Mr. Copeland, I believe that you fall under the category of 2nd Timothy chapter 3 verse 13 those who are deceiving and Being deceived you are actively Deceiving people and yet I believe at some level that you are being deceived yourself.

Nonetheless, mr. Copeland. You are not a Christian. You are not saved. You are deceiving and you are being deceived. Mr. Copeland One of the great ironies is that you would look at someone like me and say that I do not believe in the Holy Spirit.

To the contrary I am so confident in the power of the person of the Holy Spirit of God. That I do not believe someone can be indwelt by him and teach the jaw-dropping Heresies that you have taught for decades.

You claim that Jesus? Showed up to you made an appearance to you and told you that I did not claim to be God. That is blasphemy. Mr. Copeland. Not only is it blasphemy on its face, but you add blasphemy on top of blasphemy.

Making the claim that Jesus told you that very blasphemy and heresy. Mr. Copeland you have claimed that God is the biggest failure in the Bible. I mean I could go on and on and on and on you are the most one of the most well-documented in prolific heretics of evangelicalism.

There is no way that you can be indwelt by the Holy Spirit of God and teach the things that you teach. You have promised people for decades Over 50 years that if they will give you money God will heal them.

If they will give you money God will heal Them will heal their sick spouse will heal their sick children that God will get them out of debt and you have amassed a an incredible fortune here on this earth.

Largely maybe not totally but largely because you've got oil investments and things like that, but largely on the backs of poor sick desperate and hurting people. If you were truly indwelt by the Holy Spirit of God, Mr. Copeland.

The Holy Spirit of God would drop you to your knees under such heavy conviction. The fact that you have done this for so many years decade after decade after decade and Apparently have no prick of conscience.

Mr. Copeland you are not indwelt by the Holy Spirit of God. If the Holy Spirit of God is strong enough to save us. He is strong enough to deliver us out of deception. Mr. Copeland. You are a sinner. You're a liar a thief you're a blasphemer in every imaginable way.

Confess your sin. Humble yourself. Confess your sin before a thrice Holy God. Ask him to grant you repentance and faith in one of the evidences. If God saves you one of the ways that that will be borne out one of the good fruits That that will bear in your life is if God saves you and you actually do become a Christian.

Then you will publicly confess your sin. You will publicly confess that you have been deceiving people for all these many years. You will empty your ministry coffers give every cent you have to doctrinally sound churches and ministries.

Empty your ministry coffers shut your ministry down. Because you're not qualified to be behind the pulpit. You don't need you should not be behind the pulpit. You need to be in front of a pulpit in a pew.

Sitting and learning. Submitting yourself to true biblical preaching by biblically qualified men. Then we will be getting somewhere. Then that will be some good fruit that God has indeed saved you anything short of that and mr. Copeland.

You will die in your sin and you will go to hell and as much as I hate What you have done for all these many years. I do not hate you. I pray that per 2nd Timothy chapter 2 verses 24 through 26. That God would in his mercy grant you repentance.

You've been exposed to a lot of truth. Mr. Copeland. I've seen you with your Bible on TV. And it's marked up and highlighted all over the place. The terrifying thing about that is is that all of us will be held accountable for the amount of knowledge that we have.

You've got a lot of knowledge. Mr. Copeland intellectually, but that head knowledge has not softened your heart and if you die In your sins, I do not envy you. Your punishment will be worse Than that of Adolf Hitler and Mussolini and Osama bin Laden because they have not been exposed or had not been exposed.

To nearly the amount of truth that you have sir. Confess your sins repent and bear fruit in keeping with Repentance, you're not gonna make it to 120. You may outlive me. I don't know what I'm gonna die.

But if I do die, I hope that this video will remain forever on the internet and I hope that it will haunt you confess your sin repent. Turn to the true risen Lord Jesus Christ.
