Well, people seem to be willing to play along with it.

It impresses people.

And people give me lots of money because they think I have a special connection to God.

I know Jesus said that nobody knows when he's going to return, but I actually

have the power to summon Jesus to my events.

Something I think is going to happen now to prove to the people.

That he's on the platform.

I'm going to walk and stand over there and the Son of God is going to come and stand

right here.

I'm going to invite him to come and stand right here.

And one by one you're going to come and he's going to touch you.

Back up a little bit.

Back up a little bit.

And just a little more because when the presence comes you won't be able to stand right here.

Jesus is standing right there.

He's invisible.

But just trust me he's definitely there.

What's the proof?

Well, these people are going to walk forward and pretend to fall over.

What you see on TV are the lucky ones allowed up on stage.

But we found out how those people who actually meet Benny Hinn are chosen.

We interviewed a man who saw those miracle crusades first hand as one of Pastor Benny's security detail.

He agreed to talk with us if we disguised his identity.

We called him Andrew.

How do they pick the ones they want to go on stage.

At that point?

They have staff members that go through and give them a quick quick interview.

And they'll ask him, what's wrong with you?

Oh, I've had rheumatoid arthritis of my left shoulder.

I can't lift it.

All of a sudden, can you lift your shoulder?

Because if you can't lift your shoulder, you can't go on stage.

According to Andrew, the screening system has one purpose.

Those people are never allowed near the stage.

I only heal people with health problems, where a rush of adrenaline could

temporarily convince them.

That they are healed.

And it was just tormenting me.

So earlier in the service, I'm sitting in the back and I'm watching this couple.

And I assumed at the time to be husband and wife.

Of course, later found out they were just engaged.

But the lady was rubbing her neck and the man in a wheelchair.

And I thought to myself, you know what?

That lady's going to get up on stage and the man is not.

I've been to so many of these crusades.

I know how this works.

He completely blew her off.

Totally blew her off.

No, oh, your fiance had a stroke a few months ago.

He's in a wheelchair and he's here tonight.

Oh, bring him up here.

We're going to, I'm going to lay my hands on him and God's going to heal him.

No, none of that because Benny Hinn knows the difference between

psychosomatic and organic healings.

That's called psychosomatic healing.

I actually know exactly what I'm doing.

I told an organization called The Times of India this.

This is psychosomatic healing wherein the mind is

capable of enabling the body to think itself healed.

Even before I come on stage, there have been cases where people have been healed.

Music, prayers, and atmosphere add to it.

So that's my power.

I use music and atmosphere to trick people with particular health problems

into thinking that they are healed.

And that's why you should give me lots of money.

It should be clear by now that I have the power to get people to give me lots of money by

telling them that if they sow a seed by giving lots of money to me, God will

give them what they want.

Of course, this is a complete distortion of what the Bible actually teaches.

But it's worked very well to make me very rich.

I have lots of money, and I'm also very good at spending it.

thread, custom -tailored in Beverly Hills for several thousand dollars apiece.

The man who once asked, where in the scripture does it say I have to drive a Honda?

It's in an exclusive enclave in California, surrounded by security guards on one side and

And because this is officially registered as parsonage or church residence, his ministry pays for all

of it, including electrical bills and property tax.

Do I need such an expensive house?

Of course not.

I just wanted it.

The way I get people to give me money is called the prosperity gospel.

Joshua, Timothy, Wesley, get over here and work.

If you are not giving because you love Jesus, don't bother giving.

I think giving has become such a gimmick, it's making me sick to my stomach.

I think it's time we say it like it is.

The gospel is not for sale.

And the blessings of God are not for sale.

And miracles are not for sale.

And prosperity is not for sale.

And then I immediately went on to continue teaching that the gospel is

for sale.

That if you give me money, God will give you what you want.

I did that here.

The Lord is speaking to some of you right now, to sow seed.

It's time you take him at his word and let the seed work.

The seed works by itself while you are sleeping.

Just like the farmers when they sow.

Because they trigger powerful forces out of the seed.

The power of the seed is so strong.

I was in a desperate situation one time.

I'm in Israel.

A lawsuit.

A real serious one.

Against the ministry.

I'm at the wailing wall.

Quit attacking man of God by name.

