- This is a ministry of striving for eternity. God is intelligent.

- Intelligence is the capability for knowledge and power of knowing.

- Intelligence is the use of knowledge, understanding, and wisdom.

- Knowledge can be defined as the perception of facts as they are, where understanding is the insight into the significance of those facts, and wisdom is the ability to place those facts in proper relationship to one another, in God's case, to use for a good end.

- Others can use wisdom for a bad end, but this is an attribute that's communicated both to angels and to humans.

- That is, humans have intelligence. We can use that intelligence for bad things, but we can have knowledge of facts, understand how the significance of those facts play into things, and then understand, have the wisdom to know the proper relationship of those facts toward other things.

- The intelligence of God dictates the use of his intelligence for good means. Intelligence directs whereas emotion desires and the will determines.

- Now God's intellect is best seen in relationship to his omniscience. God knows all the facts of the universe.

- God understands all the knowledge as it relates to itself, and God has the wisdom to relate all of the understanding of the universe with everything else.
