This is probably one of the most outrageously false and scandalous things

I've ever heard anyone say. In fact, I don't even know how to prepare you for what it is that we're about to hear.

But let's, maybe we should whirl up the desktop and get to it, because you better be seated.

Best way I can put it. You don't want to be lifting heavy equipment or driving heavy equipment for what is about to transpire.

Let me explain. So yeah, again, I was in Sydney in the early part of September.

And you'll note that the headline for this particular video, Jesus yet to return because people have not donated enough.

Yeah, we're going to hear Jesse DePlantis make the claim that the reason why Christ hasn't returned yet is because the church hasn't given enough money.

I wish I were making that up. It's so blasphemous. It's unbelievable. And this was, of course, on the

Victory Network during one of their Victory Telethons, where you can call in and donate to Kenneth Copeland and to Jesse DePlantis and folks like that.

But I'm going to let him make his statement, and I'm not going to interrupt it at first.

I want you to hear what he has to say without my interruption. It's legitimately one of the most blasphemous things

I've ever heard. I honestly believe this, that the reason why Jesus hadn't come is because people are not giving the way

God told them to give. You see what I'm saying? I mean, when you understand it, you can speed up the time. I was on television.

He said, I heard you was a millionaire. I said, that's not right. That's not true. He said, yes it is. I said, no, it's not.

Multi. Now add that to it, and you'll be all right. Oh, he couldn't handle that. He'd like to add a fit. And I said, you mess with me,

I'll buy this station, and I'll fire you. Oh, he didn't like that, did he? You know, that was a little fleshy, but it felt good. It just did, you know what

I'm saying? So I realized that I will not move people emotionally to give. I'm going to have people move according to the word of God.

What is God saying to you? And I really believe this. If people would call this number and put this victory all over the world, on every available voice, every available outlet, the father, he would say,

Jesus, go get him. Because you see, he wants to see us as much as we want to see him. You see what I'm saying? And so what has hindered all these things is, it's because people are not doing in the financial realm, because we live in an economic world, what

God's called them to do. You know, he's called us to do that. So I don't have a problem with giving. I don't have a problem with receiving.

It doesn't make any difference. I just made up my mind. I want Jesus to come. They said, do you own a jet? Yes, you can have it the day after the rapture, it's yours.

So again, context, it's a victory thon, it's right there in the crawl, you can see it. And Jesse Duplantis is legitimately arguing that Jesus will come back quicker if you call that number and send money to Ken Copeland and Jesse Duplantis and all these other types.

You know, let me explain how ridiculous this is. So I had Josh, my son, and a video editor put this together for us.

And here we see Jesse Duplantis with a large duffel bag. And the basic idea goes something like this.

So as you give money to Jesse Duplantis, Jesus comes down from heaven closer and closer.

You kind of get the idea. But you know, if you're being chintzy and you're not giving money to Jesse, well,

Jesus isn't going to come back. And so Jesus just disappears out of the clouds. You give more money to Jesse, yeah,

Jesus is coming back. No, but you don't give enough. And Jesus says not enough. So close call.

But you know, you need to get more money to Jesse if you want Jesus to come all the way down. And if you don't, well, oh, he goes all the way back up again, that's sad.

Second Peter chapter two, no prophecy was ever produced by the will of man.

This is the end of chapter one. But men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.

Chapter two, but false prophets also arose among the people. Just as there will be false teachers among you who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the master who bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction.

And many will follow their sensuality and because of them, the way of truth will be blasphemed.

In their greed, they will exploit you with false words, claiming that Jesus isn't coming back until you give enough money is an example of exploiting people within the body of Christ with false words.

And consider what he's doing here. People sitting going, well, you know, I really want to see Jesus. You know, it's really sad that Jesus hasn't come back yet.

And so they watch Jesse Duplantis and they sit there and go, well, you know, maybe we can move things along if we just send a thousand dollar seed offering to Jesse Duplantis to the victory thon, you know, so how much closer are we now to Jesus's return after you send in all that money?