Somebody's attacking me because of something I'm teaching.

Let me tell you something brother.

You watch it.

You're God in heaven.

I wish I could just...

They call out the ministry of my foot.

You know, I've looked for one verse in the Bible I just can't seem to find it.

One verse that said if you don't like him, kill him.

I really wish I could find it.

But don't mention people's names on your radio program and your TV program thinking you're doing God's service.

You're not.

You stink frankly.

That's the way I think about it.

Sometimes I wish God would give me a holy ghost machine gun and I'd blow your head off.

Very reasonable.

I am also very good at prophesying the future.

I knew that the coronavirus would only kill about 5 ,000 people.

I'll give you a little piece of news that I felt in my soul yesterday.

Someone will come up for a cure for that coronavirus.

Guaranteed.

I know it by the holy ghost.

So, relax.

Okay?

Just calm down.

It'll probably kill about 5 ,000 people.

That's what I felt from the Lord.

And then it's gonna leave.

It's gonna timmer down.

It'll be all done.

But, frankly, thousands will die.

When it hits 5 ,000, it'll change.

It'll shift.

There'll be a breakthrough after that.

That's just a fact.

You say, how do you know?

I don't know.

I just know.

How did I know that?

I don't know.

I just knew.

Obviously, that prophecy didn't come true.

But, of course, that wasn't my fault.

I can't believe God would give me a false prophecy like that.

I also prophesied that sometime between 1994 and 1995, God would

destroy the homosexual community in America with fire.

The Lord also tells me to tell you in the mid -90s, about 94, 95, no later than that,

God will destroy the homosexual community of America.

But he will not destroy it with what many.

Minds have thought him to be.

He will destroy it with fire.

And many will turn and be saved.

And many will rebel and be destroyed.

Again,.

That obviously didn't come true.

But I'm just God's messenger.

It must have been God who got that wrong.

I also prophesied that Fidel Castro would die in the 90s.

The Spirit tells me Fidel Castro will die in the 90s.

Oh my!

Some will try to kill him and they will not succeed.

But there will come a change in his physical health and he will not stay in power.

And Cuba will be.

Vigilant of God.

Apparently, God didn't get that right either.

I also presented someone else's prophecy that Jesus was going to appear physically

in one of my crusades as a legitimate prophecy.

Let me tell you something.

The Holy Spirit has already told me he is about to show up.

And you know, oh, I gotta tell you this quickly, just before we go.

I have a word of prophecy from Ruth Heffern.

You know who Ruth Heffern is?

Oh yes, yes.

Ruth prophesied over me back in the 70s and everything she said has happened.

She's just sent me a word through my wife and said, the Lord spoke to her audibly and said

that he is going to appear physically in one of our crusades in the next few months.

But that never happened either.

I also have the power to teach remarkable heresies.

Mock what the Bible teaches.

You know, we people say things at times that we are not even supposed to say.

Look at me, buddy.

You know what?

We've said this a million times and it's not even scriptural, all because of Job.

The Lord giveth.

And the Lord taketh away.

God never takes away even though the Bible is clear that he sometimes does.

Obviously, we should never praise God when things are not going our way.

Of course, God doesn't use trials to sanctify us.

The Bible can't mean what it's clearly saying because it goes against the terrible

things I.

Teach.

Another.

Amazing heresy I taught is that there are nine members in the Trinity.

God the Father, ladies and gentlemen, is a person and he is a

triune being by himself separate from

the Son and the Holy Ghost.

So what did you say?

God the Father is a person.

God the Son is a person.

God the Holy Ghost is a person.

But, each one of them is a triune being by

himself.

I try so hard to pretend I have special knowledge from God that I'll get one of the most fundamental

doctrines of the Christian faith completely wrong.

Let's end with one more incredible heresy I teach.

Did you know that you are a God -man, just like Jesus?

You say, Benny, am I a little God?

You're a son of God, aren't you?

You're a child of God, aren't you?

You're a daughter of God, aren't you?

What else are you?

Is he God?

Are you his offspring?

Are you his children?

You can't be human.

God came from heaven, became a man, made man into little gods.

I face devils as the son of God.

Say after me, within me is a God -man.

Say it again.

Within me is a God -man.