No closer. When Christ returns has been determined before the beginning of the earth itself.

So yeah, he's exploiting us with false words. Again, listen to this utter blasphemy.

I honestly believe this, that the reason why Jesus hadn't come is because people are not giving the way God told them to give. Jesus hasn't come because you're being disobedient and you haven't give money to Jesse Duplantis and Ken Copeland and the rest.

So you can speed up Jesus's return by sending in a donation to the victory thon.

Listen more. You see what I'm saying? And so what has hindered all these things is, it's because people are not doing in the financial realm because we live in an economic world.

So what's hindering Christ's return is that you haven't given in the financial realm. What God called them to do. You know, he's called us to do that.

So I don't have a problem with giving. I don't have a problem receiving. It doesn't make any difference. I just made up my mind. I want

Jesus to come. Yeah. So do you want Jesus to return? Oh, I bet you do.

I bet you want Jesus to return. But alas, poor Jesus, you know, he's basically being held hostage.

And until you give the ransom money to the father through Jesse Duplantis, Jesus can't return.

So, you know, this is basically turned into a hostage situation. Jesus wants to come back, but you got to give the money to Jesse.

And if you don't, well, no, no Jesus for you. Let's continue with the text.

Their condemnation from long ago is not idle. Their destruction is not asleep. If God did not spare angels when they sinned, but cast them into hell and committed them to chains of gloomy darkness to be kept until the judgment.

And if he rescued righteous lot greatly distressed by the central conduct of the wicked, for as that righteous man lived among them day after day, he was tormenting his righteous soul over their lawless deeds that he saw and heard.

Then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from trials and to keep the unrighteous under punishment until the day of judgment.

And especially those who indulge in the lust of defiling passion and despise authority.

Bold and willful, and that's men like Jesse Duplantis and others. They do not tremble as they blaspheme the glorious ones, whereas angels, though greater in might and power, do not pronounce a blasphemous judgment against them before the

Lord. But these like irrational animals, creatures of instinct born to be caught and destroyed blaspheming about matters of which they are ignorant.

They will also be destroyed in their destruction, suffering wrong as the wage for their wrongdoing

They count it a pleasure to revel in the daytime. These false teachers, these false prophets, men like Jesse Duplantis, they are blots and blemishes reveling in their deceptions while they feast with you.

They have eyes full of adultery, insatiable for sin. They entice unsteady souls.

They have hearts that are trained in greed, accursed children, forsaking the right way.

They have gone astray. They have followed the way of Balaam, the son of Baor, who loved gain from wrongdoing, but was rebuked for his own transgression.

A speechless donkey spoke with a human voice and restrained the prophet's madness.

These are waterless springs, mist driven by a storm. For them, the gloom of utter darkness has been reserved.

For speaking loud boasts of folly, they entice by sensual passions of the flesh. Those who are barely escaping from those who live in error.

They promise them freedom, but they themselves are slaves of corruption. For whatever overcomes a person to that he is enslaved.

For if after they have escaped the defilement of the world to the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and overcome, the last state has become worse for them than the first.

For it would have been better for them to have known the way of righteousness than after knowing it to turn back from the holy commandment delivered to them.

What the true proverb says has happened to them. The dog returns to its own vomit.

The sow, after washing herself, returns to wallow in the mire. And that's what Jesse Duplantis is. He's a big fat pig.

Pig greedy one, wallowing in vomit and in the mire and claiming to be righteous.

He's a man trained in greed, but not in the true gospel of Jesus Christ. So you get the idea.

Be warned. Avoid Jesse Duplantis. His claim that Christ isn't going to return until you send money to the victory -a -thon.

Utter blasphemy. Complete nonsense. And he will pay dearly if he doesn't repent for this.

So if you know anybody who's following this man's teaching, send him this video to warn them. It'll save them a lot of money, by the way, too.

Save them a ton of money. Because they won't have to be pressured to have to send in a seed offering in order for Jesus to return.

Poor Jesus. He's hog -tied up in heaven. We can't bring him down until we send more money to Jesse Duplantis.
